    Called an made an appointment for estimate for work. Made arrangements for work to be doneCody and his helper were very courteous and professional. Cleaned working area and hauled off toilets and sink. Would highly recommend Langston to do any plumbing needed. Thank you again for your excellent work

    Working with Langston Plumbing was a great experience. They were what one hopes for when having to do plumbing work. When they start a job they stay on it until completed, not running off on other jobs during the project and making excuses as to why they cant come back. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous working throughout our home.

    They was very fast and thoroughly got my jobs done although it was my whole Christmas savings for my kids and a future Hot tub I was gonna get ... least now I got all new pipes and my kids can 💩 and 🚿 🛀 without any nasty back ups ever again!!!     Langston Plumbing emptied my septic tank. They are very reliable ,on schedule, up front with pricing.The team that came to my house was very good at explaining how tank works .Completing the job requested and explaining further repairs needed in future due to tree roots infestation in line.I would definitely recommend them .

    We had a wax seal on our toilet break one evening, called the next day and they came out the following morning. The person they sent was nice and he fixed it quickly, however I was in a rush to get to work so I failed to see that the toilet was not sat back on the way it should be prior to leaving for work. I showed them pictures of it and they sent someone out and fixed it free of charge. They resolved my issue quickly and they were friendly. I definitely recommend them!

    I called their office to set an appointment for them to come investigate low hot water output. It was not an emergency so I left a message and they called me back the next business day.Great customer service from the helpful person who answered my call to the agent who came to assess my plumbing. They were very helpful and transparent with policy and pricing, I will use their services in the future.

    Not long after diagnosing the water pipe leak on our old house ( 1935 ) they said it would be better with the new water line. They gave us an estimate about $1,000 but after they were done the bill came only $650. We are from a different state and impressed by how nice the neighbors are and the service people are around here .Thank you very much for your service, you guys will be our favorite plumbers .

    I had a pipe break in my bathroom near stool, major flood possible. Second call for a plumber was to Langston’s, plumber heard my SOS, came right over and shut off water to house.
