Morse Constructions did a wonderful work managing our attic remodeling from start (design and full demolition!) to the completion of a beautiful staircase, office, and bedroom. Hard to believe these were not part of the house before. It was very easy to work with the team who paid attention to our suggestions for the design and the choice of material. Unexpected structural problems were resolved perfectly. The project manager and our on-site lead carpenter were very efficient, knowledgeable, respectful, friendly, and communicative. We really felt included in every step of the project. The quality of work, the attention to details and the craftsmanship are outstanding, and all the planning and various phases were seamlessly dealt with. I highly recommend Morse Constructions. I would definitely work with them again on future projects.

I was pleased with my experience with Morse and the work they did to renovate my galley kitchen in my first floor condo. They were the only design build firm willing to work within my budget, which ended up coming in slightly under by the end of the project. How often does that happen? Communication and responsiveness were consistent from the beginning of the project through to the end. Jared, the project manager, was quick to reply to my texts, forthcoming when issues arose, and offered solutions to ameliorate those issues. The project took longer than planned, but that was more to due with city inspection delays over the holidays than the crews commitment to finishing. Two standout features include their work removing a non-load bearing wall to create a dining peninsula that extends into my living room, and building a well around an existing window for a seamless extension of the countertop (and bonus built-in plant area). I absolutely love my new kitchen and how spacious and light it is now, even though its still the same square footage.

We looked into Morse Constructions based on word of mouth by a friend to put in a master bathroom in our old Somerville home. One big concern was to incorporate something that looks like it should have always been there. We were introduced to Eric and team which came up with a solution and then, enter Jared and Chris.Jared did a great job of reviewing the project, explaining details and exploring the options along with the consequences that may come with various decisions- finished result, cost, time delays, etc. And Chris kept everything moving and everyone in order!We are saving up for the next job and would certainly go back to Morse!

We had a great experience working with Morse. We worked with them on what turned out to be a whole house renovation and we are very happy with the process and how everything turned out. The project manager and site manager were both excellent, communicative, and we could fully trust their opinions and recommendations throughout the project.

They were easy to deal with, and met every need we had. The finished product looks amazing, and we are so thrilled with their craftsmanship and attention to detail. Morse Constructions completely refurbished the office where I work. Our space was very old and everything needed to be replaced and brought up to code. Thanks to their expert advise and quality craftsmanship, the finished space is absolutely beautiful and much more functional than before. In addition, everyone who worked on the project was a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend this company.
