Dj was responsive, thorough, explained every step of the process and his findings with me, and was able come the morning after I called him to replace my sewer line (which is a nearly full day job.) I just moved into my home and the sewer line replacement was a result of mishandling by the team that installed the line originally — Dj explained his findings in easy to understand terms, and was even kind enough to summarize what he found when he dug the line up and take photos for my documentation purposes in an email. He’s very knowledgeable and conducts himself in a really professional manner. As a new homeowner, I feel at ease knowing I can call Dj if I face any issues with the plumbing in my home again. I can’t recommend Dj and Pro Flow Plumbing and drain service enough.

We were experiencing a whole house plumbing issue after 9pm on a cold Friday night. DJ promptly answered our call and headed straight to us. He was able to quickly identify our problem and worked hard to get it fixed. Our issue tied into our septic tank. He was able to contact a septic company to come to our home that same night. DJ stayed to help and ensure to see the repairs through until the end. Pro Flow came suggested through a local mom Facebook page and I am so thankful it did. I would highly recommend services offered. Thanks again!

Came home from vacation to a leaky water heater. Of course - on a holiday weekend. All the bigger plumbing companies were almost a week out. Someone recommended DJ somewhere on Facebook and he took my call on a Friday night and was here the next morning and spend most of his New Year’s Eve day making sure our family had water. Never imagined I’d have service back in less than 24 hours on a holiday weekend. So grateful for his excellent and timely service!
