    Furnace techs are always on time and helpful. The office staff show care towards your problem. Scheduling for routine care is tricky, if you have a busy schedule. However, they can come same day if you have an emergency.Robin Aire installed my furnace a little over a year ago. They finished the job- in an excellent reasonable time. It is a awesome system and balanced so every room is heated perfectly.I still don’t understand the thermostat- you have to read the operation manual and keep it close at hand. If someone in the family lowers it during the day- somehow also adjusts the night temp.An excellent company and highly recommended. If you are tech challenged like myself- ask for a quick lesson on the thermostat settings.

    Honestly worth a 5-star review for this company. Used them twice now. Once for a new furnace / AC and now for a new hot water heater. They have always arrived on time or if anything a little bit early and I’ve always done a high-quality job with high-quality equipment that they’ve sold to us. Their staff is also friendly and easy to work with.

    I got contacted Robin Aire to install an EV charger at my home. I got 4 other quotes from various other Electric Companies in the area and some quotes were outrageously high. Greg from Robin Aire gave a reasonable quote and came in and did a very clean job. I have a finished basement and he wired it using the access panels in my ceiling and did not have to cut or add any openings. Very professional, courteous and great team. I have already recommended them to a few friends including family - I highly recommend them!!

    Since my new furnace and air conditioner installation 3 years ago, I have been extremely happy with Robin Aire! They are not only professional, but their service is exceptional. I just had my seasonal furnace checkup done by Ashton Dubuc. Ashton was courteous and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need.     Replaced a furnace and boiler. Six members of the RobinAir team arrived at 7 am and worked until after 7 pm. A very big job. Removal of old and installation of new went perfectly. I would highly recommend!

    My 4 year old furnace went down on a Sunday in the middle of Winter. Robin Aire has an answering service and they are useless, might as well talk to a tree. No help at all. I left them my name and phone number and I expected a call early Monday morning. I didnt get one. I called them and was told the earliest I could get service was 7 days away!!! Its the middle of Winter....my thermostat was reading 51 degrees. I cant get service for a week!!!! Joking!! (Bear in mind now that I had purchased my AC unit and Furnace from them, they installed them, and they were servicing them once a year). My name was put on an emergency list in case there were any cancellations. Fortunately, I received a call the next day. Denny turned up and was brilliant. Had my furnace working within an hour and explained in detail everything that was fixed. Massive Kudos to Denny. Ive never had a problem with Robin Aires Technicians. Theyve always been knowledgable and efficient. Ive knocked off a star because of the their answering service and the fact that they originally told me they couldnt be out for a week!!!! You cant do that to loyal customers.

    Great service from the sales rep Mike. He took a good bit of time to answer my questions.One day later at 7:15 am the service crew arrived. Paul was professional, respectful and efficient. Eric worked without pause on the outside AC, and answered all my questions. Hever was the 3rd service professional, and he kept the process moving, worked diligently and kept order. I was amazed at the skill level and top notch workmanship. At the conclusion, we sent up the thermostat, set the schedule, went over all the paperwork, and completed the transaction. This job was completed by 4 pm and the entire 2 story home is cool, dehumidified, and running quietly. I can’t say enough about the team, their performance and the actual furnace/AC combo unit. Plus, it was a great price.I’ve already received two follow ups from the home office, so I am confident Robin Aire was the right choice.

    Got new furnace, new A/C, and new hot water tank. Very pleased, great pricing and financing options. Been with Robin Aire for 20 plus years. I have yearly maintenance check ups. I appreciate their great service and superior technical support. However, today a month after install i find out that the wrong anode tube was used for my installation since i am on well water, not city water. Been living with burps in the line. Suggest an explicit question on quote be added to determine water source so that the correct type anode tube can be specified the first time. thank you

    Have used them for years. Had install of heating/cooling system and generator in 2020. Came to service the generator today. Learned that they use car batteries and spark plugs to activate the generator. Our battery was 4 years old so had it replaced. Having a generator is a must in the Michigan winters. You dont realize you need it until you need it. Billy was very helpful and informative.

