I have nothing but good things to say about the crew that came out today. Jacob and Justin were amazing. They were punctual, polite and respectful. They found the problem instantly and fixed it with ease. They are very knowledgeable in their field. They even found another problem and fixed it for me while they were there. The entire process took about 1.5 hours which was way less time that I had anticipated. They didnt make a huge mess and cleaned up before they left. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend them.

After struggling with an ongoing plumbing issue for over a year and the difficulty in finding a local (well rated) company that serviced our area - we got in touch with Harbor Rooter LLC when the problem became more urgent. They said they could come out the next morning, but then managed to squeeze us in and showed up the same day we called!Justin and Jacob did an amazing job! They fixed the issue. Removed a hardened clog that had solidified in the pipes a year before we even moved in. They were professional, fixed the issue quickly, and even cleared another unrelated pipe issue in the bathroom!We are very impressed and would highly recommend Harbor Rooter LLC to anyone. They will be our go to for any future plumbing issues we cant fix ourselves. Awesome work and response time!

Robert and Bobby were amazing. Not only did they clean out my clogged line but kept us informed the whole time they were working. Extra kudos for them coming out in the extreme heat. We live on the border line of mason and grays harbor so it is really hard to get someone from the right jurisdiction to come but they took the job anyways. They definitely knew what they were doing and were very polite. If anyone needs a reliable plumber then these guys are it. Thank you so much!!

After being strung along by my home warranty company for 12 days and still not having a plumber, I reached out to Harbor Rooter. I spoke with Jerrimy on a Friday and he was very sympathetic about my plight. He said he would have his team out first thing Monday. He called me later that day and if I had been home, he would have come out that day. But Robert and BJ showed up Monday and were very professional, friendly and thorough. They took the time to explained everything to me. Tuesday the line inspector was here and by mid day Wednesday, I finally had a new pipeline and water to my house again! If you ever need quality work done by good people, don’t look any further than Harbor Rooter. they will always be the only call I will make!

Dealing with contractors can be stressful, dealing with Bob and Bobby from Harbor Rooter was the opposite of that today. Very pleasant experience, you could tell Bob had more experience than Bobby just in the way he was teaching and explaining everything he was doing while doing it, you can tell he cared about his co workers knowledge as much as he cared about his own. Bob was outstanding for such a young man. Bobby you could tell was so excited to be working for this company and he represented it very well. He was quick to offer advice and help when needed and was quick to help his coworker. They were kind, efficient, and more than willing to explain my issues to me and to look into my other potential issues as well. Hats off to Bob and Bobby from Harbor Rooter. Great job. Expected them to be a couple hours, they were in and out in no time.

Id been dealing with a pretty big clog in my laundry room drain pipe and utility sink. Bobby and Bobby came by the same day I called in and got to work. It turned into a very hard to find clog but they worked very hard and got it all taken care of. Plus found some issues in my kitchen sink and quickly fixed those as well while they were here. They did a fantastic job and everything is back to flowing happily again.

Today is the 4th time I have used this company. I have an older mobile home and the pipes are very old. But these guys are amazing. I have the utmost confidence that my plumbing problem will be solved quickly and all at a reasonable price. They give you the price up front so you know what you are looking at. Great service, they were able to get me a technician out the next morning after calling to snake my bathtub drain which had taken all night to drain. They were very respectful towards my property and made sure they were keeping keeping things clean. They stayed longer than I thought to really make sure the bathtub continued to drain efficiency (im glad they did becauseI thought they had it going but it clogged again). The price of my service seems to be at par with industry and I was happy to learn that they will guarantee their work for 30 days. My only complaint would be they still use paper hand written invoices so the end of the appointment took longer than expected but not enough reason to demerit them i just was tired at this point because I work nights and was ready for bed all in all 10/10 recommended

Today I had Harbor Rooter come to my home to fux a leaky kitchen sink. They sent 2 guys over, Jacob & Justin. They arrived promptly and got right to work. They were really polite and courteous from start to finish. They explained what the problem was, how much it would be to fix, and when they were finished they went over the bill with and showed me what they did. This was really nice because i wasn’t left wondering about anything AND the bill was only about 1/3 of what I expected to pay-VERY REASONABLE! They cleaned up afterwards and thanked me. I sent a text 1st thing this morning and received a call back within an hour. Jeremy told me he would call back with a time. When he did, he said two young men were available now and could be there in 25 minutes. When they arrived, they checked things out and found the bottom element of the water heater had caught fire and needed replacing. They turned off the power and went to work. They were quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. They also checked out another problem and made arrangements to return next week to fix that. Im very please with Harbor Rooter.

