    Using P&E mechanical was easily the best air conditioning company Ive used in years. From the first meeting with Dominic to discuss my problems, to Chris and Nick completing the installation. I was impressed with the professional way Chris and Nick presented themselves and the company. I feel at times I was a bit of a pain asking questions but both took the time to explain and answer my questions in away even I could understand. Really knowledgeable employees. If family or friends require AC services I will highly recommend P&E mechanical and Chris and Nick

    I have been a homeowner since 1993… and Wendell just made this HVAC repair experience the absolute best I’ve ever had! What a guy!!From the moment I contacted the P&E office about my unit not working, the staff was prompt, courteous, professional!I left a message with the after hours hotline after we got home to a hot house around 7pm and my call was returned by a technician (I believe Ronnie) super quick! He was able to pinpoint the general problem over the phone after I described what I was seeing, and gave me some suggestions where we opted to set up the service call for the following morning due to a frozen condenser.We were called the next morning first thing by Madison from the P&E office and she alerted us that Wendell was on his way!Wendell showed up and shined!! The absolute best service experience I have ever had hands down! Super knowledgeable, professional, and had cold air blowing just minutes after showing up! Can’t say enough! Very fair repair cost too! We are now P&E customers!

    WONDERFUL people to do business with. The owner is very customer centric and it flows down to every employee. Been a customer since 2017 and can say that the Customer Service is exceptionally GREAT and the cost of services is extremely reasonable... I shopped around and some of the established/larger HVAC companies locally are twice the price and not very personable. BIG shout out to Melissa May for always showing genuine TEXAS HOSPITALITY. The technicians are always on time and communicate very well, never a surprise and very knowledgeable. Follow up by the front office is much appreciated!!! Easily the BEST HVAC services in all Central Texas.

    Weve used P&E for almost two years now, not just for our personal residence but all of our rentals - Theyre quick to respond and fix most issues same day, and being in the rental business, this is so so important for us. Theyve also saved our personal house during freeze, we had a burst pipe and they responded quickly with their plumbing service.

    We had purchased an entirely new AC system for our home 3 months ago. Installed in 1 day in the middle of summer! Most recently we had out control panel have a mind of its own. Ruben offered FaceTime to help troubleshoot and which he had to come to our home on a Saturday to fix! Ruben was professional and curtious! P&E also waived the weekend fee! Thank you Ruben and P&E!

    Weve been having issues with an LG mini-split system at a house we recently purchased and have had multiple techs from other companies out with no resolution. P&E was able to schedule us same day, send a tech familiar with our style unit, and get us blowing consistently cold air quickly. Wondering why I didnt just call them when the issue started... Will use again!

    I’m really impressed with P&E’s level of service, and with their response time. They showed up within an hour of me calling yesterday, quickly figured out the exact issues, and arrived first thing this morning to fix it. They were honest and straightforward about what the issues were, the estimate was spot on, and they provided an itemized invoice. (No surprise charges!)Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional and courteous, especially Shannon, who came by yesterday, and Jordan, the service technician who did all of the repairs today.From start to finish, it took less than 24 hours for our A/C issues to be fixed. I hope we dont have any other problems in the future, but if we do, I know who to call!

    I honestly cant say enough good things about this company. They came highly recommended from a member of our church. They came out knowing that we may need to replace the whole unit as ours was very old. I never once felt pressured to replace the whole system. He stated he could replace fluids and get it going just right. With our unit being so old we made the decision ourselves to have them replace before summer hit. We were given an honest and fair quote for a new system and duct cleaning. They also added a new vent in my office . The crew that came out were respectful and courteous. They arrived on time and worked hard all day, even sweeping my floors after they were done to make sure they left no mess behind. I will always recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Our system is running fantastic. Our house feels so much better and the air is crisp and clean. So thankful for this company!

    From beginning to end, my experience with Dominic and his team was exceptional. Their rates of installation were competitive with the market, and he worked to meet out needs by finding a unit which fit our budget and efficiency perimeters. They were prompt, courteous, thorough, and sincerely worked to educate me as the process evolved. I felt being a customer of theirs was a privilege rather than an inconvenience. I will be calling them when our next unit needs replacing!

