    Seriously amazing and quick! We recieved a quote which was absolutely nuts from a different company, So we started to look around. Called Platinum and they were out here super quickly to give us a quote. They started the project the next week, and they were done within 4 hours! Will always go to Platinum for our plumbing needs! Very respectful and professional! 10 otta 10 experience!!

    I’ve had Platinum Plumbing at my house several times to do plumbing related work and as a Company they were always A+ Rated !The office gal was easy to talk to, the technicians were always right on time and actually the final price paid was LESS then the estimate given by Owner Mike. The work was professional and less then other plumbing shops in the area.     I was very pleased with Mikes service. I have called him twice once for a water heater hookup and he answered the call and came and hooked up our water heater after hrs. I called and asked for a quote on a sink install for our upcoming kitchen remodel and not only did he come the same day and looked at the details he gave us a quote the same day. I recommend his services to anyone and does excellent work.

    Mike from Platinum Plumbing is very friendly. He has unclogged drains and fixed leaky pipes for me. I feel like he definitely gives good value. He doesn’t gouge you. He has one of the best plumbing businesses around. I won’t have anyone else do my plumbing.

    For my home, Platinum Plumbing will always be our go to. We had a different (well known in the area) plumbing service come to do a check on our clean out main. This company left us with a leak in our water main, causing our water to be shut off by the city and being hooked up to a neighbors home via hose. I immediately started calling around to other plumbing companies to see what went wrong. Platinum Plumbing showed up that night, after office hours. They pin pointed the issue and immediately started to get a game plan going. Platinum Plumbing is responsive, knowledgeable, communicable, friendly and goes well beyond to make sure issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. We HIGHLY recommend this company!

    We had some major sewer issues in our last home and had it for sale. Mike came and fixed it all up for me when others had failed and failed many times. Got it sale ready. Recommended him to friends who hired him and also were happy with his service. Will hire him again if he comes to my new location.

    My wife and and I just bought a house in Albert Lea and needed our sump pump rerouted from the back, which I have no idea why that was done in the first place, to the front and to replace the sump basket. The new placement of the system required digging under our sidewalk to get it to the yard. He not only dug the sod out but after he was finished laying the system in put the sod back and watered it for us as we were unable to be there (it was a very warm and sunny day). He removed the old system and sealed it off for us. All of this was done at a very reasonable and fair price. I would definitely recommend Platinum Plumbing and will use them with any future jobs!
