    Superior Plumbing recently installed a gas water heater in my mother’s house. The team was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I really appreciated that they were able to come out the same day, give an estimate, and get the job done right away. They explained what they were doing clearly and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. The installation looks clean and works as expected. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and I’d be happy to call them again for future plumbing needs.

    We had a leak in the crawl space under our house, and access to the leak was quite difficult. Dustin and Bob rose to the occasion and made the repair. I appreciate their tenacity, as it was not easy to figure out how to deal with the challenges. They were prompt and courteous and were excellent communicators. I highly recommend Superior.

    Robert was great right from the start. Professional and very courteous. He was able to fix my leak that another well known company could not. After that company told me they would have to custom make me something, and ghosted me, I called Superior. Robert had an estimate to me in a couple of days.     Robert has always been phenomenal. Great business practices, knowledgeable, saved us money when another company misdiagnosed a problem. They have installed a booster pump with a reservoir tank because were located on high ground. Just awesome. Cant recommend enough!

    We have had really good experiences with Superior. Twice the owner has been the one to come by. He has been fair, and we have not felt taken advantage of. They have replaced a water heater, pressure reducer, hose bib, toilets, and fixed a leaking valve. They have been good enough that over none of those times have we thought we should call someone else the next time.

    I cannot express how awesome of an experience we had with Robert, Hogan, and everyone at Superior Plumbing. I noticed a possible water leak this morning but wasn’t certain where it was originating. I called and spoke to a scheduler. She took my info and was upfront they didn’t have an opening until Wednesday but she would call if something came open sooner. By this afternoon she called back that they could fit me in today. Soon after Robert and Hogan arrived and they listened, looked, and fixed the issue quickly at a very fair price. I’ve also had an ongoing toilet issue that they fixed as well in such a way it should be a permanent fix. Robert was so knowledgeable and a great communicator that it made a potentially stressful situation very easy and painless. We are now a client for life and have no problem giving this company a 5 star review.

    I cannot say enough about this company! We had an emergency and they put me right on the list and came out first thing! Braydon not only addressed the issue but also found the root of the problem and fixed us up! Braydon and Dustin did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone! Great professionalism and personality and they liked my dogs and I didnt have to lock them away in a room while they were in the house working!

    Five stars for Owner Robert Polk and Hogan Wells! With the help of Emily in their office, Robert and Hogan were able to work me in with a same day request for an urgent need. Emily was nice, polite and very helpful in coordinating an appointment for same day service. And Robert and Hogan thankfully extended their day to work me in.     No Hot water on Christmas Eve, it was about 10 degrees in my attic. I called several Plumbers. Robert was the only one to call me back.He carefully went through a checklist of things I need to do. He then made several recommendations including the use of a hair dryer on the gaps in the pipe insulation coming out of the hot water heater. Within five minutes of following his instructions the hot water began flowing.He is a patient listener, very responsive to all questions and he gave precise and easy to understand instructions.He is truly a caring. highly customer oriented professional! Thank you Robert! He give him my highest recommendation!

    We suddenly couldn’t use our toilets so I really wanted same day service. The first place I called couldn’t get to us for several days. I called Superior Plumbing next and left a voicemail. I got an immediate call back and put on the schedule for the same day. He was very helpful over the phone and gave me a 2hr window. Brandon called within that timeframe and gave me a 20 minute ETA. When he arrived, he was very friendly and informative and fixed my problem quickly. He had me run water and do several flushes to ensure the problem was resolved. Superior Plumbing will be the only ones I call going forward.

    Robert was friendly, attentive, and thorough. The solution ended up being much simpler than we feared, but he triple checked everything to make sure there werent any hidden problems. Whoever we talked with at the office (Michelle, I believe) was also very friendly and helpful, even when emergencies and potential bad weather resulted in some rescheduling. From our experience, Superior Plumbing & Drain is a very knowledgeable, honest, and overall pleasant company to do business with.

    I am impressed with the dedication and professionalism of the owner of this company, Robert Polk. I called Superior Plumbing and Drain to replace an old gas water heater that had busted in my garage. Robert and his team already had a full day of work scheduled, but because we had no hot water for a family of five, he agreed to personally come out that night and replace it for me. He did excellent work. Everything looked neat, clean, and professional. I talked with Robert at length as he installed the unit, and I must say that he is a very personable man who appears to genuinely care about his customers satisfaction. I am certain that I will be hiring him for any future plumbing issues I have.

