    5 stars to Tim and Noah of the Aberdeen-based Thomas Plumbing and Lining for, bar none, the best plumbing service I have ever experienced. They arrived promptly on a same day call for service to connect the drain baskets of my new sink and install my new faucet. Both reflected very well on the Company because they introduced themselves at the door and then got right to work, asking questions along the way or alerting me when they needed to make modifications to the pipes under the sink as needed. I felt at ease from the get-go by how professionally they carried themselves all throughout their visit. The sink and faucet turned out great, and the price for their services was unbeatable. Second to none, and among the best are phrases I will use to describe their services going forward. I fully plan on promoting this Company to my neighbors and coworkers as the plumbing service must have in Pinehurst, NC.

    I called several places for estimates and an estimated timeline to replace our tub/shower trim kits and drains and chose Thomas Plumbing for services because of the other great reviews, fair prices, and excellent customer service in the inquiry process. When calling back to set an appointment for a quote, we were able to schedule for the same day, and the technician arrived about an hour later. Tim was superb! He was professional, courteous, and cleaned up after the work was done. He was able to replace everything at the time of this first appointment since I had the trim kits and drains on hand. I highly recommend Thomas Plumbing and will use them for future services.

    Wonderful service all around. Tim was able to replace our water heater by himself in under an hour. The price was very fair (better than I expected) and the work was professionally completed.     Late Sunday afternoon, we noticed water on the floor around our water heater. It was streaming down the sides of the tank. We had a leak! We found Thomas Plumbing through an internet search and saw that they offered 24-hour service. We called around 4:20 in the afternoon and their technician, Tanner Jackson responded within 3 minutes. He arrived at our home in Pinehurst by 5:30pm and had a new water heater installed by 7:30pm. Mr. Jackson was clean, efficient, personable, and professional. We have some home improvement projects on the horizon and will call on Thomas Plumbing to help.

    The technician, Tim L. was punctual, professional, and courteous. Initially I was apprehensive about the cost of repair but cost was very affordable.     Thomas Plumbing came out immediately following the holiday weekend. They were prompt and thorough. They replaced a toilet that was probably at least 20 years old...if not older. When they left, we were good to go. However, several hours later, we experienced continued issues. We called them immediately. They offered to come out that same evening, but we opted for the next morning. They identified the issue and made appropriate referrals. We are very grateful to Tanner Jackson and his assistant for all their help! We will certainly be using them in the future!

    Tim arrived on time and was very professional in his work. He gave me a quote prior to breaking anything down and stood by the quote even when there ended up being more to the job than originally thought.     You want the best? Call Thomas Plumbing! Ive worked with a lot of contractors over the years growing up in the trades. Good contractors are hard to find, nevermind finding great contractors. Thomas Plumbing, by far is the best Plumbing contractor Ive ever worked with. The reason why? Thomas LOVES plumbing and problem solving. Thomas Plumbing isnt a one truck truck operation, they are larger company with that down home feel. How do I know?Recently, my wife and I purchased a 1906 renovated farmhouse in Mount Pleasant, NC (yes, thats about 90 minutes away from their HQ). The second night in the home, we knew we had a problem. The reno included all new plumbing. However, my gut was telling me to have the sewer line scoped before closing because its most likely cast iron: note to self and others, pay for the scope before closing. Come to find out, the sewer line had cast iron shards and PVC knockouts in it from the upfit.Like I said, good plumbers are hard to find. The scope also revealed a large section that had totally disintegrated. There was no saving this sewer line. Heres what happened next. Thomas himself, grabbed an on-call tech and headed out my way as soon as they got the call. What I saw in real time, was a guy who loves plumbing. Youd think hed sit back and watch the guy hes paying do the work. Nope. They showed up and he went to work.He presented me more than one solution, talked about the danger to the large tree nearby and the timeline of the project. It was an absolute pleasure working with Thomas Plumbing. He had us up and running same day. Great company!

    Mr. Tim Presley came within a few hours after me calling and he did SOLID work. I had a pin hole size leak in my water main. He cut the pipe and replaced it with a new one. Total work was less than an hour and he made it look so easy. Cost was reasonable. They don’t do any military or veteran discounts (understandable since this is a military town), but hey.. didn’t hurt to ask.Definitely calling them again God forbid I have another plumbing issue.

    The technician that came out to fix my water heater came between the projected time frame and was super friendly! I had called the day before and they were able to see me next day. He took a look at our water heater and went below the crawl space to figure out what the problem was. As it turns out, we needed a new water heater. Installment was super fast.     Okay, I’ve had them over again within the week.I discovered a leak in the feeder hose to our greenhouse faucet: So, we decided to place a service call for the issue and ask Tim, who was today’s tech, to correct a very minor issue from a previous kitchen sink leak fix.The greenhouse faucet leak was due to wear and tear on one of the feeder hoses to the faucet. Tim pointed out that the feeder hose was for the unused hot water line. If we kept the faucet handle on the cold side, there would be no leakage. If we wanted to fix the situation permanently, we could buy a new faucet from Lowe’s and he gave me a rough estimate of their cost to install.We didn’t get charged for either service!If you are in the market for a local vendor who exists to do a great job and make their customers happy, this is the company for you.They are for us!

On a major job I had at my house the owner Thomas was the first one working under my home.Tyler came to my home this time and replaced our garbage disposal and completed the job in no time at all.     This is my 3rd time using Thomas Plumbing over the past 7 years. Once to replace an outdoor faucet, another to replace my water heater and today I had a new toilet and kitchen faucet installed. Cant ask for better service. They schedule quickly, communicate ahead of time, show up when promised, complete the work efficiently and clean up afterwards. All of that seems like it should be a given in the service business...but far too often (with many other home service companies Ive dealt with over the years) that is not the case. When I need plumbing services, I dont bother to shop around...I just call Thomas because itll be done right, quick and they stand by their service.

    I can not think of enough positive remarks to put in this review. From the initial call to when Tim left at 9 pm with the job done right. I called at 4:50pm, the call was answered by a very understanding lady. The technician called me with an ETA within 10 mins of my initial call. The technician showed up about an hour earlier than expected, The company sent me his picture and information. Tim checked out what was going on inside the home, but to be through started with check of the outside and there was a huge root ball. He didn’t need to do anything on the inside except ensure everything was in working order.. The price was reasonable, the service was fast, professional, and reasonable.

    I called 10/9/23 in the morning and was given an appointment for that afternoon between 3-4. It gave me time to make arrangements at wok so I could meet them later at the house. They came I explained the problem and they checked it out.
