My furnace stopped working and I immediately called Christianson plumbing and heating. Within the hour they had came to my house and had a quote ready for me. Two days later, my furnace was fully installed. The gentleman that installed the furnace made sure to cleanup after themselves thoroughly. They made scheduling an appointment and payment extremely easy. They also worked around my schedule. The service was friendly and very quick. 10 out of 10 would recommend this company to any of my friends and family.

I would highly recommend Christianson Plumbing and Heating! I manage many residential homes and Commercial buildings and I just used Christianson H&P to do a full HVAC and AC replacement on my family home in Albert Lea and everything was installed perfectly. They are friendly, honest, respectful and explain the process all the way through. I was able to get it all installed and passed inspection all in one day. There was minimal noise and they cleaned the work area and left it cleaner than when we started. I would definitely use them for any future projects.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Christianson Plumbing and Heating in Albert Lea, MN, and I couldnt be happier with the service I received. Joah, our service provider, was exceptional from start to finish. He arrived on time, was incredibly professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done perfectly. Joahs joyful attitude made the entire experience enjoyable. He expertly worked to fix our mini split system and ensured everything was functioning perfectly before he left. Joahs expertise and attention to detail were evident in the quality of his work.Additionally, Kim, who took our phone request, was fantastic. She listened to our needs and was speedy about getting us on the schedule, which was especially appreciated given the hot weather this week. We have used Christianson Plumbing and Heating for many years, as did my parents and our son. We have all been very happy with their service, expertise, and products. They treat us like family. When our furnace has quit working, they are always there right away to repair it. They truly care about their customers and do everything possible to address the issues in a timely manner.We recently had issues with our 20+ old furnace. As the weather became colder, our furnace quit. They came immediately and were able to get it running again. They discussed other options to replace the furnace should we have further issues. They researched many furnaces to find the one that would meet our needs and be within our budget. When the time came to replace the furnace, they, again, came immediately so we didn’t have to be in a cold house. All of their servicemen are professional, capable, knowledgeable, and personable. We know that we can count on them. We have replaced both our water heater and our furnace this year and were relieved to have the peace of mind knowing that we had the best with Christiansons. We would not consider using anyone else for our plumbing and heating needs. They are also like “family” to us and we appreciate all that they do to keep our home warm and cozy.

Great family owned company! We had Nick come to do a check and tune up on our furnace and Jarod came to do a check and tune up on our central air. Even tho both my furnace and central air are very old, they both said they are running great and even tho I know with the age of them they could quit working at any time they did not try and talk me into buying new units, that meant a lot!!! They were very honest, answered all my questions and great to work with! I would highly recommend them and will definitely keep using them for my go to place for service.

Wonderful service! I came home from a trip and discovered my furnace had stopped working. It was old so I decided to get new. I contacted them on Friday, they quoted me the price on Monday, and all work was finished by Wednesday! I had the central air unit replaced also. Woke up to a cold house, called Christenson right away, around 7:00 AM and left a message. Shortly after 8:00 I called again, this time a human answered the phone and a Technician was dispatched promptly. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem, completed the repair and got us warm again. The technician commented that it took a few taps to get the motor running and suggested we plan for a new motor in the future. I asked him to change it now so he got right after it. Overall it was an exceptional service call but you might want to get familiar with the answering machine.
