Immediately after I spoke with Chris at their office regarding our problem, Damian was at our house within an hour. Weve been working with them for near a decade now, and I continue to enjoy every interaction and they have never failed to resolve any issues that arise during or after work is done. I look forward to continue working with them for the foreseeable future.It may seem small, but Ive especially loved that Im always working with the same individuals depending on the project type. That may not seem very important to some, but for me its been great as they know most of whats been done to the house or how things are laid out, and has made it much easier when we have a new project in mind.

AA Atlas to the rescue!!! After another company told us we had a collapsed pipe that was going to cost over $30k to fix, we had AA Atlas out. This honest business ran cameras down the pipes, showed us the footage and saved us from unnecessary and expensive work. There was no collapsed pipe and we just needed to hydrojet over 50 years of build up. They completed the job quickly and efficiently and cleaned up. Outstanding! we had a slab leak in our Master bath, I called AA Atlas and they had a technician out to our home within a couple of hours. Bryan was our tech and he immediately found the source of the leak, Bryan gave us three potential options to repair the leak along with the cost and timeline to make the repair.His work was top notch and he was able to make the repair within a couple hours, other that a bit of drywall repair you cant even tell he was there . Their style is consistent: easy to make an appointment, technicians are always on time, the quality of work is excellent.Yesterday I schedule the visit. Last summer they replaced my AC unit. They did a great job on that. At the time I asked how my water heater was doing. With just looking, they were surprised that it was still working! It lasted 6 months and went out. They came out and replaced all in the same day of calling them. I have been using AA Atlas since 2010. I have always appreciated their professionalism and the quality of work. This type of service is not inexpensive; however, there is not much around it. With that said I definitely want quality work, and that is what I get with AA Atlas.

I arranged a meeting day and time with Ian, and him and his partner showed up promptly (no huge ranges of time where you’re waiting around for them to arrive!). They diagnosed the issue and fixed it within minutes! I could tell they are great at what they do - true professionals. They answered all of my questions graciously. They also provided complimentary advice on a separate issue that will need to be fixed next. Fees were super reasonable. Getting an appointment that accommodated my schedule was easy. I received a courtesy call 30 minutes in advance of technicians arrival. Mike R was able to assess the problem, discover a corroded tub drain pipe and recommend a repair plan. Considering the extent of the repair and that I may remodel soon, Mike did not pressure me but instead informed me on what plumbing design a remodel would entail so that I could know what questions to ask other bidders. Mike was knowledgeable and friendly and I was comfortable having him in my home. I would call Atlas again!

So its Saturday midday and a pipe by an upstairs toilet bursts. At least I knew how to shut off the main line. We call the home warranty company, and after 3 hours they cant get anybody to come fix it. So they tell us that we can call any fully licensed and insured company and they will reimburse us. So on Saturday afternoon I call all around getting no answer, but a couple that will likely call back later. But when I called AA Atlas, they offered to send Mike out who would give a free estimate! He is out within an hour. Super nice guy!! Professional and knowledgeable. He fixes everything cheerfully and within the home warranty budget. (BTW, another vendor called back and said it would be a $150 trip charge plus gave an estimate over $100 more that Mike charged.) I have dealt with so many repair folks in the last year, and I could wish that any of them met the standard set by Mike! Thanks so much!!

Scheduled maintenance for my heating system. As usual, Atlas called me prior to the technicians arrival. Eddie, my technician, arrived promptly, and as all of Atlas employees, was very friendly. At the end, my husband had a question about our system and Eddie was able to explain and answer my husbands concern. After a good 20 plus years my old air conditioner decided it was done. I called AA Atlas who came right away and help me figure out what to do next. They are the most honest, hard working people I have found. Over the past several years I have had them come many times to service and extend the life of my air conditioner (and they have helped me with some other things as well) but the visits for my air were becoming more frequent so this last time my air went out we knew it was time for a new one. They were so kind and understanding they came quickly knowing I really needed the air due to some health issues and just like that I had a new unit that has been beyond amazing. Both of the gentlemen that installed the new unit were just wonderful. They came right when they said they would they kept everything super clean and were even kind and patient with my dogs during the process. When I call AA Atlas from start to finish I know the process will run smoothly and that they will always be honest with me. I am super appreciative of the entire crew at AA Atlas and will definitely call on them again when needed.

