    From the person who took my call & made the appt to the man who came to do the cleaning, I found the personnel very pleasant. The man who cleaned the tank was very neat and professional looking. Pricing was very competitive. The only thing I would like is if there could be a comment on the invoice regarding the status of the septic tank or a recommendation as to whether or not we are having it cleaned often enough. Overall, I rate them a 5.

    Great service! On time, called in that he was in route. Operator was knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. Veteran discount was appreciated and ultimately the reason I called Jack Spack instead of my usual septic system cleaning company. When told we were listing the property shortly, he offered to note on our invoice the jargon required by a realtor, which was also appreciated.

    We had a great overall experience. I called to schedule a routine septic tank pump on a Monday and they got out to us by Thursday of the same week. The representative on the phone was responsive in getting us booked. He explained that our almost 30 year old tank#2 has a couple of cracks in it and that the tanks need to be replaced at some point in the not too distant future.     Ive been using the service of Bolton Septic since 1994, they sold and are now a part of Jack Spack, M&M.They showed up the week scheduled, but it would have been nice to see a summary of the condition of the tank that was pumped/cleaned. Level of sludge etc. And for a recommendation of frequency for cleaning based on condition. Also, if they sent a text or e-mail on the morning of the service with an estimated time of arrival. This would have earned them a 5 STAR. I plan to continue using them, but hopefully, they will read the recommendations included above.

    Jack Spack Septic takes excellent care of its customers! Our family has used Jack Spack for at least 14 years to ensure our septic system runs smoothly. They just came out to pump out the tank. It’s my mom’s place and she gave the wrong location for where to find the opening and failed to mention that the tank was divided and that there is a second opening. Roy dug around and found the one opening we’d described and pumped the tank and realized since it was only half of what he expected there had to be a second opening. He then found the second opening and finished the job. In the middle of the job he happened on a yellow jacket nest and was stung. Undeterred, he said it’s his practice to finish the job! And we were his last stop on a Friday! To top it all off, there was no extra charge. Thank you Jack Spack Septic!!

To next, Rob, who showed up and was just an amazing guy! Rob was professional, knowledgeable and handled my 1 million questions very well. He is a true gem for the company and so glad this was the person that showed up for my job. Lastly, Dave, who installed my risers for my septic caps.