    On Jan 3rd 2020 P&E came out and replace both inside and outside AC unit at my salon, (Stylus & Co )All is working perfectly. I was so impress with the level of service they provided. They worked in two separate areas of the salon. One being our break room and area with a back drop wall covered with artificial boxwood greenery. They removed some of the greenery to get to piping needed for installation and carefully re applied all back as it was. Left both areas completely as they found them before any work began.     A recent lightning storm knocked out our air conditioning (on a very warm day), and this happened to us on a Saturday. Not only did they send out a terrific technician exactly when we needed them, but he had the issue diagnosed and fixed within 10 minutes of arriving at our home. I also have to say that their annual maintenance plan has easily saved us over $1,000 per year because I KNOW it has lowered our electricity bills, and also prevented us from much more costly repairs (plus it gave us a discount on the few repairs we have needed). I feel very blessed to have found P & E for all of our air conditioning repair and service needs!

    Everyone makes mistakes. The owner reached out to me and made it right. We decided to give them our business. We havent had the service completed yet but will soon. I will update and rewrite my review afterwards.We were having issues with cold and hot spots in our house. I called P&E Mechanical and scheduled for them to come out and see what was needed to correct. They can out and showed up on time. The technician inform me that my HVAC system had no dampers. He said he would submit the sizes to his boss and they would send me a quote. I gave it 72 hours and still hadnt heard anything. I called and requested a timeline and also asked about an extra layer of insulation. The receptionist said that he was working on it and should get it to me soon. I call back 2 more times last week on different days with no response or quote. Well it has now been over a week and I gave up. I called another company.

    After not having heat or air in my master bedroom for almost a year, P&E came out the same day as I called and fixed everything. The technician even made sure all of my dampers were flowing evenly and explained it in a way I could understand. I am so grateful for their efficient service! As an added bonus, their technicians (I have met two different ones now) always have a smile, use shoe covers, and drop cloths to not track in any dirt. I will only use P&E for all of my A/C needs!

    These guys were great to work with. We have a lot of work being done at our house. I was dragging my feet on their estimate while other work was being done. These guys called me every so often to ask about the estimate and the work, they did not hassle me or pressure me at all. They were always very pleasant and easy to work with. When it came time to do the work I hardly knew the guys were in my home working. I will use these guy again if I ever need more work.

    Our business Lu and Home here in Waco hired P&E Mechanical to install HVAC systems in our retail furniture store. I can’t express how incredible their service has been. I typically am a customer who chooses a service solely on the price. I am so glad I chose to hire who I consider the best here in Waco, P&E Mechanical. The level of service and care I received from Dominic was invaluable. Ronnie, the project manager was knowledgeable, willing to help in any way he can, and has even popped by on the spot several times over the last year helping with little things that were covered under warranty. We’ve known for years that our system needed to be rebalanced because of how it was installed many years ago - recently decided to have it fixed to make the air flow more consistent throughout our house. From quoting, to scheduling, to getting the work done - it’s been a pleasure to work with them.     We recently built a 2 story, 2300 sq ft home and our contractor put in one HVAC unit and did no zoning throughout the house. He assured us it would suffice. A few weeks after closing we found one HVAC unit was not going to work efficiently. We were dealing with the bottom floor staying really cold and the second floor very warm, our contractor instructed us to “close dampers in rooms not being used”, in order to get the bottom floor warm/warmer. Not acceptable in a brand new home!!! We were able to get P&E back out to look at our options. They informed us that the house should have been zoned. We then tried to contact our builder again about the issue and he would not respond. P&E reached out on our behalf and somehow got the issue resolved. They came back out within a very short time frame and zoned our home for us.I can’t imagine how our Texas summers would have been in our new home!! So thankful P&E went above and beyond to make things right. They provided good quality work and were a pleasure to do business with. Thank you Ronnie & P&E!!
