TLDR; The Plumber Guys are fantastic and they will be our go-to plumber from now on.Steve and his crew came out to diagnose and repair a line that goes out to our septic. They spent a few hours diagnosing the issue and ensuring they were fixing the right problem. Ultimately, they fixed the issue for less than we originally anticipated, installed a more easily accessible cleanout, gave me tips on how to maintain it (instead of calling them out and spending $1000s every couple of years) and made sure to leave the yard as they found it. All dirt was back where it belonged, and no trash was left anywhere.

I requested an appointment online with The Plumber Guys for a shower repair and a leaky bathroom faucet and they responded quickly to my appointment request. Connor arrived promptly for our appointment and was very fast and efficient with figuring out what the problem was with the shower and the bathroom faucet. Connor provided three different repair options with the prices for each option so that I could decide what I wanted to do and what fit in my budget. He was very thorough with his explanation for each option. I scheduled an appointment to have the work done and they fit me into their schedule just two days later. Connor and Ron arrived promptly for the appointment and did an amazing job fixing the shower. Tyler also stopped by and helped with the installation. They cleaned up all of the mess in the bathroom after the job was done. I couldnt be happier with my experience. Thank you! 😊

Woke up two days before Christmas Eve 12/22/2023 with my Hot water heater busted and leaking water in my basement. Called these guys 6:40 a.m. Great customer service representative. Set me up with an appointment that morning. Respect to Steven who was on point with contacting me and getting details of heater and replacement info. Connor and Steven had a new water heater in and running within a few hours. Great price and service. Respectfully of my house and all around in general great service. I recommend this company to my family and friends from this point on.

They did a great job installing two new toilets for us. We supplied the toilets and they had no trouble with either, and one of them was a one-piece. They took a lot of care in making sure they didnt make a big mess and disposed of the large boxes, however, they did scuff the walls in one of the bathrooms. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the wall scuffs and that they installed the toilets, and then told me that the hose piece should probably be replaced - I thought it was going to be replaced as part of the job. They were great though because they came back out a few hours later to finish the installation. Would totally recommend and will use them again in the future!

I highly recommend the Plumber Guys. I bought a new dishwasher because mine was leaking, but finding a plumber to come out to install it before Christmas was impossible. I called the Plumber Guys and they came out immediately, were very professional, did a great job installing it, cleaned up completely before leaving and their prices were great. They will definitely be my go to for any future plumbing needs and will recommend them to all of my friends.

Over the last 22 months Ive used The Plumber Guys for several repairs/installs including a refrigerator, gas dryer, hot water heater and a few broken toilet fill valves. Steve and his team have provided exceptional service on each occasion. I own a old row home that has several gas appliances and a lot of copper pipes, the big box retailers for refrigerators and dryers in the area would not do installs involving copper pipes and/or gas lines, only delivery, so I used Steve to install a new fridge and gas dryer. It was frustrating that the retailers wouldnt handle install on these technicalities but Steve was super professional and completed the jobs. Definitely recommend Steve and his team.

Plumber Guy Steve did a great job for us. Tub drain was backed up and the old galvanized pipe had to be replaced. He was on time and communicated well. He tried to clear the clog using a snake but the plumbing in this house is very old and closing off inside. He also kept everything organized and was cleaning as he worked. I highly recommend these guys and will be using them for another project in the near future.

HMS warranty put them in a horrible situation with non-existent communication and consistently blaming this plumber for everything (now going on 2+ weeks without hot water). The Plumber Guys helped fight with the home warranty service in order to get the hot water gas control valve replaced. They also identified what needed to be fixed immediately. They also helped with a previous job.HMS however, I would not recommend. But this is not their review...
