    The Good Guys truly live up to their name. It must be a requirement to be nice to work for the Good Guys! Each person who played a part in the process was knowledgeable, professional, and responsive to our concerns. The technicians are all friendly, conscientious, and work hard to make sure the work is exceptional. They take pride in getting the job done right.We chose the Good Guys after having several proposals and reviewing all our options from other companies. We went all electric and had the air ducts replaced. This was a big investment and we believe we got the best!

    We just had the HVAC system replaced by these guys. Sales rep Randy was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Installers Mike and Leo came out the next day and had the entire system replaced by 4:00 p.m. It was a huge job but they were a very efficient team. They hauled away all of our old equipment on the spot. Price was very competitive and they come very highly recommended in our community Facebook chat page.

    Jason was the technician that fixed our air conditioner. It was an extremely hot day, and he did his work with such a good attitude. Hes very pleasant and knows what hes doing.Would highly recommend Jason and the Good Guys Heating and Cooling.

    Jason is very knowledgeable and explained things to me that I could understand. I’ve gone with the other companies before and have never experienced the quality of knowledge that I did with Jason from the Good Guys. He even gave me options that are affordable that will extend the life of my unit instead of trying to sell me a new unit. I will definitely go with the Good Guys from here on out.

    Just had Good Guys heating and cooling install a new system in our home. My older home needed extra care in the installation of the unit and the technicians Roy and Ray did an outstanding job, going over and above to make sure we had a great service, they paid attention to detail and took extra time showing us how to set up the thermostat and how to work the equipment. I give the service from start to finish five stars! Good job and good price. Thank you Roy and Ray for your extra care!

    Mike R showed up and saved the day! He even came early, 3 hours early He was clean, professional and figured out why my AC wasnt working and fixed it. He didnt even mind my cats messing with his tools.

    Our AC died during the 100+ days. Jason came over and inspected our system and explained that our 20+ unit could be repaired but a new system would be better. I agreed, Tim and Adam showed up the next day and installed the new system and explained the new thermostat. Thanks to these Good Guys our home is now cool and comfortable.

    Roy and Cordel tackled a difficult unforseen issue with a HVAC unit versus a clogged roof vent. They arrived on time prepared for the job. They were professional and respectful. It was a messy job, but they left the area clean and tidy. The unit is now working as it should be.
