    We called Neighborhood Plumber needing someone to come out soon & they fit us in their schedule that day which we greatly appreciate!! We also love the way they send a picture of the person coming out to your residence to let you know who to expect. We think that alone is an absolute must these days.     The Neighborhood Plumber truly is the best in the business in the Birmingham area. Ive used them in my own home, referred them to neighbors, and see their work on remodeling projects on a regular basis. From Matt the owner who is exceedingly professional and kind, to Claudia who finds a way to get all of the work scheduled in a timely manner, to Austin, Will, Malcolm, Ashton, Preston, and the rest of the crew. You would be hard-pressed to find a more neighborly, knowledgeable, incredible work-ethic, attention to detail, whatever-it-takes mentality to serve their customers- staff of plumbers. You will not be disappointed when you go with this group for all of your plumbing needs.

    I have been using Neighborhood Plumber for many years at multiple homes and have always had fantastic service. I made the mistake of going to a cheaper plumber one time and they caused so many issues. Neighborhood Plumber came in and resolved the previous plumbers issues and then we never had an issue again. I use them for not only issues but they have helped in my 2 bathroom remodels. I will call them soon to assist in the next bathroom remodeling. Highly recommend!

    A few months ago I had an outside faucet that wouldn’t completely turn off. I called a couple different companies and nobody had time available for a week or 2 but neighborhood plumber came within 2 hours. Fast forward to this past Thursday we found a leak that has obviously been leaking for a while because we’ve been smelling mold for a while. Our 2 nd bathroom was leaking and there’s been no sign other than the smell until it finally made a hole in the wall I’m my sons bedroom. I called and they said they didn’t have anything until after hours but they were actually able to work me in when a tech got finished early saving me some money. Kevin showed up got to work and I went to get a new shower assembly and he was done shortly after I got back. I will always call Neighborhood Plumber for any plumbing needs and would advise anybody that reads this to do the same!

    We had an outdoor spigot that seized and thought we could handle the fix ourselves. A broken copper line later we called another company and waited 8 hours before giving up and calling The Neighborhood Plumber. Austin showed up in less than 30 minutes and had our line and spigot replaced in no time. Will definitely call them the next time we need a plumber!

    We have had problems with a toilet in our house since we moved in. The valve by it has leaked twice and fixed twice by another company. We decided to change out the toilet because we noticed it was leaking again and wanted a new toilet in there anyway. We decided to call this company to take care of that. Will came out, and not only fixed the valve but changed out the toilet. He also fixed the problem of the toilet rocking which was another problem we inherited. He was quick, professional and very affordable. We will definitely call this company again for our plumbing needs.

    I was extremely impressed! The service technician showed up a little early he had all the tools for the job quickly did the work and did an excellent job. I had been quoted by another plumbing company for almost twice the cost then what the neighborhood plumber charged me. The gentleman was clean and courteous and I will definitely be using them again.

I was super impressed by how quickly Chad came out (within 30 mins) and was able to fix the issue. He was very professional, explained the process and even chatted with me while he worked.     Had a HUGE job replacing every copper pipe in our house and they gave us a fair price and got to us quickly. They arrived every day early, and were always courteous and careful not to have the water off for too long. We new the job would take 3 days and every day I got a plan for the day and a recap of what they did before they went home. I am so impressed with their professionalism and customer service! They even brought us a Christmas gift! I would recommend these guys to any friend or family member who needs a plumber. If they are busy when you call, theyre worth the wait!

    There are few feelings worse than having a water leak and not knowing who to call. That is no problem any longer for us. We asked, in a local area group on FB, what local plumbers people could recommend. After a couple of people mentioned The Neighborhood Plumber Matt reached out, said they could get to us that afternoon. I called to give them our info and set the appointment.Matt and his assistant (Austin?) came out after lunch. We had a copper water line that had corroded and started a leak between two floors. We had located the leak. Matt verified there was no sign of other weak spots in the immediate area, cut out the copper line and replaced it with pex. It wasnt a huge repair and didnt take too long, but we were happy with the work, their responsiveness and professionalism. They cleaned up after themselves and the floor below. Their fee was more than reasonable, in my mind.I would not hesitate to use them again nor to recommend them to anyone. Our experience was excellent.

    The Neighborhood Plumber went above and beyond the competition and my expectations. Pricing was fair, honest and up front. They were on time to give an estimate to have an irrigation check valve installed and tested. At the office they are very organized in knowing the proper procedure to get water related inspection paperwork filed with the city. Every step of the way was well planned and thoughtful emails and phone calls included. All questions were answered with the knowledge of a Master Plumber. After the work was complete the yard was arranged as though nothing had disturbed it at all. Over all 10 out 10 for customer service, price, availability, and communication.

    I contacted The Neighborhood Plumber to do a new install of fixtures for my kitchen. I have used them on many occasions before for minor jobs, as well as on the construction of my new home (2004-2005). They always perform their work above and beyond my expectations. Once again I was not disappointed. The new fixtures were a touch control faucet, purified water faucet and soap dispenser. Kevin did a great job in a very timely manner. I never even consider calling any other plumbers because I want the job done right the first time.

    Recently Steve answered our call for help: 4 toilets were not working properly. Steve was professional, courteous, and exceptionally knowledgeable.     Theres not a more talented, professional plumbing company in Alabama. These guys are the real deal! Dont waste your time with other plumbers, get it done right the first time.     I cannot say enough great things about TNP. At 6:00am we realized our house was without hot water. I called TNP as soon as they opened at 8am and was taken care of immediately. They had someone out within the hour to check on the issue, and within 45 min of arriving to our house they had replaced the pipes that needed to be fixed. Fast, affordable and so pleasant to work with. It’s wishful thinking to hope we never need a plumber but the next time we do, they will be the first call!

They installed my sink and toilet in my 1/2 bath in 2013, installed my gas line and new stove May 2016 and today did my water line from the meter to the house and added a pressure regulator and shutoff valve.     I have used Neighborhood Plumbers over the years for different things , but never had to call them for sewage back. For 2 days, I tried snaking it myself with no luck. I explained to my boss my situation and he referred me to a close friend that wanted to charge me 950.00 just to come tell me it was stopped up. Called my boss back and told him that I would reach out to my plumber just a block away. Preston and Trey came out early the next morning and unstopped the blockage and showed me where my trouble stop and it cost me 410.00. They even offered to reinstall my toilet that I removed. This is a great bunch of guys that don’t take advantage of a female. Love the Neighborhood Plumbers.