    Robin Aire installed a replacement A/C unit at my home two days ago. The unit has continually tripped the circuit breaker and stopped working. I called for after hours service because it is over 80 degrees in my house. I was told they are booked through Sunday and cannot help me until normal business hours. I am very disappointed with my service experience.It took service calls on Monday and Wednesday, but Robin Aire was able to locate and fix the problem at no cost to me.     We have used Robin Aire for the past 14 years, they come out every spring & fall for our maintenance checks for our furnace, air conditioner, & water heater which were all purchased from them.We have alway had great service & customer service with them, when appointment is set they are pretty prompt in arriving in the window of time they give, we have even had a couple of emergency calls over the years & someone always arrives pretty much immediately to help.Today Ian came out for our spring maintenance on our air conditioner & noticed a leak, so his service call now turned into finding out the cause & repair. After all his testing & repair, call was longer than expected for him. He got us up and running for now & did not leave until everything was taken care of, along with detailed discussion regarding further repairs so we understood everything & he will be sending his findings to us in a report so we can make a mindful decision to move forward with additional costly repairs or consider buying a new one. Our current air conditioner is now 14 years old & this is the first major repair that it has needed.Ian was very professional, super nice guy, respectful of our home, very informative, answered all of our questions, along with discussing current options! From when I phoned and spoke to a representative to set up an appointment, the gentlemen who came to my house and showed me my options, to Nick and is crew who completed the installation of my equipment, it was professional, timely, and the folks were polite. I am a nerd for craftsmanship and Nick and his crews work was straight, neat, and well assembled. Everything was clean when they left. My experience was 5 stars and I will be utilizing Robin Aire moving forward for my home service needs.

    Knowledgable service techs. This visit replaced the hot water tank exhaust cap on roof. Was having issues with backdrafting into home. He suggested a high wind cap that took care of issue. He also applied more sealant around flue as it was not applied well when our roof was done previously. He took a before and after photo to show the repair.     Great company, honest, professional, good communication, and arrived on-time! Overheard one of the guys say hed rather have the tech take twice as long and do it right, vs having to come back. Thats all I needed to hear to know this is the company Im sticking with. More details on the whole visit below.Called the company and spoke with someone right away, and found their service was reasonably priced, with good reviews. Robin Aire called the day before the confirm the schedule, and then they called the morning of to inform me of the time they would arrive (right at the beginning of my window)! I cant tell you how nice this is, Ive had contractors just show up early, or late, with no call and its frustrating.Once they arrived, I showed them where everything way, and asked some questions and let them work. They found an issue with my humidifier that I asked them to look at, and found its an easy fix for me to do myself. They then spent 3hrs cleaning, tuning, and checking both the furnace and the AC, as well as a couple of things I wanted looked at briefly. I was a little surprised at the length, but found out things were quite dirty and hadnt been maintained as well from the previous owner. Plus being a flat rate, it wasnt costing me extra money. I overheard Don telling the tech Ian that hed rather him spend twice as long and do it right, than do it poorly and have to come back!After the service was completed, very thoroughly I might add when I checked on the progress, they explained what they did, what they found, some items to keep in the back of my head going forward, and answered the questions I had. Really nice folks, and I know who Im keeping on speed dial.

    I have been with Robin Aire for my Heating and Cooling needs for several years now.Their techs call before they arrive to let you know when to expect them. They are on time, thorough, clean (wear their boot covers in the house), knowledgeable and kind.Their customer service is also top notch. You are always called by an actual person who is extremely kind to set up & confirm appointments.Recently I hired Robin Aire for some electrical needs.....the electrician, Greg, showed up to my house for a quote in a timely fashion, listen to my needs and quoted me on the spot. He was extremely knowledgeable and promised he would be able to do all tasks I requested with little to no damage to drywall/siding. We set an appointment for the work to be done in about 2 weeks and as always a real person from their office called me the day before to check on all the things I was going to have done and if I had the required light fixtures for the job. Greg and his assistant Greg showed up to my house on time, we went over the job list and they got right to work. As promised tasks were performed with little to no damage to drywall/siding. They exceeded my expectations in workmanship and in overall kind and friendly service.I would highly recommend Robin Aire and I will be using them for all my Heating, Cooling and Electrical needs in the future.

