    Recently put in a request for Malik plumbing to come out to take a look at an old water heater that I had my home. Rob was assigned to us and came in with a wealth of information to help out. He took his time answering all of my questions, many of which had nothing to do with the water heater, and has a really easy way with words to ensure I fully understood what was happening around the home. Although he did identify many projects that I need complete, I was glad to be informed as well as to be given on the spot estimates so I know what to plan for. Thanks for your time Rob!

    Luis Lenus came promptly to snake video our entire water outtake. He is the first plumber who recommended us to replace the Main Stack Pipe to save money from removing the commode each time there was a water backup. He also explained that the furnace can cause a backup of dust which can make a drain backup. He explained thoroughly what he did. As it turned out, the video showed no problems from our house to the street. Other plumbers were going to have us spend $23,000 to replace the entire pipe. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Luis Linus.

    We had several leaks in our gas line and had to have our gas shut off. We called several big plumbing companies, but Mallick was able to send someone out to the house sooner than any of them. Luis Lemus arrived even earlier than promised, and he was fast and efficient at fixing all of the leaks. He did a great job and even helped us get a stubborn pilot light to come back on. I highly recommend Mallick. Both their customer service person and Luis were excellent.Update: We had Luis come out for an unrelated issue —the kitchen drain had clogged about 30 feet down the waste line in the basement. This was beyond my DIY abilities to fix. Luis used a long motorized snake to clear it out. Problem solved. Thanks again to Luis and Mallick!

    Louis came out to evaluate a problem we were having with the supply feed from our well. He provided us with options on how to resolve the problem. Very professional.Update-12/19/2024Louis and his assistant Kollie showed up as scheduled to replace the connection between the well feed to the utility room and the pressure tank. They worked quickly to install the CVPC pipe. We had water back up in about an hour. Great work. My experience with Mallick has been first-class!

Mallick placed me on their URGENT list when my water heater’s Mixing Valve sprung a leak and tripped the leak alarm.Mallick quickly dispatched technicians Luis Lemus and Mark to replace the valve. They had everything back up and running in no time. I am grateful to Mallick for it’s fast response and to Luis and Mark for their expert service.     My outdoor faucet was leaking, so I tried replacing the rubber gaskets myself but it kept dripping. I called Larry and Sons, and they came out to take a look. Unfortunately, they said they dont work on that type of faucet and charged me for the visit. The leak was still there, so I called Mallick Plumbing & Heating. Their plumber, Luis Lemus, arrived the next business day and fixed the leak in just 5 minutes. Without use of any special parts. Im really happy with their quick and professional service.