I was very happy with the service I got from Harbor Rooter. Unlike others I called, they responded quickly and I was able to setup an appointment when it was convenient for me. They arrived right on time and were careful about keeping the area clean. One other big plus was that they had no problem answering my questions and letting me watch what they were doing (Im curious that way). They did a good job for a reasonable price. Ill be calling them again for any future needs and have already recommended them to friends.

We needed our sewer drain pipe cleaned out. We called five or six plumbers on the Harbor and surrounding areas. Harbor Rooter was recommended by several other plumbers, since none of them were able to help us. Harbor Rooter came within an hour of our call, fixed the problem, and were on their way, probably in less than an hour. We greatly appreciated their prompt service. I cant speak to the price, as we didnt have anything to compare it to, but we were just happy to have someone come out so promptly and take care of the problem. Highly recommend!!!!

Luckily Harbor Rooter came to my families rescue! They confidently identified the issue and told me what it would take to fix it. This involved digging a decent sized hole in our back yard, cutting a section of cast pipe away, snaking both directions and installing a new clean out. We used Harbor Rooter two times. The first was three years ago to fix a clogged and leaking drain and the second two years ago was to find a leak in our water line. They showed up found the problem and installed new drain pipes which so far have never been an issue. We were impressed with their humor and professional work. The next visit they saved us hundreds of dollars by not taking advantage of us. The leaking water line was a shut off valve on a toilet. A simple adjustment was all that was needed. They never charged us for the fix. Another company said they were going to dig up the line to find the problem. Harbor Rooter could have fooled us and we would have never known. Good company--absolutely.

I thought I had a leaking water heater, and was terrified at the cost and possible damage to my house. I called Harbor Rooter and the gentleman said they really didn’t have time to replace the water heater, but that they would try to get the leak to stop and they would come back to fix it when they could. I understand they couldn’t just drop everything! However, they got here and found a much cheaper fix, it was just the filter. They replaced it right then and everything was working again, and for a fraction of what I thought I was going to have to pay for the water heater replacement. They saved my sanity today and my basement! I will be using Harbor Rooter exclusively from now on.

Joe and Bob were fantastic, on time, got right to it and knew what they were doing. They found the house sewer pipe had roots about 15 ft from the city line. They pulled out the offending roots and gave some options on what to do about the problem. I asked them to snake the kitchen drain and they were more than happy to use the equipment to open up that drain also. The rates were good for a crew of (2) with all the necessary equipment on a short order notice. These guys were great, personable, professional and very informative. All 5 Stars in my book.

I got 3 price quotes and I have to say, the up front service charge is beyond an amazing deal $214 . No plumber I talked to could match that price !!! Harbor Rooter ended up coming out here (same day service) for what turned out to be more than a clogged drain ... they replaced piping and explained why I was having issues with some of my plumbing . Due to the unforeseen incident that they quickly and nicely fixed, it was just about $100 more. A service call from an educated plumbing team for their awesome pricing ... for excellent customer service, good down to earth guys, clean (they even clean up their area) , detailed, and a beyond exceptional customer service ... you can’t go wrong with that!!! Their work is what was offered back in the “good old days “ you can’t pay enough for service like that ; let alone find it now-a-days . I almost started crying .... I think you’ve taken this pessimistic person and finally made her optimistic for a change !!! Thank you .... You Guys Have A Really Good Thing Going !!!

I discovered my washing machine was draining onto the floor yesterday while doing laundry. Got ahold of Jerrimy this morning and he had Justin & Jacob at my house before 11:00 AM. I mentioned to them that I thought my dishwasher might not be draining properly either. They ended up snaking the line probably 35-40 feet. It appears they got the line opened back up for me. They were both very personable and explained everything thoroughly. I’ve used Harbor Rooter in the past and highly recommend them.

This man was working 12 hour days when I called. He managed to fit us in, somehow, not once, but twice. This guy is impressive. He knew an awful lot, and shared his knowledge with me, which I found fascinating. He worked awful hard, and did not take any breaks in the whole day he was here at our home. I dont recall how long he worked, but I would venture somewhere around ten hours total. He got along with our dog too, who doesnt like people, and he even ate a Hornet that was bothering us. He is the best.

I had a pretty serious leak in the feed lines to my shower. Water was blowing all over inside the wall. When I called Harbor Rooter they were on another job but addressed all of my questions and assured me they could fix the issue today. They contacted me twice before they arrived to keep me informed on when to expect them. Once here Harbor Rooter was extremely professional, explained what was wrong and how they planned to fix it as well as give me an estimate before they started working. The work was done quickly, and is of high quality (they fixed some serious issue left by a previous plumber). Harbor Rooter even beat the price on their own estimate by close to $100. If I ever have a plumbing issue again Harbor Rooter has already earned my business.
