    Contacted Ables through their website about getting a quote for a new furnace and AC. They reached out right away and sent Justin out to take a look. He was very knowledgeable, listened to my needs, and recommended exactly what I needed - nothing more. The quote was competitive, so we scheduled the work. The installers were EXCELLENT and really took care of us. The experience couldnt have been better.

    I had been a long time customer of L.A. Emmett. Able bought them out and the first time I used them I had a few misgivings, however they were absolutely amazing and did an outstanding job on my home.     Ables staff from start to finish are top-notch! The customer service staff were polite, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service. I really liked getting text notifications regarding my appointment and about the technician including a picture prior to the appointment. The technician Corey Fluhart was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable regarding equipment and troubleshooting. Even though my issue could not be resolved today due equipment being defective I was provided options to resolve it. I highly recommend this company.

    When I called them they sent someone out the next day to fix our central air we had chase as our technician. he was very amazing. He’s a very polite gentleman. He Worked hard to get our central air fixed he paid attention to every detail.. he would update us very frequently so we wasn’t confused.     JakeCame to my residency to fix my furnaceOutstanding, if you have dogs tell them and they will send someone ready to embrace your puppies!     Ables and the crew are very helpful, responsive, and affordable! Had an electrical issue late at night and they answered and assessed the problem over the phone. They could’ve charged me tons of money for an overnight call but the company was very honest about the issue and recommended I wait 8 hours until morning when the price would be much lower during normal business hours. Technicians contacted me before 8am and the problem was fixed by 10am! I chose them at random because they were the first to come up and I won’t choose anyone else for electrical issues moving forward. They’ve earned my business! If you only knew me you’d know how huge that is, especially when my neighbor works for Jess Howard electric! Haha. Can’t go wrong great team all round!

    Chris Bunting, who was the service tech, did a great job. First in diagnosis and then when the part came in he was very professional, friendly and timely. He treated my freezer as if it was his own. I wont hesitate to use Ables again. Great company.

    Great experience with this company! Theyve come in and replaced our old furnace and added a central air unit! Next is electrical upgrades! The two young men that did the HVAC work were very professional, thorough and quickly did the work! Very professional installation without breaking the bank!     Ables sent out Corey Fluhart for my initial diagnosis on my water heater, a week ago today. He was friendly, and seemed knowledgeable about his work. I definitely give him 5 stars for his work. But the true hero in my experience with Ables is Melvin (JR) Lovejoy. He did everything in his power to deal with my home warranty company. He jumped through all their hoops to make things happen so I could get a resolution with them. Now Corey is back today to hook me up with my new water heater. I have no reason to believe that I will be anything but 5 star satisfied!! Good Job Ables for having 5 star employees that go above and beyond.     We had Ables come and retrofit a new furnace and central air into our home. This is a house that has never had central air before and it is doing a great job of keeping the house cool. The installers did a great job with the furnace and cental air. Weve also had them doing electrical upgrades to the house from a circuit breaker box being installed to lights, outlets and fans being put in place. Jim has been very professional and knowlegeable working with us to do what weve been wanting done. We will definitely use Ables in the future. Great company to work with through this process.     My 81 year old mother came home to a cold house. We couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it so I called to see if a technician could come out ASAP. Within 45 minutes, Robert had arrived at my mothers, after finishing up a job that he was at. Within 10 minutes of looking at the system, he had it repaired. Something simple, but we would’ve never figured it out! Thank you for the quick, professional response! We will certainly use Ables in the future! 5 STARS ⭐️

    I had a complex set of HVAC problems created from a previous installer. Corey and Justin provided a quick, accurate diagnosis and solution for all my issues. Shannon was my main point of contact and did a great job explaining my equipment options and answering all my questions throughout the process. I was comfortable enough to allow them to work in my home without being present on the final day. The Ables Team did a seamless job collaborating sales, installation of new equipment, and service of existing equipment in my timeframe and went above and beyond what is typically seen of companies today.     I have been Dealing with Russ Ables and Ables Electric and Heating for over 30 years. Soon after we bought our house which is all electric our bill was crazy high. We then had Ables install all new heat pump and new furnace. Our electric bill was almost cut in half! That was 30 years ago.We needed to replace our old system with a new system and we used Ables again this passed June.I have found that Russ Ables to be a man of integrity. Their service techs have always been very good.And especially Robert and Jonathan. They give 100% . And are professional and kind. This is a quality that in these days is very rare. And very refreshing in today’s world. I would recommend them to my loved ones and our friends.Steve McPeek

    Ables, Inc. is an incredible company that Ive been consistently using over the past year for several of my electrical and HVAC issues. Most recently, Jake Lonas came out to inspect my newly installed A/C unit and heating system (that Ables installed this past week). Jake was professional, kind, on-time, and made sure the newly installed system was running like a dream! The professionals at Ables have years upon years of experience, and thats exactly WHO youd want in your home when facing a repair that needs to be done right the first time. Ables is the way to go!

Due to age, or replacement valves, etc. But here nor there, my review is about the professionalism of Ables and the warranty to their work! There was a simple error from their 1st visit, and their employee owned up to it, and of course it was then a simple fix. They made it right!     GREAT service!! Jonathan hooked up a natural gas heater in my garage for me. Total time was about an hour and a half. I had received estimates from several companies but Ables was the best. I’m very pleased with the service, the price and the peace of mind knowing that my heater was installed by a professional!

    On 10/25/23 I called Ables at 8:30am because my furnace was not heating. The people in the office were super nice, and by 2pm the same day Skylar Taylor was at my house to diagnose the issue, and by 2:45pm the issue had been diagnosed and resolved.     Robert Monds did the service. Did a great job. Found the two problems and fixed them both. A stink bug shorted out the contactor in the AC unit which blew a fuse in the furnace. He had the replacement parts and was able to fix the problem on the spot! Great work!
