    Top quality work done quickly at a fair price, would recommend to anyone. I sent messages to a few plumbing companies and Quality Plumbing Service responded in less than a half hour and was able to set an appointment for the next day. Wally called me after I set up an appointment to check my building HOAs requirements, and patiently walked me through what information I needed to gather. Im a first time homeowner and still getting used to handling repairs on my own, so I really appreciate Wallys willingness to explain pretty basic concepts to me. From start to finish, Quality Plumbing Service exceeded every expectation I had and I will be calling them for any future needs that arise.

    Very pleased with their work! I had something weird happening with downspouts and basement drains, the crew who came out was able to explain what they thought the problem was, and once I agreed to the course of action they were right on the money and got everything cleaned and unplugged to the street.     My toilets sinks and showers started to back up at 4 o’clock on Saturday night , called Quality and Kevin was at my house by 5 . He rodded out the drain line to my septic field , checked the ejector pump, cleaned up any mess and was finished by 6:45 . So I was able to keep our dinner plans . Talk about professional .quality and efficient work . I have never been so impressed by any service company . Kevin was a personable professional and experienced plumber that explained to us the problem and spent the extra effort to make sure the problem was corrected. Quality Plumbing will be the only plumbing company I will call in the future . A wonderful experience.

    I had a pipe burst in my home due to the cold weather. I called a number of places but quality was the only business that called right back and gave me a reasonable time of arrival. The technician Kevin was exceptional. He found the source of the breach quickly and despite the pipe being in a less than optimal location to make a repair, he was able to make adjustments and was able to repair the pipe and restore water to my home. He also provided suggestions to insulate the exposed wall area as the cold weather has yet to abate.I am very grateful. and would highly recommend Quality Plumbing Services to anyone seeking prompt, efficient and quality plumbing services. Also a big thank you to Kevin for his superior work.

    I couldnt have been more pleased with the work Quality Plumbing Services did to very quickly fix our problem where both our 2nd floor toilets wouldnt flush and we were unable to free up the clog with a plunger. When I called a little before noon, the man that answered was very helpful and polite, saying he would do his best to get a plumber out that same day. 15 minutes later, he called back and said a plumber was on his way and would be there within an hour! The plumber, Scott S., was also very nice and, after evaluating the situation, he gave me a full explanation of the issue, my options to address it, and his recommendations. I decided to have Scott power rod our cast iron drain pipe, and also replace one of our toilets. He did a great job on both, and our problem was resolved! Unlike some of other plumbing companies weve used in the past, Scott was very clean and left the place even cleaner than before he came! Im so happy I found Quality Plumbing Services, and Ill definitely use them again if another plumbing issue occurs. I give them my highest recommendation!

    Ive been using Quality Plumbing Chicago since 2012 and have never looked back. My first experience with them was a midnight emergency call for my moms townhouse when the sewage pipe broke - a complete disaster. They were fast on the scene, efficient, upfront and very responsive. They also helped with the insurance claim (total upwards cost to replace everything damaged was $75K). After that theyve been my go-to plumbers including our high rise condo in the city, then again to our 100-year-old home in the suburbs. Theyve also service both my brothers residences in the suburbs. Diane Brezlin and team always answer the phone! Last week they serviced our basement pipes. Fast forward to today, a Saturday, - my toilet seat broke and I called to ask where can I buy this exact same one and install myself? I was floored when they offered to install one for me, COMPLIMENTARY (!) several years past its warranty(!), and didnt charge me a single dime!!! because they just happened to be in the area and my family has been loyal customers. Support businesses like this one who treat you like family! Thank you Wally, John, Diane and everyone at Quality Plumbing!!!

    Great experience with Quality Plumbing. I had an outside hose connection that had a huge clump of ice all winter long. I didn’t think much about it at the time. Until this past weekend, when I was watering the newly planted flowers, when my wife came out of the house screaming that I was flooding the basement.I called Quality Plumbing. I got an immediate response and booked an appointment quickly. When the plumber arrived He was a top-notch professional. Knew exactly what to do to make the necessary repairs.Fantastic experience and Great customer service from beginning to end. Will definitely use them again should the need arise.     Ive used Quality Plumbing three times now, once for my sewer video inspection after buying a new house up in Niles and for a few other issues I was having.     I cannot recommend them more. I have been using them consistently for multiple plumbing repairs (including emergencies) for almost 2 years. Their staff, including dispatch, are respectful, prompt, and straightforward + never try to upsell. Most recently, they helped me fix my outside hose connections, but accidentally caused a minor electrical issue in my basement. Once I let them know, they sent out an electrician-same day-at no cost to me. I cant wait to use them again!

