Jordan did a great job fixing my burst pipe! It was in a difficult location and he was able to repair it without causing too much damage to the drywall. Communication was great as well!Update! I called Drip Drop last year to re-plumb some pipes under my kitchen sink and things went well. Recently, there was a leak and I was not sure if the issue was related to the original install or something different. In resolving the issue, they were more than fair with the pricing of todays job. Given my experience with both visits (Over a year apart), they have earned my business going forward and I will refer them to my neighbors as well! They are a great example of a family owned business doing the right thing for their clients.

Sean was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was supposed to be a simple faucet install but my granite wasn’t drilled large enough to accommodate the faucet I bought. Sean hand grinder the hole to work so we did not have to incur and interruption with our kitchen water. Excellent job.

I hired Drip Drop at the suggestion of a GC when I needed a sewer scoped for a house under contract. The crew showed up on time (ahead of schedule actually!) and knew the best access point (after the home inspector struggled). The team was thorough, patient, and professional.I later called Drip Drop to handle a full plumbing changeout to copper. Shaun and his crew worked efficiently and handled the job with minimal drywall cuts. Their pricing was fair, especially for a small business. The final work product was excellent and you can tell they want to do the best job possible. Ive referred Drip Drop and will continue to keep them as my go-to plumbing company.

Im so pleased with Drip Drop!! I cannot recommend them enough!!!I had a literal worse case scenario occur when we were listing our home to sell: pipe issue discovered the day we started showing our home. Long story short, I had another plumber come out and drag me along for days trying to figure the problem and get me an estimate. This was a really time sensitive situation as we accepted an offer and things moved quickly from there, with inspection/appraisal awaiting this repair! After almost 24 hours waiting on an estimate (yup... just the estimate) from this other plumber, I had a friend recommend drip drop... Shaun came the same day, gave me an estimate ON THE SPOT, and got me on the repair schedule ASAP. I could tell Shaun took my situation seriously and actually cared... like a totally normal person, not at all that corporate feel I got from the other company. It got even better because he showed up on time, with a smile, and was happy to do the work. He kept me updated the entire time and completed the work professionally and quickly. To add a lovely cherry on top of it all, his estimate was over $1200 cheaper than the other plumbers estimate! Drip Drop is my go to plumber FOR LIFE now. I will always recommend them to anyone who is looking for a plumber! Oh!! And the office lady was so nice and friendly! Overall amazing experience 10/10 would recommend!

Ive been using Drip Drop on an initial referral for almost a decade for anything I dont feel like doing or dont have the time or expertise for. Theyve done a water heater replacement, sewer line root clearing, sewer line replacement, and a few other small interior things for me. I hate dealing with plumbing issues, but the people at Drip Drop are always a pleasure to work with. Theyre up-front and fast with their estimates, quick to respond over email or phone, and very friendly and professional when theyre at my house. Im always glad I called them and am happy to recommend them.

Jordan was amazing! We had a leak from our upstairs neighbor’s toilet ruin our bathroom ceiling. Jordan came out, removed the damaged drywall/ceiling, and fixed the toilet within the day. Very personable and reliable! Would highly recommend!

I used Drip Drop recently for several issues that came up while remodeling my kitchen. They moved a gas line, the waterline, and faucet lines, and I later learned I needed a hot water tank replaced. I’ve used other plumbing services in the past and they were ok . . .but Shaun from Drip Drop was a little different. He was pleasant professional honest and his pricing was fair. He was at my place when he said he would be and he got the job done. More importantly he came across as a normal guy. He had another gentleman with him who also was personable and rather normal. I didn’t get the corporate responses I’d heard from some pros or the sales pitches I’ve heard from others. After they were done they left my place the way they found it and I was very satisfied with the quality of their work. I seldom write reviews but rely on comments from others about their experiences, which prompted me to write one now. If you’re looking for a plumbing company whose professional reasonably priced and seemingly rather normal, consider them. I’m glad I did.

Augie was great. We had a leak in the ceiling just below a shower. We could not locate the leak as it was not consistent. Called to have Drip Drop come and determine the problem and give us a quotation on the repair. They responded right away and scheduled a visit for service the next day. Augie tested running the water in several different ways. He quickly determined that the problem was not plumbing but old grout that needed to be repaired. When we asked for the service charge, he responded, It isnt the plumbing, you dont owe me a thing. It is a courtesy. WOW! When does that ever happen? Very impressed.

They did it all, very well, and at a fair price.I called Drip Drop Plumbing for help with a toilet problem. They looked for the least expensive solution, and gave me what I felt was a fair price for the work. It turned out that the problem was much more extensive than just the toilet; it was a backed-up sewer problem. Drip Drop then looked for the least expensive way to solve the problem and again gave me a price. The work was now much more extensive, but I believe the price was again fair. The plumber that I thought I needed turned out to be a plumbing contractor, and Drip Drop was capable in all areas. In the end, old clay sewer pipe was replaced with PVC, and it was gratifying to know that Drip Drop was capable of doing whatever it took to correct the problem. This is not the kind of project that one looks forward to having done, but it was necessary, and Drip Drop did a fine job. They were careful to keep the dust and dirt to a minimum, and they were very professional in every aspect. They always knew exactly the right thing to do. That is, right for longevity of the work and right from a cost standpoint as well. Plumbing is never inexpensive work, but when one needs it, one would like it to be done well at a fair price. That is Drip Drop Plumbing. Ask for Ron.