He found the problem quickly connected to our original unit in the attic. He and Tanner returned the next day on Tuesday with a new replacement and worked for hours replacing the old unit. I highly recommend Bryan, AA Atlas. Our first encounter was a leaky pipe under our sink. Bryan arrived promptly and discovered our problem and fixed it so it looks better than before he came. Our next visit was the installation of a water softener which we needed because of the hard water in our area.We love our the softener!! It is a high quality softener that will last forever. Bryan was meticulous and fixed areas that were a problem.Upon entering the attic, he identified some issues and we will now get new venting and an HVAC system. Our home was built in the 70s and has some issues because it was never done correctly from previous plumbers. We are so pleased with AA Atlas Plumbing. Bryan is trust worthy, honest and reliable. Years ago Atlas replaced my meter to house line. I had several estimates and all estimates except Atlass included removing the driveway. The guys at Atlas did it the smart way, the way you would do it if it was your own home. They went under the sidewalk and across the lawn. Did a wonderful job and saved me from having to redo my driveway. Last week they replaced my water softener and I got the same professional, smart, do it like you would in your own home service. I love these guys. I have lived in Yorba Linda since 2005 and they are always my first call when I need plumbing, heating or AC service. They are always professional and kind. They are honest and have always made me feel like a valued customer. I have used them for many jobs and have never been disappointed. Last week they just finished replacing my main water line that developed a leak. The house is 40 years old and with the hard water we have in Yorba Linda more leaks were inevitable! Time to replace. Mike and his crew were wonderful! Mike answered all my questions and went over my options. He was very patient with me. The job consisted of removing pavers, digging a ditch, and putting in a new pipe. When they left you would never know they were here, except I have no leak and good water. Good Job Mike!

How many times do you hear of a company doing a post-work inspection to ensure everything was done properly? Well I got one from AA Atlas Plumbing on the work done for my home. I had a gas line moved to the attic, a water supply line installed and a HVAC condenser line moved. The gas line and water supply was done to my satisfaction, however the HVAC line was a bit sloppy, but it worked. That would have been a 4 star review. The next day I get a call asking for a supervisor to inspect the work. He came out on time and offered to fix my HVAC line with some 90 degree angles and secure it against the wall at no charge. Perfect! I was impressed. I expected to cut the pipe myself and put on some simple pressure joints and make it passable. This is even better. I am very happy with my service and am glad I chose AA Atlas over the other plumbers I had give quotes.

I saw a recommendation for this company through NextDoor. I thought that would help find a good possibility for a dryer venting rerouting. I had asked a handyman and another plumber in the last six months and neither would consider the job. AAAtlas quickly planned out the way to make this work, including a greater diameter ductwork. My clothes now dry in half the time. The materials and appearance of ducting is much above what I would have expected.I also asked for help with the A/C condensation drain line. It was staining my new pavers, but even more, mold or something was building up at the outside end and looked scary. They not only cleared out the line, they recommended a much better way to route the drain line.This is an amazing company that know their business and don’t do just the minimum. I’m thinking about what else I might need.

AAAtlas is a reliable honest company. Another company stopped by to check our air conditioner and they detected a leak somewhere within the unit. They gave us a high price quote just to find the leak. It did not include fixing, and we were going to be without air for two days due to their busy schedule. Lucky for us, our neighbor found out about problem. She mentioned her positive experience with AAAtlas and their being reliable. We gave them a call, to get a second opinion and Randy stopped by. He provided a detailed description of the problem, and fixed it the same day. He followed up via phone then he returned to verify that the unit was working properly and not leaking. Randy’s quote was reasonable, and he did an excellent job fixing our unite.
