    Jason had a long, busy day but still made it out to work on our outdoor faucet. It had been leaking for a little while. Jason was so nice and did a great job plus gave us some great tips.     Sewer pipe to septic stopped up. I call at 9 a.m. and Jason was able to stop by around 2 p.m.. He fixed me up! I was so happy with the quick and responsive service. I will definitely call on him again when I need a problem fixed. He has some really cool and modern equipment too.

    Extremely timely... i received a text 2 minutes prior to my appointment window stating they were on their way! Upon arrival, they assessed the situation and got right to work. The technician was focused the entire time - not on phone and working away! I was extremely impressed with their work ethic.     At a time when it was hard to get plumbers to return your call, Douglas Plumbing was answering phones and making appts. They did an excellent job of keeping us informed and scheduling. Jason showed up on time and was able to swap out broken water heater with new one without having our water off too long. Very professional and courteous. They will be our go to plumbers from now on.

    We had a water softener filter rupture and it spewed the very tiny pellets into our water system. It was like very fine sand dumped into our water lines in the house. It plugged up every faucet, fridge, etc etc. Jason was very professional and thorough. He had to cut off every faucet hot and cold water valve to drain the line and remove the pellets. Then he replaced every valves and installed new faucets and toilets. Everything is back working again thanks to Jason and better than before!

    Had an issue in my house with hot water a few weeks ago and called a few plumbers. Douglas Plumbing was the only one that could come out the next morning. He found my 20-year-old water heater in need of replacing and was able to swap it out with a new one within 4 hours. I did think the cost may have been a little high, but it is hard to know for certain during the current Biden-induced inflation. That all said, they were quick, friendly, and did professional work. He also answered other questions I had and came back that night when I thought there was a problem. So, as long as you are okay with paying a little more for quick AND reliable service, 5 stars.
