Mason is fantastic and Vertechs Electric is amazingly responsive. On Thursday I contacted Vertechs to diagnose and repair an outdoor GFI plug or possible circuit breaker problem. It was an urgent situation because bad weather was coming and the electrical problem was causing a safety issue. Vertechs sent Mason out the next morning. He arrived at 9:00 sharp just as scheduled. Although the troubleshooting and repair were more challenging than expected, Mason found and corrected a potential fire hazard and left the job looking better than when he arrived. We will definitely ask for Mason the next time we need any electrical work done. He and Vertechs were great!

Logan was very professional and helpful when I called in to discuss the problem I was having. Asked a lot of good questions to support the journeyman, Rick, before he came so he was prepared. Rick arrived early, he too was very professional and courteous and fixed our problem quickly. I was able to get the appointment quickly—within a few days!! I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if I need additional help! Excellent service.

We lost all ability to plug anything in power wise in our kitchen. I called Vertechs and made a appointment for next day and was satisfied the issue was semi resolved. What a pleasant surprise and blessing when Mason called and said he had a cancelation and could be in my home same day! $250 for first hour of call and then we needed 2 GFI boxes at 100 (50 each) plus taxes so it came out $380.10. Mason was great and really worked with us to accommodate our messy house. Absolutely would recommend Vertechs and Mason.

I am so happy I chose Vertechs to assist me with some electrical issues. The communication from the day the appointment was made up trough repairs and payment was phenomenal! They were fast to arrive and quickly assessed and resolved 5 issues I was concerned about. The price was less than I expected. The technicians were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Can only comment so far on the initial service call since I have not had any work done yet. However, if going off of first impressions, then I have no doubt the quality of Vertechs workmanship will be top notch! Mason was punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He spent time answering all my questions and then provided a detailed yet easy-to-understand estimate. Mason turned up within one day of my calling. He arrived on time, gave me an explanation of services required and an accurate estimate. Walker, who carried out the work, also turned up on time and completed the jobs within two hours.Compared to a handyman service they are expensive. However, their work comes with a guarantee, and living in a somewhat remote location I prefer to use a known and registered company for reasons of personal security.I highly recommend both electricians and their company. Note: you get what you pay for.

Vertechs did a great job at installing new entry wall lighting at our condominium complex. I worked with Logan on all of the scheduling and options for our lighting. He had Rick come out and give us an estimate. They were able to come out within the week to do the work. To sum it up, the installation is professional and clean, and they were quick to be able to come out.They were quick from bid to install, and were very friendly to work with. We will definitely be calling them again for our future Electrical needs.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I literally walked into their office with an emergency at my mothers house in Longview. She had a surge that fried her panel in the home. Thank god it happened during the day when my brother was there or she would have lost her home. Every company was booked out and I am sure Vertechs was as well but Matt and his team in 45 minutes sent an electrician up there to diagnose and fix the problem. It required a total panel changeout and their electrician stayed until 8:30 pm to complete the job. We unfortunately had a brand new breaker that was faulty ( no fault on Vertechs) for the furnace, but had power back on. Thank you all so much and you have aquired a brand loyal customer. Bravo team!!

These guys were very nice, respectful of our time and property. They handled us having kids and dogs, while they installed wiring for a hottub. They were the fastest to be able to do our job, too. They are worth the money you pay. Everything looks nice with clean lines, pipes. We will definitely use them again, for sure.

Vertechs was able to do an assessment and perform electrical work the same week (within a couple days of calling). We are converting a small den into an en-suite and needed some new outlets, others relocated of removed, a ceiling fan and recessed led lights wired, along with a cadet heater. Our house had all old knob/tube type wiring and they were able to get rid of that and wire what we needed. Also had a wiring issue in the pantry they were able to fix. Passed electrical inspection with flying colors. These are great folks to deal with. Thanks Ric and Logan!
