I would highly recommend using Phil for any and all electrical projects! We hired him to complete a very time intensive project (removing old knob & tube wiring from parts of our home). We couldn’t be happier with Phil’s work. From the first house visit I could tell he would be super professional and methodical in his work. He brainstormed ideas with me, showed me samples and even fixed a loose glass fixture while touring the house. His proposal was itemized, detailed, and included bundled options at reasonable rates. A week later he’s at our house with his apprentice David tackling projects that we’d put off for 5 years. A great example of how happy we are: We had put off installing new exterior lights because no other electrician had a good solution for how to mount the lights on our shingle, which is taller than vinyl siding and doesn’t fit traditional mounting blocks without leaving ugly gaps all around. Even though it was more work, Phil created custom mounting blocks that fit seamlessly and beautifully with the shingle. It was a huge upgrade in style for our quirky old house! They also cleaned up the debris along the way, fixed a loose patio doorknob (THANK YOU!) and even took our broken fan to be recycled. I highly recommend Arsenault Electric.

Disentangling the electrical situation at my newly acquired multifamily required extensive work. Had an overhead light above the shower go out. The switch had apparently gone bad but for the life of me I couldnt figure it out. Arsenault came out within one day and fixed it within 30 minutes. More than that, they came back out when the light went out again. Turns out the bulb likely cracked. No additional charge and everything is back in order. Extremely nice guys and will absolutely use them again in the future. Highly recommend!

Phil is absolutely the best that anyone could ask for in an electrician. When I was young and alone in my first home, the winter came and my boiler wouldnt turn on. It wasnt even trying, I was so sure it was an electrical problem, but the boiler guys I called out to fix it quoted me $10,000 to completely overhaul the inside of the system. I called Phil for a second opinion, and he charged me $30 for a new thermostat and sent me on my way. He will always have my trust.Today, he came out in the middle of a pandemic to my awkward DIY-pit of a house to look at a scary flickering light and try to sort out the bizarre nest of old wiring that is my basement. And not only did he do an amazing job of rewiring everything in a beautiful professional way, but he pointed out all the other problems in my homes awful wiring with an attitude of hey, you do one project at a time, fix a little bit every year and its not a huge deal, its a basement. He has never tried to upsell me, or pressure me in any way, shape or form. He just does the right thing that makes the most sense, and he does it really really well. We will always come to Arsenault Electric for all of our electrical problems, because Phil is just an awesome guy who does a great job.
