Have always used Master plumbing after I called Jim and dudes and Jim and dudes literally never showed up for an emergency and then ignored us. Thats how we found Master Plumbing, have used them for the past 6 years ever since we moved to Albert Lea and have had nothing but good interactions. Have used them from everything from blown pipes underground in the back yard to common plumbing issues and toilet problems and its been nothing great service, awesome employees, affordable prices and prompt scheduling and service. Definitely would recommend to anyone and will continue to use them.

Had a leak in the basement. Master Plumbing was out and had it fixed in an hour. Very quick and friendly service!
