After 25 years with our generator, we finally replaced it. David and Landen came out on time, carefully removed the old beast without disturbing the landscape, took extra precautions in laying boards down on the grass, and helped to load it on a friends trailer. David walked me through all of the steps in the process, completed the job, and tested everything. Then he took the time to teach me how to use the app (which is what kids have to do for us ol folks) and finally made sure that all of our furnaces and water heaters worked properly. As a Bed and Breakfast LLama Farm, the power has to stay on. My wife and I.....and all the llamas thank you for doing a great job.

My previous generator company led me to believe that I needed a new generator or at the very least a new motor because it was eating too much oil. They suggested I buy it from them. I called Wolverine. They sent Landen out. What a good guy! He said there was no sign of leaking oil & that when the generator ran for 24 hours straight because of a power outage that it does go through a lot of oil. Landen said I definitely do NOT need a new motor or generator. What a relief! Thank you Landen and Wolverine! I’m definitely going with you from now on.

Had issue with generator about five months after tune-up. Cheri was very helpful in getting the issue routed, Nick was great with diagnosing and fixing the issues as well as setting the voltage to the proper level. Fixed issues within three days of initial call. A+ service. Thank you!

I had an engine oil pump to be replaced on my home 20KW Generac and contacted their Wixom office. Liz was attentive, setup the repair date without any hassles and then called back and moved up the date by a week to get me back online as soon as possible. Nick showed up on time from 45 minutes away (8:00 am) and wasted no time getting started. He is an extremely capable tech who is both schooled and experienced in the mechanical and electrical aspects of power generation. He came equipped with all the right tools and kept at the job without interruption (save for a couple of calls for help from other techs in the field). He not only replaced the oil pump but did a complete maintenance routine on the unit as well. When completed, he ran a test cycle which had the engine starting and running easier and smoother than any time in the previous 9 years that I had the unit. Extremely pleased in all aspects of the job.That weekend we experienced a small tornado with monsoon type rain which flooded everything around us. Needless to say we lost power and the generator kicked in right away and kept everything operating which includes 4 pumps to keep the water out of my finished basement and two trash pumps to handle waste water being pumped to the sewer 1/4 mile away. What a lifesaver! Thanks again to Wolverine and their excellent people and service!

Todd Fallon and David were a pleasure to work with for the installation of our Generac home standby generator. They were very professional and truly cared about the quality of their work, as well as our satisfaction and welfare. My husband and I were impressed from the beginning of our relationship, during installation, and through the carefully communicated user instructions. Bought my 17.5 kw generac from them. they were 200 cheaper then prices I found on the web. also they had it in stock ready to pick up which was a huge bonus for us as contractors. Good service. will definitely be back there again when its time to purchase additional Generators.

A generator replacement for a generator that fried due to a DTE power surge. I cannot say enough good things about the technicians and the office staff who were knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and worked very diligently to resolve our problem. I HIGHLY recommend Wolverine.I would like to add to my review a year later. We are THRILLED with our generator. Cheri Molony in the Service Department is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Great customer service!!! I highly recommend Wolverine Power systems.

We spent a long time talking with generator companies and seeing how to address some unique circumstances on our property (could be in only a few spots, wanted to buffer our neighbors from the view, didnt want to damage the lawn, long distance through the house to the power source, and more). We finally settled on using Wolverine Power Systems and we are thrilled. We ended up with a more powerful unit (takes a lot to start up geothermal) that intruded less on our view and fit in our preferred spot. Todd and David were exceptional - kept you informed, showed up as promised, always cleaned the site, very careful not to cut more drywall than necessary and then repaired it, no damage to the lawn, polite and professional. We cant say enough, and weve had LOTS of experience with contractors through 10 moves and new construction. If you want the job done right and dont want to worry about it at all, Todd and David are your team.
