    I had a very positive experience with Chase and the guys. I was given a very competitive quote to install a new mini-split in my garage. It took little time to schedule my first inspection and a quote was quick to follow. They went above and beyond to service my new unit during the holiday season in frigid weather.     We had no AC for a week. We were struggling with warranty issues and when they finally gave us a go, I called Krauss. I got a call back in less than 30 mins and they were out the very next morning.That’s super quick considering it’s 100° and everyone’s air conditioning units are breaking down. The woman who took my call was so very kind and knowledgeable as well as empathetic.Chris was here on time, diagnosed the problem in less than 10 minutes and had it fixed within 2 hours even with having to leave and get the new fan.He also sent me all the information I needed to get reimbursed for my warranty plan.They were very responsive, kept me informed and were all very respectful.I am all for supporting honest, integral, local businesses and they definitely are one.They will have my business from here on out.

    Krause mechanical answered questions in a very timely manner and explained things that would be done! They also provided and installed a new Amana 14,000 btu heat pump ptac and sent me an invoice of what the unit price includes, with all parts, labor, tax, and any other miscellaneous materials used on job.     I unfortunately got hit with the freeze to start 2024 and my heater, I thought, went. On the recommendation of a friend I called Krause. Twenty four hours later, they had fixed my thermostat, but let me know I would probably need another very soon. Very soon turned out to be the next day. When I let them know my heat still wasnt working, they came out and put another thermostat on. They didnt charge me for a second visit, and had the problem resolved in 48 hours. Couldnt have worked with better people or a better company. Your reputation is earned. Thank you all so much
