I recently needed some plumbing work done, and after hearing that Martin Plumbing was voted the best in Kendall County through the newspaper, I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Jodi on August 13th, and she was incredibly helpful and attentive. She took the time to understand my needs and even asked me to send photos of the work required, which made the whole process much smoother. I was able to schedule an appointment just three days later, and Jodi informed me that Matt would be handling the job.Matt arrived on time and did an excellent job removing a house filter, draining the water heater, and installing a new shower handle in the master bathroom. He worked tirelessly, barely taking a break despite the heat, and it was clear he was dedicated to getting the job done right. Matt not only completed the work efficiently but also offered valuable tips and advice throughout the process. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to talk to—I actually thought he might be the owner based on how committed he was to ensuring everything was perfect!Overall, I’m extremely impressed with the service from Martin Plumbing and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. From Jodi’s great customer service to Matt’s outstanding workmanship, they truly live up to their reputation. I will definitely be using them again in the future!Thanks guys!

I researched several companies to replace our water heater. Martins had the best pricing. What really sold me was their customer service. Tom is an amazing plumber, who is honest and sincere. His quality of work is unmatched. I had a pipe burst in my home and he came out quickly and fixed it as well as another issue with another pipe that he noticed that was not in good condition. I recommended Tom and Martin plumbing 100%, 10.10.

Great job fixing the old, always clogging, routing of a kitchen and bathroom sewer system in basement from in ground tile to modern PVC piping. Not the cheapest, but high quality and very professional work. Will be using them again.

Great company to work with! Ive had to have my backflow device tested the last several years and Martin Plumbing has always done an excellent job. This year I had some very tight hours to work with and they were incredibly accommodating to my schedule. Great people, affordable prices, and definitely who Ill be using in the future.
