    Great company, very professional and communicative. RJ was our technician. Arrived on time and checked out the system in our new home. Informed me of the equipment we have and did a really good job educating me on how it functions. Our system uses a heat pump and he cleaned our outdoor unit. We have a lot of cotton wood trees in the area and had no clue why our system wasn’t working right. Over all great guy and great service! Highly recommend and will use again in the future.

    Comfort Zone came out and had to track down a leak in our system. They worked very efficiently getting it found, fixed, and the freon replaced. They were very polite and I would highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them in the future.

    Had a blast with these guys! They came out and installed a Samsung mini split for our sun room. They took the time to share their concerns about how to mount the indoor head and were receptive to my opinions and wants for the location I wanted and we came to an informed agreement. I love how it looks and works better than what I expected! Thanks a million Comfort Zone! Will be using y’all for my future projects.

    I have used Comfort Zone on several occasions! R.J. and his technicians are courteous, very efficient, prompt, and completed the jobs in a timely manner! They are my go to heat and air conditioning specialists, highly recommended contacting them for any of your heat and air conditioning needs as well as many other services!

    I have had comfort zone put a new AC/heating unit in two different houses I have lived in. They did a great job and was quick and professional with their work. They answered all questions I had before install and after. They even checked up on how the units was work a week and mouth later. Will be using them for all my future need for sure.

    City notified me that I had a leak in my front yard. Called Comfort Zone and they were able to fit me in their schedule same day. They came out and located the leak then hand dug to fix the leak. After the leak was repaired they packed the dig area and raked up the area making it look as if nothing had happened. Highly recommend this company.

    Called this morning (Friday) about multiple issues we’ve been trying to have fixed for well over a year and they got us in for Tuesday. Then they called a few hours later and said they’d be able to fit us in right then! They got here within 10 minutes and had corrected every single one of our problems within 2 hours. So grateful for the man who came out and did the work. This is the first time 100% of our plumbing has worked in this house since buying it in 2020!

    They have installed heat and air units for use. Tankless water heaters , plumbing , tubs , sinks etc. on many of our houses. We understand stand when you have problems with new installs. Sometimes the equipment can be faulty and that’s on the manufacturer. When that happen we let comfort zones know The guys jump on it and takes care of it. Thanks you Comfort Zone!!!

    Called them up and they got out to the house as soon as they could. Took no time at all to diagnose and correct my systems issues! They even cleaned my condenser and made sure it was all on the up and up.

    I called comfort zone and loved the secretary. She was very polite, friendly, and helpful. John came out asap. He never dallied for a second. He had my sewer line and my kitchen drains unclogged in no time at all. He was fabulous, professional and I will use comfort zone again.

    I left a note on my front door stating that I require boot covers and a face mask to be worn in my home. The technician that worked on my heater obliged and I am so very thankful. The work took about 90 minutes and now I have heat again! Joshua not only wore his boot covers and face mask but he also asked for a towel to soak up the snow and water from his ladder ♥️ when he was done he went the extra step of shaking out the towel and asked if I had a broom so that he could sweep up with fallen dust and pieces of paint from the ceiling. A big thanks to both Comfort Zone and to Joshua!!To be equally respectful of Joshua and his efforts, I also wore a face covering ✌️♥️☺️

    A/C stopped working so I tried to fix it myself. No power to the control board in the unit and the thermostat. Thought I had a much bigger problem but RJ found a safety switch rolled on the side of the unit. Had it back up and running in under a minute once he showed up. Didn’t even charge me! #HVACGOD!
