Victor just assisted me at an Airbnb property where he very kindly went over everything in detail that I asked him. Fast and reliable. Services are great. Today my aunt and I were helped by David from Hi Water Plumbing. We had a huge leak in one of our pipes and had to get our water shut off for days because of it. Ruben, both Victors, Nicola, and David have all taken turns helping me with the installation of an on-demand tankless water heater at my home. Every one of them provided phenomenal service. They are all simply amazing. I had to replace an electric hot water heater and they were my choice. They inspected and replaced immediately since it was urgent. It took longer than we had hoped but they wanted it to be perfect.Joey and Victor were extremely thorough and explained what and why they were doing. Transparent in the work and I appreciated them. I found my place for my plumbing needs and I have other projects I need them to work on in the near future.The owner, Henry, also came by to check on the work and his staff in case he needed assistance. I would recommend especially in an urgent situation.

I highly recommend Hi-Desert Plumbing. Both the victors came out and fixed a leak I had at my sprinkler system in the front yard. And they raised the anti-siphoning valves higher so that they are not in a hole in the ground anymore. And they were able to find and connect the wiring for my automatic sprinkler box that got ripped out of the ground when I was forced to do the sewer system a few years ago. They got everything up and running for me. Im super happy with these guys. Thank you again

Didn’t know what the hell was going on but it looked like my walls were pissing the worker they sent (Victor) this guy came in and took care of the problem in less than 30 minutes I didn’t even have time to do my make up lol to be honest this was the quickest and cheapest service I have ever encountered with plumbing not to mention the most friendliest he carried on a conversation while maintaining his work ethic with my husband bouncing ideas back-and-forth about their kids it was absolutely amazing to watch thank you Victor for coming in and bring a breath of fresh air this morning :) if any problems in the future definitely will be calling for you

Far and away the best plumbing experience I’ve ever had and certainly in the high desert area. They had great communication, quick to respond, the tech was AWSOME as he was very respectful of our space and keeping things clean, he explained all he was doing and fixed the problem. He actually went above and beyond and also was checking on water pressure levels and just all around keeping his eyes open for other plumbing related things we should know about. Can’t say enough positive things about this service!

We had both toilets completely out of services and we called in Hi-Desert Plumbing for a new install just before the weekend. I have never seen service providers who put their heart to their work like this team. If you had their services before, you know that the quality of their work speaks for itself. We had a undermount bathroom sink bowl that was cracked and needed to be replaced. We coordinated with Kallie, and provided photos and measurements, and Hi-Desert Plumbing ordered the appropriate sink bowl, which was delivered in under a week. Project was scheduled soon after the delivery of the sink bowl. Victor and David completed the replacement professionally and efficiently, and the project area was left very clean. I cannot recommend Henry enough. To make a long story short, my water heater went out and I purchased parts to fix on my own (with the help of a neighbor). Along the way, Henry was available for various calls and texts to give us guidance and his expertise on the issues that arose. I ultimately returned the parts and purchased a brand new water heater. Henry picked up the water heater from Home Depot and installed it the day after it arrived. I am so appreciative that Henry was consistently available to help with any questions as well as fitting in my water heater installation on very short notice. It is very apparent that Henry cares about his clients and will go above and beyond to help them, however he can.

Our 20-year old water heater gave us good run but sprang a leak and stopped doing its job late on a Friday evening in early January. Searching the internet, I noticed there was only one company in town advertising 24-hour emergency service; so I dialed the number listed for Hi-Desert Plumbing. I left a message at around 7:30 pm and Henry called me right back soon afterwards. At first, the only question going through my mind was how fast could we get this fixed? But Henry guided me through the process of figuring out what needed to be accomplished and even took the time to explain some options over the phone. I texted him some pictures of the situation and he came back with a quote almost immediately, offering to take care of it the very next day. He showed up at my house right on schedule. I enjoyed the conversations that took place while he conducted the installation of my new water heater. He also removed the cheap and old hardware and replaced it with upgraded, top notch materials. Henry is a veteran Marine and the quality of his professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail are clearly reflected in his world-class craftsmanship. Henry really came through for our familys emergency call when the front yard was flooded due to the rotten/old water main that finally blew up at my moms house. He arrived 30 minutes after our emergency call. My husband had dug up the ground to reveal the corroded leaking water main. Henry was willing to try a patch but no guarantees since the pipe was so old (house was built in 1965). So we all thought it best to replace the entire water main of 80. The next day Yucca Valley weather poured rain, so 1 day shot. However he fit us into his already full schedule and by the 3rd day Henrys team was busy at work and Moms water was turned back on. Thanks Henry for such professional service!

The best plumber in an emergency ever!!! Henry came out at 6:30pm (after everyone had closed at 5pm) when our sprinkler PVC pipe had just burst and soaked the street and lawn entirely! I took pictures to show the initial pipe that revealed itself after the gusher of a leak, then how he quickly cut the pipe out, and replaced it and even cleaned up the dirty aftermath, all of which took less than an hour for an after-hours job!!! He was VERY nice, neat, thorough and fast. A very cool job and we fully intend to have him return to inspect all of our new houses sprinkler system and talk about further projects for our new home. I owe henry a big thank you and a 5 star review. * we got a house in joshua tree on the cusp of covid and found ourselves in desperate need of what turned out to be more than a blockage. after a bit of sleuthing for a legit, available and reliable plumber, i gave him a call. he sent a gent to come out and tackle what was thought to be a simple fix and then made the trip himself once it was discovered it was something more. he manhandled our situation for a reasonable price and has ensured us that should the issue crop up again, hell take care of it.

Had an emergency situation at my rental while guests were staying. Dirty water was backing up into the bathtub! It was late on a Friday night, called several companies I found on Google and Henry was able to come out to the property within minutes to resolve. He even went above and beyond by cleaning out the tub with bleach after fixing the drainage issue, giving the guest assurance that everything was resolved and ready-for-use. I recently bought a 1950s home and found myself unexpectedly dealing with an underground gas leak in the backyard from a corroded gas line. Henry and his team helped us replace the entire gas line from the meter to the house, and were very patient with me as a new homeowner with a ton of basic questions about gas appliances and general gas line information. Henrys team was very careful with the property and left everything exactly as it had been, down to replacing the gravel that they had needed to rake aside to dig up the line. Henry came out when SoCal Gas was onsite inspecting everything before turning on the gas line, and was a great resource for my family all the way up to receiving approval to restart gas service from the gas company. Henry and his team were reliable and we would be happy to recommend them to anyone. We will without a doubt be reaching back out to their team for other plumbing jobs as they arise.
