    Very helpful for clueless homeowners (me). If you dont know what its called or what it looks like theyll help learn you. Very info, much parts. Of course they have a better selection than Home Depot, so if its complicated, go there first.

    I was very pleased with the customer service I received at the Platt store in Aberdeen, WA. Rich F. helped me track down a screwdriver bit for my Klein screwdriver. It was a five dollar item but I was treated like I was purchasing a $500 tool. He ordered it Thursday afternoon and I picked it up Friday! I highly recommend Platt.
