We had a ceiling light fixture that didnt work, and various issues with various electrical outlets. We had another electrician no-show on us, but Brian showed up on short notice and saved the day.In addition to fixing our ceiling light and outlets, he explained everything that was going on with our electrical, which was so helpful as new homeowners. He told us what upgrades we should prioritize in our 1930s home to get it up to snuff. Really helpful, as now we know where the bodies are buried and what to save up for going forward. I highly recommend Brian - he is a wealth of knowledge, honest and reliable. We will definitely be calling him for the next job!

Ive had a great experience working with Brian on a variety of electrical needs in my home in the last year. He is quick to respond to questions and is transparent with pricing & scheduling. Brian has updated electrical outlets (interior/exterior), installed recessed lighting in numerous rooms, removed older recessed light to replace with properly anchored/centered light fixture. Most recently he replaced a bathroom exhaust fan and provided knowledgeable insight about other potential improvements. Brian works hard and keeps the client informed of job progress and any decisions that need to be made. Great to find a reliable electrician that is easy to work with.

I needed my dryer hooked up and he was able to do the job sooner than we agreed upon, which was fantastic! He even completed the duct work, which was above and beyond the job. Brian nicely explained that additional circuits would be needed to prevent this from happening. I called and spoke with Brian. One of our outlets had blown and caused our whole upstairs to not have any functioning outlets. Brian was on a job and said he would give me a call in a little bit, he actually followed through on what he said he was going to and called me back an hour or so later. He came over and fixed the outlet quickly, but most importantly he educated me on what was wrong with the outlet. As a home owner I always like to be educated on the projects that are being done and things to be aware of to avoid major disasters from arising. Brian was both professional and patient, while educating me. I highly recommend him!

Weve used BCP Electric for many electrical problems around our homes.They are thorough and explain what needs to be done in clear and concise terms to help us understand, and provide an estimate of cost.On our most recent project we needed new wiring from our boiler in the basement to the thermostat on the third floor apartment. This was not an easy task, but his work is professional and he is reliable and on time.Hes also installed new outlets in apartments with GFCI outlets that solved multiple problems for us.We will be using their services again as needed.

A couple months later one of the circuit breakers failed internally (obviously through no fault of the electrician), and Brian came by quickly to perform a warranty repair. I can see why his rating is great and would highly recommend his services.

He determined the problem was in the fuse box, found the fuse and showed me the issue, which was that the fuse had tripped but couldn’t tell from the position of the switch.
