    We had an excellent experience with Z Plumberz! From start to finish, their service was top-notch. The team arrived on time, was professional, and quickly assessed and resolved the issue with our clogged tub drain. They were friendly and the work was completed efficiently.     Showed up on time very professional, skilled and throughly assessed all the problems and issues. A relatively simple kitchen sink installation turned into a plumbing reengineering project due to the mess the prior owner plumbed. The job was expensive but the result is a safe, properly draining kitchen sink that looks fabulous.

    Called them with a leaky toilet. I said i could text them the images while on the phone. They offered two options after seeing the pictures, and I asked about availability...and they came over literally less than an hour later! Two guys came together, and had the best attitude... joyful and fun and I appreciated it because I could tell they knew their stuff.I watched the entire procedure and they put up with my questions without any sign of annoyance. They ran into a couple of problems but had some good creative solutions. After putting on the wax ring and replacing the toilet the bolts were too short after the modifications so they took the whole thing off again and solved the extra problem, and they had all the parts they needed in the truck.By the end, it was 2 hours or so which is actually reasonable given the issues they ran into.They also didnt charge me for the extra time and extra wax ring, =which was fair since it was on them to check the bolts on the new flange height. I thought this was fair, certainly.,While we were there, one of them offered to put a new caulk line on the bath tub too, which Ive been trying to get done for a long time, and did not charge extra.Total cost was within a few dollars of the original estimate.5 stars and thanks!

    Called and sat up next day appointment to check leak in bathroom. They called back and said a plumber became available and could be at my house in 20 minutes. That was awesome. Kirby came and diagnosed and fixed my problem quickly. He was professional, knowledgeable and really pleasant. Have used ZPlumberz in the past. Will always call them whenever I have plumbing issuesAdd on review 12/6/24. Adam came and replaced my old kitchen faucet. He did excellent work. The faucet looks beautiful. He cleaned up everything and even offered to put all my supplies back under the sink. He went above and beyond. Also really fun to chat with. We encounter one issue with the permit of the City of Ann Arbor and they took upon themselves to manage it with the inspector and the city. Awesome.     Had Tech Adam C. stop out to evaluate my initial problem and fixed what he could. I ended up needing new faucets to replace my current 20 year old ones. Adam kindly explain what I needed and where to start looking. He kept me informed the entire time on site. I cant say enough how knowledgeable and great this guy was the entire time. Im in fact now having him come back to install the new bathroom faucets we purchased. Z Plumbers is lucky to have this Tech Adam and also great customer service all the way around starting with my initial call into the office to get an appointment schedule.     Had some issues with my garbage disposal and dishwasher draining. First, Z Plumberz had a very nice lady take my call and was able to schedule a home visit the next day! Second, Chad and Adam came out and were able to fix both problems and even went as far as to call the customer service number for my dishwasher. They were both great guys! Very personable, friendly, and professional and even showed me how to fix the same problems if they ever occur again in the future. 10/10 excellent service and would highly recommend! 🌟

    The crew with Z Plumberz is wonderful and I would highly recommend them. First, they helped us update our basement plumbing for the addition of a new bathroom. Tim and his crew were communicative, prompt, clean, and overall did a great job for a fair price. A few months later, were having sewer problems due to root intrusion. Chad came the next morning, diagnosed the problem, and cleared the roots all before noon. We will definitely hire them again for any plumbing needs!

    I had a bad experience with another plumbing company and decided to call Z Plumberz that I had used previously to support a leak in my shower I couldn’t fix.They were able to make an appointment next day, the plumber, Adam, contacted me prior to arrive and was accommodating to my schedule because I had to handle some work issues before his arrival. He was friendly, came with shoe covers to keep everything clean, and explained everything he needed to do and the estimate in detail. He was transparent, kind, and understanding to our budget. They were cheaper than the estimate I got from another company by $200!Adam made my Friday and was efficient in replacing our stop valves in our kitchen that was leashing and poor builder quality.Thank you Adam!     They were super helpful and friendly. We have a dog who likes to bark, but he felt comfortable. I appreciated the desire to keep me in the loop with what was happening. After the initial inspection, they had to come back for a follow up to fix the problem with more equipment and an extra person, but it was quick and efficient!

    My kitchen sink drainage had a very bad clogging that happened in late Sunday afternoon. I called to schedule an unclogging service for Monday morning due to my busy schedule on Monday. I called again on Monday morning to make sure the service. The lady who answered my call promised me they would try to accommodate my need to provide a service in the morning.Chad, the plumber, called me at around 10 AM, 15 minutes before his arrival. After he fully studied the drainage layout, he explained his plan and the estimated quote. With my agreement, he went into work right away. It took him almost 2 hours to complete the work that involved the snake machine going in and out many times and pouring water into the drainage to make sure the channel was open. Finally, he tested 3 times to make sure it was unclogged by letting half full of kitchen sink water to be released while the disposal was turned on to push any leftover in the pipes out. After he verified the success, he cleaned up the area.My house was built in 1957 and Chad found the clog was mainly caused by thick grease. He suggested to just clean the drainage regularly with Zep and have the unclogging service again when it gets worse. Rebuilt or high water pressure solution were not recommended due to cost or risks associated with my old house. I am very satisfied with the overall service they provided.

    I called because I needed a new garbage disposal. I had bought my own, and asked if they would install it for me, they would. The technician (Chad) came over and was very nice and professional. He even but on little booties on his shoes when he came in. Overall I was very happy with the service.

