I worked as a project engineer for the largest mechanical contactor in the midwest. Thorne Plumbing is the best HVAC contractor I have worked with in the United States. They show up on the job on time with experianced techs and do flawless work. They are not a one man show and clean up at the end of the day. Excellent service! I called their office and had a technician there within 2 hours. Josh was courteous, professional and had the problem diagnosed and fixed quickly. He even assisted in dealing with my warranty service. He went WAY above and beyond to help us out. Sarah, who sets up the appointments is extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. I will definitely call them whenever I have any heating and cooling or plumbing work that needs done.

Excellent service! Had an emergency leak (2). Sarah worked with technician (Josh) and they were able to come and do the repairs ahead of a scheduled service repair. Josh had the work done in about 2 hours. Thanks so much! I hope that I never need repairs again, but if I do I know who to call for professionalism!

Very pleased with the service and response I received from Thorne. Mike, the owner, immediately sent a tech realizing the ugency of a broken furnace in the middle of winter. TJ was very courteous and explained everything he was doing. For our remote location, I thought the charges were very reasonable.I would highly recommend their company.

The installation crew were also engaged and professional when on the jobsite. No one tried to oversell me. If anything, they left money on the table. 😀

I called Thornes unsure which direction to take with fixing my water line. It broke the year before when we first bought our house and again this year. Found out the lines were pretty old. They came in and redid the lines rather than do a quick fix that would break again. Were very quick and professional. Even expedited everything to get my water turned back on before Christmas. Also left my house and yard in better shape than everyone else who has been in there the past few days. I highly recommend them if you have plumbing issues.

After determining my issue and showing me which replacement parts to order, my issue was taken care of in a timely manner. With many other services who leave a mess when done, Bob and his partner left my home just as it was before they arrived. I highly recommend Thorne!