    I had a constant issue with frozen garden pipes every year. The prior owner ran pipes outside under an exposed back porch. Quality plumbing came out, showed me how it would make more sense to re-route my garden faucets to the outside of the house itself with frost proof faucets. They were professional, polite and very efficient. Worth every penny!

    They were the 4th company I called for the same problem in six months. I knew this was most likely just another step in the cycle of insanity. NOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH!!!! The young lady I spoke with was very knowledgeable and quickly realized I was at wits end. Scheduling was very fast. The guys that came out were Scott and Wally. They were amazing and fixed the problem quickly and extremely neatly and I am confident I wont have the same problem anytime soon.I was also extremely comforted and impressed with the time Scott took to explain everything to me and let me know that a lot of what others told me needed to be done actually didnt.

    My in-laws had a bad leak coming from their ceiling, and I needed a plumber to help get it fixed quickly to prevent further water damage--called around and Quality Plumbing was able to get someone out in a timely manner. Diana was very easy to work with to schedule someone, and Kevin who came out did a great job diagnosing the problem (toilet tank with a hairline crack and also loose wax ring from poor installation from previous contractor) and coming up with different solutions which he explained clearly. We ended up replacing both aging toilets with upgraded Gerber toilets that are much more comfortable and better quality backed by a 5 year warranty and Kevin was very careful and professional in making sure everything was installed up to code and correctly. Kevin was extremely professional, hard working, and detail oriented in his work, and I would highly recommend him and Quality Plumbing to anyone!

    Our basement floor drain backed up and was creating quite an issue. I called Quality Plumbing Services based upon their years in business, 24/7 availability and excellent reviews. They absolutely did not disappoint me.Diane was awesome when first taking my call and went above and beyond to get someone to us as quickly as possible. It was already early afternoon. She kept me informed with several follow up phone calls. Dan and Wally arrived just before 3:00 PM. They were both extremely professional, courteous, and thorough in explaining the problem and resolution plan to me.     Quality Plumbing came when our water heater was leaking. Scott showed up and determined that it wasnt the water heater but the furnace humidifier. Our water heater was 22 years old, so Scott gave us an estimate. Price wasnt bad, so I had it replaced. Best part was Scott was able to upgrade from a 40 gallon tank to a 50 gallon tank for the same price. I recommend Quality Plumbing.

    Highly recommend this company. We had a surprise leak in our shower wall and called for service. They gentleman on the phone scheduled the appointment quickly and clearly explained all our options and associated costs. The plumber who came (Scott) was excellent. Quickly diagnosed the problem, presented our options with accurate prices and gave honest feedback on which was a better choice for both time and cost.     I found Quality Plumbing Services to be very responsive when my hot water heater wasnt working properly -- they sent a plumber out the very next morning. He was very professional and good at explaining the issue. While he was there, we discovered one of our toilets wasnt working, and that it was more cost effective to replace it, which he did immediately. I will now use the company for all my plumbing needs.

    We purchased a new boiler from Quality Plumbing Services several years ago. The exhaust fan went out while on I was on vacation.     Dan from Quality Plumbing Services came today to replace a toilet. He was on time, prepared, came masked and wore booties. He got the toilet installed very quickly. He cleaned the floor afterwards with bleach. He offered to take a large carton to the trash for me on his was to his truck.     Well, I decided to wait a couple of weeks before writing any review. So here it is:I had 2 problems. My kitchen sink drain had been draining fairly slowly and then almost backed up entirely. It would take quite a while for it to finally drain the water from the sink. I had to start washing dishes by hand since my dishwasher was not working. Coincidence ??So, I called Quality, based on all the 5 star reviews I read online. Dan came out first thing the next morning and I told him about my drain problem and that I wanted to make certain that the drain was working properly before I called for someone to come out and fix my dishwasher. Dan said that was a good idea because the drain problem may not be causing the dishwasher problem. Dan goes to his truck and gets all the tools he needs and starts the rodding process. He rods down about 40 feet to make sure he gets the pipe cleaned out.Success. The kitchen sink is now draining as it should. Dan double checked everything to make sure nothing was leaking under the sink and everything was fine. At this point I asked Dan to check my upstairs bathroom because the bathtub faucet had a very slow drip. Dan got to work and it turned out that the control needed a new cartridge. He put a new one in and everything looked good.The next morning it was leaking again. So I called Quality and talked to Anthony and explained my problem. Anthony explained that Dan was on a job and that he would be back to check it out and fix it. But he wasnt sure if that would be today or the next day. I said no problem and I just wanted the problem resolved. I think it was less than 2 hours later, here is Dan back apologizing for having to come back after he thought the problem was taken care of. Well, it turned out that the new cartridge he put in was defective. Dan went out to his supplier and got a new cartridge. He came back and put in the new cartridge. As of this writing, everything is in great shape. Draining great and no more leaking bathtub faucet. Dan was great. If youre having any plumbing issues dont hesitate to call Quality Plumbing. Theyll get the job done and they stand by their work.By the way, I called a repairman for the dishwasher, and it needed a new pump.