    I picked Superior Plumbing online because of the high number of positive Google reviews, and can only add another 5 stars rating. Robert was tied up with another job when I called, but quoted me a price for my backed up kitchen plumbing right up front, and said an associate could be there within a few hours.Brandon called shortly before arriving, was exceptionally polite and professional, took care not to make a mess, cleaned up all evidence of his visit, and took plenty of time to make sure the blockage was truly cleared.     My wife and I found an issue with our plumbing system on Christmas day and became very worried. I called 1 day later and they immediately scheduled an appointment next day. Michelle who helped me schedule was very informative and helpful and understood the urgency. Brandon, our technician, came out promptly and assured us that all was ok. He was very knowledgeable, comforting, quick, and precise. I, like many, always worry that I am being taken advantage of in systems that I do not understand.     Cant say enough about how great this company is. Called in with an emergency after hours and Robert was at my home within 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint the problem within minutes.He kept me informed on what he was doing and broke it down so I could understand exactly what was going on and where the problem was coming from.     I called Superior Plumbing & Drain based off the Google Reviews like the one I am posting. I had a difficult issue which they dealt with promptly and effectively. They were at my front door when expected. They were kind, courteous, and professional. They diagnosed and fixed a difficult leak. I felt like the price was more than fair. I was very impressed with this company and I will definitely use them again. It was very obvious by the way that both plumbers (Brandon and Robert) conducted themselves that their reputation is important to them.

    These guys are awesome! We called for a leak in the pipe coming into our basement.     All of the water draining from anywhere upstairs in my house was coming up through the toilet in my downstairs bathroom. I called and explained what the issue was. The polite, professional woman who answered the phone immediately told me what it sounded like the issue was and gave me an appt the next day. Brandon arrived about 15 minutes early. He was extremely polite and friendly. He immediately got to work and wasted no time. I don’t know how to compare prices on plumbing services but feel I was treated fairly and will use Superior Plumbing should a plumbing need arise in the future.

    Robert from Superior Plumbing is the best! The left side of my double kitchen sink had the basket strainer rot out which left that side unusable. I had talked to Robert a couple of times and something kept coming up on my end, so I would have to keep rescheduling. Well today finally worked out for me and Robert came by and replaced the basket strainer and also unstopped my garbage disposal. With all the worry about social distancing and hand washing, I noticed that he washed his hands several times after he finished the job and also gave me some good advice about how to keep my disposal from stopping up again. I will definitely be using Superior Plumbing and Drain for all my future plumbing needs.

    I have to give a BIG shout out to Robert and your whole crew!! I called in and said my elderly mom would be at home when you arrived. I mentioned my mom had just been diagnosed with blood cancer and would only be able to let someone in- not make any decisions. I advised them to call me if any decisions needed to be made. I am an elementary school teacher. Everyone from the young lady I made the appointment with (I can’t remember her name!) to sweet Robert went above and beyond!! When I arrived home after school today, my mom told me numerous times how sweet Robert was and that he told her several times to just call if she needed ANYTHING. He even offered to get the mail for her. This has been such a rough time for my mom (and me) and these seemingly small acts of kindness meant the world to us!!     This was our first plumbing need since moving to Alabaster over 20 years ago so we didnt know who to call. When I contacted Superior, I was greeted by a friendly, caring voice who took our information and quickly arranged for a same day appointment.     My water heater died on Saturday night. I called Superior Monday morning at 8 am. Someone was at my house by 8:30 am. Unfortunately, my 12 year old water heater could not be repaired. They had a new one installed by noon that day. My technician was Brandon. He was great. He had a great personality and seemed genuinely happy to be helping me. If I ever need a plumbing service again I will not call anyone else except Superior Plumbing.

    Wow, what a great experience I had with this great company. I called Superior Plumbing with a plumbing issue. The nice girl answered on the first ring. She scheduled Robert Polk to come out the next day. He showed up on time and took care of my problem very quickly. Robert really worked hard to help me and came up with a very affordable solution. Additionally, Robert took good care of my grandfather on a separate service call. My grandfather ranted and raved about Robert Polk.     Super company! Technician, owner, and receptionist are fantastic and VERY helpful. Everyone I spoke to from my first call to make an appointment, to the completion of my plumbing repair was very professional.     Robert went out of his way to make sure I had hot water. After working with the manufacturer support line to diagnose the problem, he found out that my water heater was not repairable but it could be replaced under warranty. He then went to Home Depot himself (which was after business hours at this point), got a new one, and installed it for me, all within hours of my initial call. Excellent job by Robert and Superior Plumbing & Drain.

    I had a couple of plumbing issues that i called to get fixed. Superior plumbing had a fast response and was able to schedule me in later in the day even though they were booked full for the day. The plumber showed up on time after his usual working hours and was quick at finding and fixing the problem. i will use superior plumbing again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

    Our water heater went out on a Monday, I called a couple of places to get quotes and ask a few questions. When I spoke with Robert from Superior Plumbing & Drain, he was courteous and knowledgeable. His quote was cheaper than other plumbing companies I spoke with and he could do it the next day. He arrived at 12pm and was finished by 1pm. He was professional and very friendly. As he was writing out our receipt, I asked him about replacing our garbage disposal, he flipped the switch and said it was just stopped up. He went to his truck and brought back a turn key and with a simple turn the disposal was working again. I would recommend Superior Plumbing & Drain for all your plumbing needs. We need several faucets replaced and we will definitely be calling Robert and Superior Plumbing.
