We have had NTX electric come to our home several times for different jobs. Most recently, I needed three lights changed out and some electric sockets repaired. The guys did a great job and got everything taken care of! I highly recommend Chris and his guys for any of your electrical needs!

NTX Electric came to me through a referral of a neighbor / industry professional. Even though direct referrals are already my favorite form of making new business relationships, the professionalism of NTX stands out as one of the best. We had two separate, unrelated, electrical snafus after having a new, upgraded electrical panel installed. Chris and his team showed back up to review all of their work and take time to diagnose what could possibly being going on. At the end of the day it boiled down to a faulty electrical line on ONCOR’s side and a lovely squirrel that decided to make light work of my A/C supply. You can’t make this stuff up… Nonetheless, Chris and his team diligently reviewed and addressed our concerns over 2 separate callbacks. Timing in life is a funny thing, but companies that are willing to stick with you even when they could easily justify telling you to kick rocks knowing they did a solid job are a rare breed these days. I obviously highly recommend NTX and after choosing them as your electrical service contractor, I’m sure you will too.

They were great! We reached out to Tim and he came out the next day and was able to quickly get us a bid and start our project next day! They communicated well and in a timely manner and were very professional. We were so happy with them that we used again for a second project within the week!