The other thing ended up happening in an extremely disruptive and distressing way, and this team couldnt have been more professional or responsive. Anthony was the picture of poise and professionalism scheduling a same-day visit; John called proactively to talk through some very helpful pre-emptive steps; they even placed a courtesy call to let me know when a technician was en route; and Scott showed an incredible breadth of expertise during his visit. The entire team is absolutely stellar, and Id like to give them 10+ stars if I could. If you have a plumbing issue thats made your already-stressful day go from overtaxing to almost unbearable, this is the skilled and knowledgeable team you should choose above anyone else.

    We woke up to a leak in our water heater/HVAC/washer dryer area today and called Quality Plumbing Services. They got Johnny out to our house within an hour and a half. Johnny was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, especially when it turned out that were just new homeowners who didnt notice that the drainage hose from our HVAC was pinched. He explained everything to us as he was doing it, showed us what to watch out for in the future, gave us advice on how to maintain this drainage system (because the hose is not huge in diameter), and it was all for a reasonable price (especially on a Sunday). He got this all done quickly - what I thought was going to be an afternoon-long, bank breaking ordeal turned out to be quick and painless, thanks to Johnny!

    These guys are great! I own a building in the Chicago area and my tenants called me in a panic on Friday night with an emergency that their toilet and bathtub were overflowing with sewage. I called Quality Plumbing and they were not only professional but they were out to my building within 60 minutes. They explained everything from the emergence dispatch fee (of course, it was a Friday night at 9:00 pm) as well as the cost of the work upfront to not only my tenants but to me over the phone (I am located in Minnesota).I had paid another company two weeks prior to Friday night for the same problem and they were no where to be found and obviously, did not fix the problem the first time. Quality Plumbing Services did an awesome job and will be on my speed dial from here on.

    I was having problems with a very slow drain on my kitchen sink and I tried to rooter it out with a small rooter I had from home depot but it didnt make a dent. So a friend of mine recommended Quality Plumbing Services. They were willing to come over right away but it wasnt an emergency so they gave me an appointment the next morning.Scott came over the next morning, was even a few minutes early, and took a look at the situation. He recommended we route the pipes all the way to the front of the house. This cleared up the draining issues right away. Scott was very polite and clean in his work and a pleasure to deal with. He had made some recommendations as well on my piping (I had plastic/PVC pipes) and I will keep them in mind for that work in the future.Overall I would say QPS is a great local plumbing company.

    I woke up to a leaking toilet in my master bathroom. I called Quality and informed them of my problem. They were extremely professional and friendly. A serviceman made it over to my house that same day to fix my toilet. They had everything they needed in their truck, which was wonderful!!!! I then told them I had another little problem with my basement toilet for the past two years that Ive been putting off, so he took a look that as well. His honesty on the problem was so appreciated and it ended up being a quick fix. He certainly could have told me otherwise and charged me accordingly. He cleaned up everything and left both my bathrooms spotless. Its hard to find quality, honesty and friendly people. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

