Very pleased with the service. Guy was very respectful and courteous. Our toilet was clogged and got the job done. Very professional. As soon as he entered our home he wore his booties and laid out a towel to lay all his equipment down. Showed us step by step what he was doing and showed us the problem. Very happy with the service. A little pricey but because we called after hours, but it was all worth it. I would definitely recommend to others.

We had clogged toilet. Jose gives first impression of a honest, knowledgable and nice Guy. He work is clean , quality and affordable. After he was done, I asked him to check few more things just to be sure and he gladly obliged, we are very satisfied with his service.

This is a positive review of Joses visit to my apartment. He rodded the mainline through a cleanout and went 75 to the city main. I worked in the business years ago and watched him for mistakes.Jose was knowledgeable and worked fast. He also respected my floor and carpet. And he cleaned up the area when done.I definitely recommend Jose when your mainline needs to be rodded. I will use him again next year when the roots grow back...

Aurora Sewer Cleaning came to our rescue late one Saturday night 45 minutes after I called them about a severe sewage backup from our basement drain. Jose arrived with all the equipment, got to work, and had our sewer line rodded out in less than two hours. We watched a camera view of water flowing smoothly through the pipe. These people are professionals in every sense of the word. They know what they are doing and won’t charge you a ridiculous amount to do it.

I am beyond happy with the work done by Aurora sewer cleaning! Long story short I needed a very expensive job done and not only were they the most reasonable price but The owners were amazing at making sure that I knew exactly what was happening and explaining everything really well to me. They made a very long, horrible experience a pretty easy one to get done through them I cannot recommend them enough for any sewer needs!

Spent 2 days plunging, taking pipes apart, snaking, and resorting to chemicals. Finally called a pro. 45 minutes and a very fair price later the drain has never run this well. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will call again when needed. Awesome.
