    Jessie is very friendly and professional. He exceeded my expectations by a lot. Jessie had my water heater issue fixed with no issue, I only had 5 minutes to sit down outside. Other than his quick work, the work he did was exceptional and fixed my issue. His personal approach was very pleasant and professional. I am overly pleased with the job that was completed and the professionalism of Jessie. As for the cost of the job, that too is beyond my expectations. I paid less than $400 for a job I expected to cost well over $1,200. Thank you roto-rooter and Jessie for saving me from the disaster I woke up to.

    Called in with a slow drain issue in the basement drain. Nate came out and fixed the issue very promptly. I asked about cleaning out the sewer drain he gave me advice and made another appt for the following day. He was very polite and knowledgeable.     This was my first time using Roto-Rooter and I was beyond pleased with the service provided. I spoke with Adam to schedule having a technician onsite, and within minutes of ending the call, Nate (the technician) contacted me to let me know he was on his way with his ETA. Nate was extremely professional and dedicated to resolving our immediate issue. Not only did Nate quickly and thoroughly resolve the issues at hand, he did a fantastic job of explaining them and additionally looking into the root causes. I would 10/10 recommend Roto-Rooter and especially Nate for any plumbing needs or concerns!

    Had a crack in my drain stack. Jesse came out the next morning and gave a very reasonable quote (unlike another company of a similar name that quoted over 10x the price). Made an appointment.     Jesse came out to move my water lines and install a drain so that I could bring my laundry from the basement to the first floor of my house and he was great.     Had a leak in main water line right before entering basement block wall. Happened on Saturday. Was promised a man would be scheduled first thing Monday morning. NATE arrived. I had dug out dirt to expose waterline going into basement wall. Nate confirmed where leak was. Worked quickly, efficiently to replace Cooper tubing thru basement wall. Added configuration to pipe leading into wall to help with any shifting of ground. Very pleased with service provided. Nate was very polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly.

    During the heavy storms 6 weeks ago our lower level flooded and we called Roto Rooter. They were here within an hour and a half. John got his crew here about an hour later. Turns out our sump pump had failed. While changing the pump Josh had to climb under our deck to install the new discharge hose. He did this during the storm with tornado sirens wailing. They mitigated the water within an hour or so. We had to do a 2 foot flood cut on our dry wall and Charlie kept us up to date on a regular basis on the moisture content and status of their drying equipment as well as regular monitoring of the moisture content of our walls. I dont know what they are paying these guys but it is not enough. Would highly recommend.

    You all ARE AMAZING!!!!My mom lives in Zanesville with myself living in Columbus. She had numerous issues with other local plumbing companies. 1- you call leave a message and wait for a return phone call from someone, sometimes later that day or a couple days later or not even at all a returned phone call. 2- if you did hear back from one of companies they have no sense of urgency, it’s more about how it will benefit them. “ what job pays them more” is how the schedule plays out from what I witnessed through these past several weeks.My mom had her septic tank drained out the day before Christmas Eve than unfortunately Christmas Eve her drain inside the house backed up! I do understand that this would be a separate issue occurring. She headed to my house in Columbus.Now the day after Christmas she starts recalling all these plumbers as She was given a couple of numbers to call. Same thing no answer, leaving messages etc.I finally got frustrated myself. I google searched plumbers. In the area and she stated she has called everyone on the list Muskingum County a few in Licking County and she’s even had someone from Franklin County at her house in the last few months.Reading the reviews of a 4.9 Roto Rooter seeing the names repeated numerous times Adam and Nate.I said mom stop we are calling Roto RooterYour time is valuable my time is valuable and our sanity you can’t put a dollar figure on it.- We called Roto Rooter 4 rings I’m speaking to Adam with a warm caring responsive personality.Nate got her scheduled the same day while fitting her on the schedule Considering my mom was on her way home from Columbus with in hours Nate arrived at my moms house . Nate went above and beyond the call of duty while he kept me informed when my moms house was working properly within a hour while taking the time to educate her on a few things to consider on maintance that she can do on her own to prevent the situation to occur again.All I’m gonna say is calling Roto-Rooter from the initial phone call with Adam to hours later job completed by Nate without a hefty bill.Save your self the time, energery and frustration as others in this area needs to consider customer service training, I would recommend Roto Rooter training for them because Adam and Nate are a Dream Team.I’m a business owner of 19 years , Customer Service, responsiveness, compassion, quality affordability along with customer education is what keeps your business moving.**Nate & Adam you keep doing what your doing along being who you are because so much success is heading your way!!! ***You both are incredible , America needs more people like you.Thank You againHave a Blessed New YearWendi

    Absolutely Amazing ! I called and spoke to them twice on the phone in the same day about services and he was extremely polite. They had someone out within a couple of hours, we weren’t expecting them to arrive until after noon but they were there before 11. Don was extremely helpful. We had a company over to empty the septic tank on Friday and that company emptied the incorrect thing. Don helped locate our septic and recommended a company to come pump it. He also did not charge us the full amount that we were quoted. Thank you Don for all of your help ! We have had a rough couple of weeks and you being so great really made my week ! Whenever we need a plumber again we will 100% call these guys !

    Adam the dispatcher was nice and friendly and polite. The technician Jesse was AWESOME and friendly and helpful he keep me up to date on what was going on with my well. They will be my plumbers in the future. I will no longer use Mr Rooter after what they just did we gave them a deposit for putting a gas line in my house and for 2 months nothing much happened every time we call they would talk about trying to get certified. So we decided not use them we went with another company that had there certification

    Jesse was amazing. Professional got right to the work. It was estimated to take 4 hours. He got it done in half the time. Price was very affordable maybe even charged less than it should have been. He found a root ball the size of a softball. Replaced a section, cleared the line and cleaned up the mess.     Jesse was absolutely amazing! I had a lot of little projects that needed taken care of on a home I just purchased, mostly janky work that the previous owners did that was not to code and needed to be fixed. He blasted through all the puzzles I gave him and talked me through, educating me on some of the easier maintenance items that I’d be able to take care of myself which really put my mind at ease. In the end, he actually came in more than $170 less than what was estimated. Jesse has earned my business, and as long as roto rooter keeps him employed, so have they.

    First and foremost allow me to say just how pleased my wife and I are that we called this particular company to fix our issues!We had an issue with a clogged and leaking drain from the upstairs bathroom. Not to mention a main line clog in the basement as well.Not only did they get out and respond to our issues in a timely manner, the gentleman named Jessie arrived only to find a young lady frantically freaking out over the issue. He was able to calm her down, and speak with me on the phone as I was driving home myself to see the issue. By the time I had arrived he had already fixed and cleared the basement issue. The upstairs bathroom was another issue altogether.This was an issue that had to be fixed the next morning. Which again he arrived very promptly, remained very professional, and did the job in a very timely manner. Not to mention with the work that he had to do, he did everything in his power not to have to tear up the floors to replace a main offshoot. As you can tell by the length of this review, My wife and I give this company, and more over the plumber who serviced the call all 5 stars.     We had a sporadic water usage leak that had us stumped. A plumber friend recommended Roto Rooter (Zanesville). I called to find out they were busy, but would swing by our house that same day. Lucas diagnosed where he thought the leak was, based on very little to go on. The next day Jessie came to our house and dug a very deep hole to see if Lucas hunch was correct. It was.