Absolutely fantastic. After calling multiple plumbers in the area and waiting forever (Im still waiting) for them to call me back, Drip Drop scheduled right when I called. They scheduled a 2 hour window, then called and asked if they could come EARLY!! Anyone who has had the two hour window experience knows that its unheard of for the service people to come early. Drip Drop not only came early, but they were in and out before my window even began. They diagnosed the issue quickly, had the materials with them and fixed the problem really efficiently. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone I know who needs a plumber.

Very pleased. I needed a laundry tub with standing (yucky) water cleared, the main drain there rodded, and trap fittings replaced. Also needed trap and strainer housing replaced on the kitchen sink. This company was extremely professional and very pleasant. On time, courteous and thorough. The price is quoted before the work is done and is based on the work needed not an hourly rate. The cost was fair and at the moderate side of what I expected. They have a good warranty policy. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. No muss, no fuss. From the initial call on I felt the job was in good hands.

Few things strike fear into the heart of the owner of a 90 year old house more than realizing you need to to call on the services of a plumber. So, it was with considerable trepidation that I first contacted Drip Drop Plumbing nearly seven years ago when my sewer backed up. Shaun arrived early the next morning and valiantly squeezed himself into my basement plumbing chase, braving spiders and Frankenplumbing, to assess the situation. He gave me a firm quote and went straight to work. Within an hour or so he had cleared the line, closed up the plumbing, cleaned up after himself and was on his way, leaving me incredibly pleased and with no sticker shock.Fast forward to the present, and the same initial fear crept into my heart as my floor drain backed up. Without wasting another second worrying about the source of the problem, I called on Drip Drop Plumbing again, confident that I would be treated honestly. Shaun and his apprentice arrived the next morning, within the early portion of their two hour call window, and again quickly assessed the situation, offered me a couple of alternatives for treating the problem, and didnt pressure me when I chose the less expensive of the two options. They were quick, clean and courteous, never once letting on that my watching over their shoulder may have been annoying. They even answered the small questions I had about other potential jobs I had around the house, without leaning on me to get it done before my plumbing exploded or whatever it is the dishonest plumbers tell homeowners.When I inevitably need the services of a plumber again, I wont hesitate to contact Drip Drop Plumbing.

I have had some bad experiences in the past dealing with landscapers, plumbers etc just trying to get them to your home and on time. Problem solved with Drip Drop Plumbing. First off Bob was on time and as awkward as it was a plumber was here already giving me an estimate and he Kindly waited in his truck. The other plumber came way early but Bob was on time... Bob is a super nice guy and we discussed the work I needed and options and gave me advise as well of things I didnt even consider. Even though his bid was just slightly higher then another plumber I had, and WAY WAY less then some of the others, I chose Bob because, one I Liked his personality they way he represented himself and how timely they were able to schedule the job. Especially since a previous plumber left me hanging and I was in a bind, they didnt capitalize on that. Work day Bob and Shaun came as scheduled and called with a ETA because of traffic. Shaun and Bob are two of the most genuinely nice people I have ever had the pleasure of working with, not just because they are in your home and you hire them but these guys dont have to fake it. They are kind and considerate and considering the job that was ahead of them, they never showed any frustration. They even deducted some of my bill because of some parts I elected to get myself. Not only did they work as professionals and showed me the upmost respect, asked if I wanted to take some photos along the way for documentation, they also did a tremendous job, everything to code, the plumbing was spot on where I needed it and one could tell this wasnt done by a weekend warrior... They left my home as clean as expected especially with all the dust from busting concrete. I would not hesitate to hire from this company again in a heart beat. They are professional, they came on time, called ahead all things one appreciates when your life is about to be tuned upside down for the day. I cant thank them enough for their professionalism and should be commended on impressing me because I promise I am not easily impressed this day and age anymore...Thanks Bob and Shaun it was my pleasure getting to know you..

My main was backing up into my downstairs and this was the 5th time in 4 years so I’m familiar with renting the eel from Home Depot and handling the situation myself which is what I did again. However my wife had already called Drip Drop because I was at work when this all happened. So Bob was already almost to my house after I had rectified the situation and cleared the blockage. So I asked him to snake the main with a camera so I can see why this issue keeps happening. Bob was very quick and knowledgeable and helped us come to a resolution for our consistent blockage issue. I know for any future plumbing issues, I will only be calling Drip Drop Plumbing. Thanks guys!

Yesterday morning, I found sewage that had flowed up from my shower drain in my basement. I called Drip Drop Plumbing, and they sent Dan over within an hour. He identified the issue (bad ejector pump) and had a new one installed within another hour. Dan was friendly and professional. The price was reasonable, especially considering the whole thing was fixed within 2 hours of it happening!

So set aside the slightly silly sounding name - this is a serious plumbing company. The plumber arrived within the time scheduled - diagnosed the problem - quoted a price (NOT an hourly rate) - did the work expertly - and although it took longer than expected, charged me exactly what they quoted. Second time I have used DD, and they will be the ones I call if a need arises. The first call was a main sewage pipe leaking; urgent Sunday call and they responded and got things fixed for less than I would have expected on a Sunday. The second call was for an anti-freeze outside spigot. He called to say he would arrive at 8:00. He knocked at 8:01 and I greeted with a smile and told him he was late. Good work, happy with result, nice guy. Yes, recommended!

Dan is THE MAN! Without running water in my bathroom for seven months. Dan came, took a look, gave me my estimate. Okay. I thought. When will they be able to come back and do the work? I had a leaky faucet in my master bathroom that was causing migranes at night (lol) and they came out the next day to fix the plumbing problem. I am pretty sure they offer emergency plumbing service in Addison, iIl and other surrounding Chicago Suburb cities. I recommend these guys to all my friends and family.
