We upgraded from a 100A to a 200A panel and had several other items addressed in our 1910 home. Star Electric sent a bid estimator and wrote an excellent scope of work within a week to discuss and receive sign off on work to be completed before project execution. Their team worked fast, were friendly, and most importantly professional. I have been in the commercial AV industry for a decade now and I would not hesitate to use Star Electric Co for any future projects on my home.

Matt showed up on time. He appeared to be young so I was a little skeptical but I realized soon that I was wrong. He was patient and capable. He figured out the cause of the electrical issues right away and gave me a comprehensive explanation. He didn’t waste no time, finished all the job with a positive attitude. However It was actually after a couple of weeks when I start seeing the improvements in functionalities of my electrical devices. Sorry Debbie, I gave you a negative response when we talked on the phone since I still had the same issue with my electric devices. Everything works fine now and I’m so happy about all the services I had from you guys. Also thank Debbie for the schedule adjustment so that I was able to have the service much earlier than expected. Awesome job you guys, thanks again.

Star has done several small jobs for us over last couple years. they always make sure all wiring is correct and change any that needs it. Their price is more than fair also. Fast service, good work. Just had star repair my meter base which decided to short itself out and tried to destroy my house. Star was very busy but managed to get someone out in less than an hour after the pud shut down the power. The young man they sent was very capable and could even work while talking on the phone. Between star and the pud I was only without power for around four hours. I will always recommend star to anyone.

I called at 11:45am and was told they are booked out several months but if one of their guys got in early on Friday that he could come see what the problem. Then to my surprise I was called at 12:50 same day that someone could be there in 20 minutes! A really nice young man showed up, assessed the problems, advised of solutions and went back to shop for parts. He returned and fixed the garage lights and added a great light for backyard. Amazing!

Our Electrician Josh, was on time, fast and efficient. He explained and showed me why our outdoor flood lights weren’t working. He also replaced a wall heater and thermostat for us. We’ll certainly have him return for other work in the future. Their receptionist was friendly and helpful as we texted back and forth to make sure we had the correct replacement parts.

Star electric was Reliable, Quick& Efficient working on my fathers trailer park home. Debbie is also an amazing receptionist as she was kind and professional plus SO communicative. Appreciate that alot.was on the waiting list for 3 months but worth it for us!

If I have to call an electrician, I call Star Electric/Madsen Electric!They select the best, most experienced, and highly qualified individuals around to make up their team!Not only the quality of the service they provide, but the experience and customer service I receive through them keeps me coming back time and time again!No one likes the feeling of having to deal with any issue period no matter the size, but I feel better knowing what kind of customer service I receive there. At Madsen Electric, formerly Star Electric, the lady at the front desk is amazing! You know you will be well taken care of, trusted service at a very fair price and she always will go above and beyond the norm to treat you the best! I lost power in most of my house & couldnt find an electrician who wasnt already booked 2 months out, I called Star Electric & spoke to Debbie who was so nice & had compassion for my situation & emergent need for an electrician during this extreme heatwave. She was able to squeeze me in since one of their electricians was working in my area anyways & then Greg showed up. Greg was amazing & very experienced, knowledgeable & kind. He fixed my problem immediately & took the time to explain why this happened. I will be using Star Electric for further repairs in the future. Good customer service all around & I dont know what I would have done without them. Thank you Star Electric & thank you Greg, for caring & for your quick response during these difficult times! I dont know the gentleman s name but when a tree took out our power at our house, he came and rewired and worked with the PUD and got us up and going! He was courteous and cleaned up after himself. Great experience! Thank you sir!

Every Electrician within 50 miles were not even answering the phone or returning voice mail. Star Electric Co. did! That in its own right says A LOT. They were busy yes, but they worked hard to fit us in. They are the best. The electrician was the best. The price was good based on the work, material & labor done, all was top notch quality.
