    Oscar and Reese were amazing!!! It’s hard to find strong, dedicated, focused men who actually enjoy what they do, take the appropriate time to do the job and are very detailed in their work. They both did such an amazing job replacing one of our downstairs A/C units plus the furnace. All the work was done in a timely manner and they left the area much cleaner than when they started!!! They both have such great personalities and are friendly, which makes/made it easy to ask them questions when/if needed. Oscar explained in detail the work to be done the day before when he came to evaluate the situation and was kind enough to re-explain a few questions I had asked regarding the furnace. On install day, Oscar focused on the install of the furnace and it is amazing. The furnace is ‘slimmer’ compared to our old furnace, thankfully, and the work done was so professional, as we expect. Reese did an excellent job on getting the new A/C unit all set and ready to go but prior to work starting, Reese went over all the work at the beginning, making sure the other A/C unit and furnace were working correctly and that I was comfortable with everything to be done. These two men are amazing and Orange Coast Plumbing is lucky to have such dedicated employees. Thank you Oscar and Reese for a job well done!!

    Bobby came out late in a Sat night for our plumbing emergency. He was the only plumber out of 5 calls we made that was responsive, communicative, and responsible. He was dependable and we appreciate that he followed through and showed up when other companies didn’t respond or wanted us to wait a day or two for a plumber. Very satisfied.

    Nolan and Danny were awesome. They came and told us every detail what to expect. They detected the leak and told us what was the planned will be. They gave us a quote and let us decide to continue with the work or not. No pressure there.They fixed the leak and did a very good job. They clean their mess afterwards which is a plus.     Our copper pipe was leaking inside of the wall. I had to turn off the main water valve to the whole house. The four of us were without water. I called Orange Coast Plumbing at 9:30pm to request help.I made the request to the after hours person and received a call back within a few minutes to schedule the house call.Rock, the plumber came out, did the inspection, offered an estimate to which I agreed and proceeded to do the repair.No more leak !!

    Horrible night with water heater overflowing, no luck figuring out how to turn off the water heater from 1994. Thankfully Steven kindness and prompt arrival saved us from an already stressful situation. Hes very knowledgeable and guided us through the whole process.1,000 out of 10 would recommend!

    I had a clogged kitchen drain this morning and I called OC plumbing, they were here within an hour and didnt charge anything for their initial visit. David was awesome! he was able to diagnose the issue instantly, and also gave me other recommendations for things that could be improved later on. he was very thorough and made sure the area was clean before he left. highly recommend!

    I called Orange Coast Plumbing because my toilet was leaking water to my downstairs. They sent a plumber the same day. Bryan provided excellent service. He arrived on time, was courteous, knowledgeable, well mannered, explained what was causing the problem and he left the area spotless. I was very pleased. The cost was not cheap but it was affordable.

    I requested an appointment online and had a call back within the hour to get something set up. The gave me a 2 hour morning window, and even though the schedule was running long, Ed in dispatch called me to let me know within that window. Excellent communication right there. Soon after that, I got a text notifying me that Anthony was on his way. He showed up within 15 minutes of that text. Anthony was awesome! Friendly, got right down to work, took care of the problem really quickly, was thorough, and after he was done, everything looked like he hadnt even been there. This isnt my first time calling Orange Coast Plumbing, and I wouldnt call anyone else!

    Colton and Oscar were great!They arrived and assessed the situation. They came back the next day and pinpointed the source of the leak. They immediately asked permission to open the wall and found a pinhole leak which was barely detectable. They capped the line and installed new piping and got water flowing again.They took care of the problem quickly, accurately and professionally.I recommend them highly!

    Was getting ready to install a new faucet in the kitchen and found that the under sink on/off valves were corroded.Called Orange Coast Plumbing and James showed up within 30 minutes.James saw the problem, told us how much it would be and got to work. James was super friendly in answering my questions as he worked and we just chatted the entire time.James is an artist, in installed new valves and everything looked great. Even though it was under the sink and behind the trash can and cleaning supplies, James made it look aesthetically pleasing. He left the space under the sink cleaner than he found it.We didn’t have “plumbers” before his visit but now we have someone trustworthy and reliable that we can call when we need someone and also someone we will recommend to our friends and family.Thank you for the work today James.

    I 100% recommend this pluming company! I got in same day! There is no charge if you decide to not go ahead with the work! That’s amazing! The plumber Nate Ramos showed up promptly. My new tub spout and handle look beautiful and are much more kid friendly!     These are my go to plumbers. I have a rental and anytime I need work they are awesome. They are professional and awesome. The only negative I’ve found is they are a little pricey. But you get what you pay for. I trust this company and have even checked other places but have to have Orange costs come out and repair what was already done. Hes clearly a very knowledgable technician.He originally quoted me $507 to replace my garbage disposal, but when I told him a competitor had quoted me $345 for the same service, he knocked $50 off the price for a total of $457.The overall cost was a bit more expensive than I expected, but everything else was a great experience. Highly recommended.

    The technician from Orange Coadt Plumbing, Michael, was very professional and knowledgeable. An older set of leaking faucets required removal and replacement. The older faucets were frozen due to years of scale buildup, and Michael had to use his experience and knowledge to finally get them removed safely. The faucets were stubborn but Michael was persistent and got the job done with no damage to existing piping......he then installed new faucets - no leakage and they work great. Overall the installation looks great and very professional. Having, been a customer of Orange Coast Plumbing for years, I stay with them because they are dependable and always do a great job.

    Our water heater was new last week, but we still didnt have real hot water before Alex got here today. He came through for us and got right to work diagnosing issues with plumbing related to our recent water heater installation. He had nearly everything he needed on his truck and worked tirelessly; he checked plumbing inside and outside for solutions, checked the electrical box, checked everywhere for leaks, cut out sections of pipe and an old filter and replaced it with a new one with a bypass for when I need to change the filter cartridge next year. Honestly, it seemed like he never even took a break. He went above and beyond because, on one of his trips between the garage and indoors, he noticed the air was low in my husbands rear tire, so he filled the tire! Alex is one of the most comprehensive service - people I have met. We are grateful for his tenacity, conscientious skill, kindness and unbeatable customer service, but most of all, we have HOT water!
