    We had an outstanding experience with Vilson and the team from Top Quality Construction during our master suite remodel, which included a complete overhaul of the bathroom, closet, and bedroom. It was a full gut remodel, involving reframing and plumbing layout changes to our customization. The addition of hardwood floors and baseboards brought a nice finishing touch.Vilson, the owner of Top Quality Construction, immediately understood our vision for the project from the first meeting.     Excellent job from beginning to end. The project that Top Quality Remodeling took on was to tear down and rebuild my front porches on my 3 family house in Somerville. Estimate for work was detailed, fairly priced and provided within 5 days. Workers where professional, hard working and paid attention to detail and provided a finished product that me and my family asked for. Vill Santos The Boss provided excellent customer service by being on site when needed...stayed in constant in constant contact by phone or text (always responded to my text) and adjusted any issues me or family had with no questions asked.     Vill Santos was in charge of remodeling we made on our 2 family house. The second floor was totally redone and the final result is beyond our expectations!     This is the best construction company we have ever used. They are very talented, fair priced, clean and on time and budget. They did our master bathroom, a lot of complex tile work, painting, staining and our back deck. In about 6 -9 months we are having them do our addition. We are very pleased with their workmanship and highly recommend them.

    This review a bit overdue since the job was completed a little over a month ago. However, better late than never! Simply put Vill and his crew did an amazing job! We hired them to paint our whole condo (1,200 sq ft) and they did a phenomenal job at painting, repairing holes on the walls and patching up other areas where the walls had cracked as a result of settling. From the very first time i contacted *Vill, he was professional, timely and very honest with his quotes. We had 3 different companies come out to quote and even though Vill was not the lowest, he certainly provided the best customer service and the project far exceeded our expectations. Top Quality Remodeling and crew not only completed the painting but also were incredibly available to help us with other minor projects that came up as we planned our move into our new place. I am incredibly impressed with the attention to detail, cleanliness and meticulous work on the trims! I am particularly picky and these guys delivered amazing work! I highly recommend them and plan to give them a call as we look into the spring to replace our exterior trim.

    Top Quality RemodelingWe are so very happy with our new addition. We knew we wanted to hire a design-build company. It was important to us that the team work together to solve issues. It was also important to us to get this project done with the least amount of disruption to our family, specifically our children. When we met with Vill and Mark, we liked their attitude and professionalism. We met with a few other companies, and none of them understood how important the budget was to us. It was clear that Vill and Mark could design something within our budget, and solve our problems. Our biggest problems were that our daughters room was tiny; our kitchen was tiny and outdated and had a really bad layout. Not only did they solve these problems, within our budget, we also were able to solve a few more problems such as adding a coat closet (which we didnt have), remodeling our linen closet, adding a closet to our sons room, but also suggested how to enlarge and design our new kitchen to have a better flow.Also, Sandy, the designer, came to all the showrooms with us. She was able to tell the vendor our budget and style BEFORE we got to the showroom, so that we could focus our attention on things that fit our budget and style. We really appreciated that aspect of the project, because there were so many things to look at in each store.Then, we broke grown, Thiago, our lead carpenter was wonderful. Not only did he build the addition, but he also helped us move our daughters bed into our sons room during this project (and back again when the project was over). Vill kept us updated through phone calls, blog updates and meeting every 14 days. We had a lot of communication with them, and really appreciated that part. We had unexpected discovery asbestos, which they told us about, found a vendor for us, and took care of it professionally.Each subcontractor that came to the site knew the rules, and worked hard in making sure our design became reality.Top Quality Remodeling finished the project on budget and two days early! I was in my new kitchen for Mothers Day. Every time I step into the kitchen, I am thankful for Top Quality Remodeling for making my dream become reality. My husband and I can both be in the kitchen, and not be on top of each other! I highly recommend Top Quality Remodeling, and look forward to hiring them for my next dream project