    I would highly recommend the Robin Aire Company. I had an AC unit installed and from the initial phone call to set up an estimate to the completion of the job, it was seamless. Dan was the tech who came out and diagnosed the issue, sadly we knew we needed a new unit. Jason came out to give us a very reasonable estimate and took the time to explain the process of the installation. I had a couple other estimates with competitors, which were higher in price and I didnt feel comfortable with the estimate. Steve and Justin installed the AC unit and they were awesome! They were friendly, courteous and very professional. Again, I would highly, highly recommend Robin Aire.

    Kevin, Jake and Kyle from Robin Aire installed a new furnace and air conditioner at my condo today. They took great care in treating my home with respect while they worked. They worked hard for 8 hours straight.They were professional, pleasant and worked as a team which was refreshing to see.When they were finished Kevin went over the paperwork, showed me both new units and explained thoroughly what I needed to know.I have used Robin Aire for over 10 years for maintenance and have never had a bad experience.I highly recommend Robin Aire.

    Couldn’t be happier with the level of service as well as the quality of people they hire. Both service techs spent a long time working on my furnace and most companies would have thrown in the towel. These two professionals made it their goal to solve the problem and both told me they would not leave until it was resolved. Over two days they spent time working on my furnace like it was their own. I was charged less than $200 for the work and it kept me from buying a new furnace. I’m shocked, I thought this kind of service did not happen anymore. Thank you.

    We had the best experience using Robin Aire! Kristian was our service provider and he is the absolute best!!!! We purchased an older home last year and our air conditioning stopped working. He thoroughly inspected our air conditioning and furnace and found the issue right away, amongst finding other things we needed to fix in our home! He was super down to earth and easy to talk to, and not pushy at all! He explained what the issues were and gave us options on what we wanted to do to fix it. He also let us know what was priority and what he would recommend. We could not recommend Kristian enough! He is going to be our go-to guy! So glad we found him!     I replaced a few old light fixtures with new LED flush mounts after moving to a new condo.     Robin Aire installed a new HVAC system at my home some years ago. They have doing the system maintenance since. Their technicians are always very professional, friendly, and responsive to my questions. Victor, the last technician to service the system, was not exception. He showed up at time as promised. I had some questions about the humidifier, he answered it and did the service professionally. I highly recommend Robin Aire.

    The technician Chad and his partner showed up on time and were ready to work... Both very knowledgeable and professional. They installed a furnace and AC unit. Chad explained the new thermostat and its tech side. No problems pairing it with my Alexa app and thermostat app. Easy peasy.     My condos air conditioning stopped working during a record heat wave. I called Robin Aire because of their excellent reviews. They werent able to get someone out to me for a few days but I was willing to wait. Today, Ian and Dan came out, replaced a blower in my AC unit and its working beautifully. The price of the part/labor and visit were completely reasonable and they were extremely friendly and fast. Would definitely recommend!

    Their service guys are great! Victor cleaned out the entire area surrounding the older air conditioning unit, from where we just moved into. While a little bit more pricey it comes with an extended warranty into the winter. The other person involved that I have to work this through was not crazy about it and thought it was pricey but I personally think its an okay thing to have is like a warranty. Oh, and their appointment setters are okay but their billing people are not exactly swift js. Like if you have to change your payment parameter make sure that it gets changed on the day that you requested to be done so or you may face fees because some girl told me she would do it on a Friday and it was never done and then she gave me an attitude. Think her name was, Dominique.b and I mean this was a tude, like not nice or apologetic just mean. Ty to the repair people though they do good work.

    After waiting for our generator for 6 months (not Robin Aire fault) the daycame for our install and panel up grade, The young man arrived to install the upgraded electrical panel on time and started the day with a proper introduction and letting us know what he would be doing that day. He also informed us that the person installing the generator would be along later in the day to prep for the install of the generator,Everyone did their job efficiently and kept us informed of the status of their work. After 2 days of crawling around our crawl space install was done. The young man went through the basics of how the generator would work, the warranty and who to call for any problems we might have .EVERYONE at Robin Aire was so helpful from getting estimates to final paperwork. They are a trustworthy company to do business with.

    Robin Aires Technician. Lucas, was on time, professional, courteous and knew exactly what he was doing. After Lucas finished cleaning and checking both furnaces, he gave me a quick summary of what he did and the condition of the furnaces. Overall, an excellent experience as is always the case with Robin Aire. And the person I dealt with in the office, Cheryl. was also very pleasant and professional in scheduling the services -- great company!
