    We’ve had a series of misfortunate events. Our laundry room breaker kept tripping, which affected our Wi-Fi, refrigerator, and washer. Texas power generation was able to fix everything in a timely manner and bring our laundry room outlets up to code. And our washer motherboard had been blown out because of the electrical surges that we can’t control, Layth added a surge protector to our breaker panel. Now all our electronics are protected. Great work! Highly recommend!

    We had a new problem on our hands; my spouse bought an EV. A Polestar 2 to be exact. Like a Tesla but made by Volvo. As excited as we were, the reality set in of needing a way to charge at home. A simple 120-volt outlet wasnt going to cut it. 30 hours to 100%. I think not. So, I called around to several different places on a Saturday (of all days, I know). TPG was the first place to call me back AND provide both an estimate and time to install the nema 14-50 outlet we needed. I had done enough research to know what questions to ask to ensure we got a safe charging solution for the house. Layth was more than comfortable answering any of those questions over the phone and ensuring that I understood the need for higher quality components due to the amperage demand of the EV. He asked me to send him pictures of the electrical panel to ensure we had enough room and amperage to handle the upcoming demand. I sent the pictures, and he called back in a few minutes to talk through the installation. We then scheduled it for Labor Day. I commented on the day being a holiday and he said he works 24/7/365 (I may be paraphrasing). Needless to say, I was shocked (pun intended) and very much relieved that we had a solution so quickly. I didnt expect anyone to be available on Monday, nor did I expect anyone to arrive ready to go within 2-3 days. Its 2023, that kind of customer service has become rare. But, thats ultimately what happened. Layth showed up, installed the outlet and the whole thing took less time than my original phone call about the service. We were happy campers; problem solved. He gave me a quote on another project and invoiced me for the current install (which was less than every other quote I had received, including his). To say this company is fair, honest, knowledgeable and customer focused would be an understatement. This company is rare.Follow up: The outlet is just what we needed, the car charges so much faster now. ;)

    Layth is the most professional and kind person Ive ever met. Ive never had faster service, a more caring man to perform that service, nor anyone who would drop their own plans to ensure my family had power. Weve been through it the past year with power. Last night was the breaking point and the owner of this company dropped everything late on a Friday evening to come do a full on upgrade and breaker repair on my main panel. Weve had to have them out a few times all revolving around an issue we had to get home owner approval on to fixed. Once approval came, Layth was here and had it done quickly.     Update 3 - a year later, my main breaker which Layth had been telling us needed repaired from the very beginning gave out. He had come out and reset our breaker 3 days before and without any promise we were going to go ahead and repair what was needed -he found the parts - Im sure he knew the inevitable. Our 150 service was just to small for our big home and we needed a 200 service and he took it upon himself when I called 3 days later to let him know we were In The dark again and we were going to have to do the main breaker upgrade and see when he could pencil us is. Layth was here and came with in the hour! An hour later we have a new 200 service, and layth has saved the groceries in my fridge, my sanity and did so in the most professional way ever. I absolutely cant recommend this company enough. 5 starsUpdate 2 - the exact same thing happened again a month later and Layth was at my house 20 minutes after I spoke to him. He was fast, professional and had it fixed in 90 seconds. I have never met a more friendly electrician and kind soul. Dont use anyone else. Locals - this is your guy.I had an emergency power outage late Saturday evening. I have 3 kids, a disabled husband, and my Nana is battling cancer. We called Texas Power Generation, and they called back almost immediately. They didnt have the part i thought we needed, but he called around to try and find it. While doing that, I called multiple others who didnt answer or wouldnt come. The last call from this company I didnt have the specific answers to the questions Layth had and my youngest was very upset because hes only 5 and didnt understand why the lights werent coming on - so I was stessed, hot and having some anxiety.. Layth showed up at my house about 15 to 20 minutes after our last phone call ended and had our power on within 15 minutes of his arrival. Layth was professional, courteous, and fairly priced. I strongly urge anyone needing electrical work to use this company!

    I had a home warranty for my AC unit. It eventually turned out that 240V wasnt reaching the unit, so they eventually sent this guy out to fix the power cables. The guy literally worked me in the same day. Anyways, he quite probably saved my house. This guy fixed other work a previous contractor did without complaint and also explained why and how the connections were bad along with showing me the burnt wire. If you can get these guys to do electrical work, do so. Definitely worth whatever they ask.

    I had an undergeound short that caused my pool pump to stop functioning for 3 weeks.