    We called Quality Plumbing after having another plumbing company inspect our sewer line & tell us our sewer line was in horrible shape and needed to be fixed, sealed, etc. (For thousands of dollars!) We were having no issues with our water whatsoever. Quality Plumbing came out and did the same thing, by looking in our sewer line, & assured us our sewer was in great condition, was not broken, cracked, or in need of re-sealing. They rodded our line due to roots growing, but assured us that there was no sign of the sewer line being in poor condition. They were extremely professional, honest, competent, & informative. Not to mention they saved us thousands of dollars in unnecessary plumbing work! I would highly recommend Quality Plumbing to anyone looking for good *quality* plumbing work!     The lady scheduling appointments was friendly and very responsive, calling back very quickly to schedule a visit the same day. We found water leaking through the ceiling from the 2nd floor toilet. John came by and fixed it up quick. He also did a quick repair on a leaking valve for the sink.     Best service period!!! I found a small amount of backup into basement floor drains. I contacted a large nationally known rooter company to take a look at the problem. The rooter tech determined it was a broken pipe. Charged us almost $400 and left a quote for $4,000 to fix the problem (only partially). I got a second opinion from Quality Plumbing and they found it was simply a check valve that failed and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. These guys were PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY and HONEST. Do not hesitate one bit using this company. These guys are excellent!

    Quality Plumbing literally just saved my whole Thanksgiving! My water pressure pump in the house started spraying water out of a broken seal last night, and i had to turn off the water main, leaving the whole house without water. This couldnt have happened at a worse time, with all the cooking and cleaning to be done for Thanksgiving! I called in to see if i could get an emergency appointment, and with the help of some photos and verbal direction they helped me figure out how to bypass the pump and at least get water back into the house for Thanksgiving!     I would like to commend the two gentleman, (John Schiavone and Filemon Flores) that came out to route out our sewer line. They were prompt, courteous and very professional. They quickly diagnosed the issue and commenced the work, finding a remnant of a snapped off cable previously used to route out the line many years before.We have had trouble in the past and have other companies attempt to fix the issue. These guys really did. Through there video camera I could see the whole line was clean as a whistle all the way to the main sewer line.I would recommend the Quality Plumbing Services for your plumbing needs.Great job guys, much appreciated.

    We had just moved into our new house when our basement flooded. They came out the next day first thing and cleaned out my pipes. They were very professional, explained everything they were doing and why we had flooded. The pipe ended up being longer than they estimated, which should have cost me more, but they were very generous didnt charge me extra. This week, the basement flooded again because of a huge rainfall and the sewer main backing up. They offered to come out and clean the pipes again free of charge if the water doesnt drain on its own. Very happy with the service theyve provided and their customer service.

    The plumbing service we usually use was not available for a kitchen sink clog so I read online reviews and called Quality Plumbing Services. They were available to come out within a couple of hours and were efficient, friendly, and professional and let me know the cost up front I will definitely use them again if there’s a need!

I called and set the appointment tech came out and used the camera removed the tree roots and showed me there is nothing broken in my line. John W. our service tech explained everything and cleared my roots all the way into my house.     Ive used this company twice and they are awesome. Scott was very professional and did a terrific job replacing my old cast iron drain with new PVC. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

    Such a great experience from the woman who took my call to the guys who did the work. After we suffered sewage backup in the basement we were bailed on by the first company we contracted with. With three days of rain in the forecast we were desperate. Although it was close to the end of the work day, the kind woman in the office did everything she could do to help and managed to get two guys over here within the hour. The two guys (one was Isac so sorry I cannot remember the others name) graciously agreed to extend their workday to do the job. They were extremely polite and affable, conscientious (putting on paper booties each time they entered our house) and took the time to make sure we understood everything. On top of that they declined to accept the $100 tip I offered to them in gratitude of them coming so quickly and extending their workday. Finally, the price was was about 2/3 less than the two other companies from which we received bids. The whole experience practically brought me to tears (of joy).

    Dan was 100% correct in diagnosing our sewer line break and Wally and crew were wonderful with repair. If you have a major sewer line problem, these are the pros to call.

    Super nice guy! I had replaced my sump pump and he not only gave me pointers after we realized the problem was the ejector pump, but he replaced the ejector pump same day and fixed the remainder of my sump project for no additional charge. Highly recommend!

    We had an emergency late at night and had Isaac and Mike not gotten to us as fast as they did or worked as diligently as they did, we would have likely had a major problem in our fully finished basement.     I don’t often write reviews but I can not say enough good things about this company. We had an issue early Saturday morning and called. Diana was so helpful and went out of her way to help. She got Scott to our house within a few hours. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He walked us through and explained everything in detail. If you need any kind of plumbing I highly recommend this company and can not thank them enough.

    I am very pleased with the level of service and professionalism. I had the good fortune of having the technician Scott both times I had issues with my plumbing. Explains everything and makes sure you understand. He performed his tasks quickly and efficiently. I have confidence that the work and equipment installed, will last.     Over the past several years, we have used them for many things. They are always professional and go the extra mile to find a problem!