    We had a severely clogged sink drain that wed tried to fix ourselves to no avail. Chad from Z Plummerz came out, gave a very reaasonable quote and made sure that the drain was unclogged, after a long while of working.     The service and installation was fast and professional. I’m not someone that likes to shop around for services, so it was nice to feel immediately comfortable with the technicians, Kirby and Linda.     I needed a dishwasher installed the day I called Z Plumberz. They were really nice on the phone and I was grateful that they were able to arrange a visit the same day. The $150 a visit and estimate seemed reasonable (put to the cost if approved), but I was a little worried that no, even a ballpark estimate, of the installation could be given on the phone because charges are by the job. The installer came, and I was shocked by the estimate of $529 (a lot more than Lowes $140 and all other places I called) because the job was standard, Id already disconnected and turned off electricity and water, and no unusual problems were noted. However, I needed the job done and didnt want to throw away the $150, so I bit the bullet and approved the job. 2 installers were nice, had a good sense of humor, and did a perfect job. So, I spent a LOT more than I had planned--not sure I would have done it if I were told it could be over $500 on the phone, but was glad Z Plumbers did a good installation with a smile on the same day.

They came out, assessed the job for a reasonable price, quoted a VERY fair price for the removal and installation of my new old/ new sewer line and had it all scheduled 2 weeks later and all completed in 1 day.     Courteous service! I called the day I needed the service and they came the same day. Maybe just luck but I like the customer service for sure. Price is ok for the job, at least I didn’t have to do it myself and it will probably take me way longer and possibly many trial and error to make it work.     An absolute incredible experience! Kirby with Z Plumbers of Ann arbor saved the day! Our first night sleeping in our new home, we woke up to a saturated ceiling from a leak somewhere in the plumbing. Every homeowners nightmare! We got online and found Z plumbers of Ann arbor. They had somebody at our home within 40 minutes, no exaggeration! The guy they sent (Kirby) was a complete professional. The moment he entered our home, he was confident, collected, polite and a complete professional. He assessed the situation, reassured us everything was going to be okay, developed a plan, and executed it perfectly. Not only did he help us with the situation he came for, but he also gave us little tips to help us along the way in the future. We cannot be happier with our experience.

    I would highly recommend this company. They have great communication, are very thorough, and genuinely care about giving you the best solution for your plumbing problem(s). We had a horrific amount of water in our basement and our hero, Kevin, arrived within 30 minutes of us calling on a Friday night. He waded through 2 feet of water to quickly get our new sump pump installed and working . On top of this, Tim helped us coordinate the water damage restoration work.

    ZPlumberz Ann Arbor has our backs. Over the past couple of years weve needed too much plumbing work! From a very large job of creating a new sewer line (where creative problem-solving involving hand digging around trees to redirect the line saved us $20,000 by not tearing down a portion of our front porch and a reconstruction), to also several smaller more ordinary jobs like plugged drain lines and a toilet installation - to our most recent job of a sump pump failure after business hours and water was rising rapidly in the basement. When Chad arrived and parked, he literally ran from his truck down to the basement with a temporary sump pump like it was his own home. That night he was our hero for removing all the standing water and saving our hot water tank and furnace from damage in the nick of time. Even though its a large operation, Ive seen the same plumbers multiple times over the course of the year and that builds trust. Theyve even offered to just be on call for consult for free and advise when its better financially to handle an issue ourselves. One particularly tricky repair involved a lengthy pipe repair in our crawl space with a 12x24 opening. Super professional, very fast repair, and didnt try to upsell me - happily replaced my leaking whole house filter with a piece of copper pipe, since the filter wasnt really necessary in my area (it was there when we bought the place). Offered to come back and do a new whole house filter if we decided the water quality had gone down noticeably without charging any extra for the return visit (like no dx fees or anything).     I have a Mansfield toilet in my upstairs bathroom and the plastic piece connecting the handle to the flushing mechanism snapped. I came across Z Plumberz in researching someone to call, and they had an online contact form customers could use to ask for an appointment. I filled it out at 11pm on a Sunday and, much to my surprise, received a response text almost immediately. Companies that text and email are huge in my book, but I also appreciated that I could get on the schedule right away. Its now a Tuesday morning and my toilet is back up and running. The two men who came out were extremely kind, and even made friends with my Shih Tzu. They were familiar with this toilet model, and had the needed parts on hand. Its not fun having stuff break, but I appreciate having this company as a local resource if I need any other plumbing work done in the future.

    Fast and very polite professional staff who called ahead to verify what type of water heater I had to bring the same or similar in case of replacement. Ended up needing replacement, they were able to replace and haul away within an hour and a half. Before leaving they made sure everything was up to building code and gave basic instructions for restarting the pilot light on the new water heater.

    I am completely loyal to Plumberz. I will not call anyone else.They are responsive and professional. The switchboard is always open, and you will get a call back promptly. Also, they schedule appointments very quickly; often the next morning.We have had several plumbing upgrades in our 1962 house. They have brought us into the modern world, with limited cost and trouble.Our sewer line backed up over the holidays, and the guys spent all day Friday and part of the following Monday blasting out tree roots: they did not quit until the problem was solved.     Chad and Linda came in for a clogged drain that was just being stubborn. They soon had it clear and working normal. They were very professional and left the area cleaner than they found it. They let me know what most likely clogged it and how to prevent it in the future. While they were there, Chad evaluated my hot water heater system at my request. He discussed options including tankless vs my current system without being pushy about it. Z Plumberz is now officially my go to plumber for future needs.

    Tim Gorham helped us to retrieve my husband’s wedding band that fell though our bathtub drain. We called at around 10.30 PM and he showed up at around 2 PM the following day. Very professional and patient with the whole process, as it wasn’t very easy to dig through a bathtub drain. We are very pleased and interested to use them to install our second water meter for irrigation purposes. Thank you, Tim!
