    Eric has done a great job since day one! From quoting the prices of the different units and describing each of them to regular service of our home heating and a/c unit. Great friendly professional technicianā€™s is all Iā€™ve seen from the people installing and servicing the equipment. Also their office personnel are knowledgeable and friendly also. Iā€™ve seen Steve out and about doing his personal life stuff and was just the same as when he is in the office. Very happy with every aspect of this company and their employees.

    Chad and Ron dedicated themselves to clearing 25ā€™ of drain under my finished floor over two days. My basement is finished with slate flooring and a heated electrical system under the slate, so digging up the floor was an option we wanted to avoid. The cast iron pipe under the floor was completely deteriorated, filled with dirt and stones and after two days of clearing Chad and Ron were able to successfully insert a liner. We are beyond thrilled and appreciate the knowledge, creativity, and tenacity of Chad and Ron. They were in regular communication with Steve which underscored their customer service. I would highly recommend them for trenchless services.

    Chad and his teammate did an awesome job! They kept me informed on progress as they worked, ask questions when decisions needed to be made, and did an overall fantastic job!     Carter is very knowledgeable, he explained what needed to be done very thoroughly. By the time he left we knew exactly what would be done and the exact price. We need the drain pipes replaced on the whole house, the toilet replaced, and they are installing a kitchen faucet we have already purchased. Since it is a big job he will need to return with a second plumber. Prior to leaving, he also helped us to secure a date for the work to be done. We have had Steves Plumbing and Heating out a few times for smaller projects and have always been very happy with the employees and their work. I would very much recommend Steves Plumbing and Heating to anyone.

    Came out on a Saturday because we had no water. Determined that our pump went out. Needed 2 guys to pull the pump so they needed to come back on Sunday . Got there early on Sunday and replaced the pump. Very thorough. Did a great job. We are very happy with the job they did.

    Submersible pump went out early Sunday AM. Called Steves and they had a technician here within an hour. Sterling was excellent as we had to pull the pump out from 40 feet in cold weather. Could not be happier!

    Excellent experience with the scheduler Brenda.. technicians where at my home in just a few hours. The technicians were well spoken and knowledgeable. The diagnosis and repair was quick and best of all the repair bill was afordable to my wife and I.

    Nick was very professional and a true gentleman. Our heat was not working correctly on the coldest night of the year so far. I was home very sick and cold. He came at 9:00 Pm and fixed a clog we had in the pipes. He was very kind and made me feel cared for. Thank you so much!!!

    Havenā€™t had the need for a service call in years and Iā€™m glad I took a chance on Steveā€™s. Called for service and was pleased to find out there was an option for a same day non-emergency appointment. This helps a ton when youā€™re out A/C in the summer months. Nate and his trusty partner came out on time and exceeded my expectations! He explained he had just started with them after several years of experience working elsewhere.     As always, Steveā€™s Plumbing continues to impress. Yesterday Matthew came out to repair the sump pump tube in my backyard. The repairs were completed as expected, correctly and professionally. Then Matthew asked a few questions to get an idea how long we plan owning that house. The plan is 5 years but things can change, so he went over a few things that would need to be addressed down the line if this were to be our retirement house. He also pointed out a few things that werenā€™t to code, which I had him repair as well. I almost wish I had more issues so Steveā€™s could come do more work.

    We had a fairly difficult sewer situation to resolve. Initially, we appreciated Steves super thoughtful and thorough analysis of the situation. He was upfront about the potential problems. When the trenchless install team arrived (on time when scheduled :)) , Chad, Chad and River were clearly skilled plumbers. There was definitely some tense moments during the install but with a little creativity (and some fishing line) we now have relined sewer pipes that are better than when we purchased the cabin. In addition, Chad provided some useful recommendations for the remainder of our remodel project. In our situation, the relining option was a huge success. We have a much nicer cabin, avoided a huge mess by not digging and saved some $ when compared to other alternatives.

    Steveā€™s Plumbing and Heating just took care of our plumbing inspection and HVAC PMs. I have to say all technicians were extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. The HVAC was in good shape, I had a few items leaking on the plumbing side. The guys had a stocked truck and made all the repairs on the spot.     Will fixed my leaking clogged reverse osmosis system. He also installed a new instant hot water unit under my kitchen sink. I want to commend Will on his honesty for calling me to tell me that the valve to my hot water heater did not need to be replaced like I was told by a home inspector. He cleaned it up, tightened it up, and sent me a picture that it was good to go. Will keep up the the honest service and great work.     We are not one to write many reviews, however Steves Plumbing deserves a very favorable one. Their crew was exceptionally friendly and informative. They explained every procedure and the overall plan to re-line our cast iron sewer line. They laid down protective floor mats and donned foot protection inside the house. And when all finished they cleaned up everything that was disturbed. They did a fantastic job. Chad and crew are to be commended for their good work.

    Vince was very helpful and explained everything he was going to do. The service was speedy, but I could tell he was meticulous in his work. I also like that Steveā€™s Plumbing gives the customer a price up-front out of a book, so I feel secure that the technician isnā€™t trying to take advantage of the fact that I have no idea what heā€™s talking about. At one point Vince was headed down to the basement and he asked my dog if he wanted to come. Great service from both a technical aspect and from a customer care aspect.

    If you are not signed up for the guardian program with Steve Plumbing , you should be. Itā€™s a very good value. They check all your plumbing with dies to make sure that nothing is leaking. They even check your septic and make sure the filters are clean. I pay for this to be done once a year. I had a leak that I could not find under my sink so I put a bucket under it and Carter found it right away. It had been a slow leak so I wasnā€™t really worried about it because I knew they would be coming out. Because he was already out there wasnā€™t a service charge. You also get a discount And priority service With the guardian program. They are such a good company to work with and Carter is an excellent employee.

    Sterling and Chad were very professional. They took the time to explain things to me about our well issues. They worked efficiently and very well together. Unfortunately, our well problem exposed itself as they began pulling the pipe. As they pulled the piping it broke in half about every 5-6 feet. Ugh! They need to return tomorrow with nearly 200 of PVC piping, new submersible pump and a big bill for us. They were very active listeners to my questions and concerns. They quickly made arrangements with the office staff to book them for an early return tomorrow morning.     I have nothing but good things to say about the company. On 10/29/2021 I found I had no running water anywhere in my house. I called plumbers I had worked with before; they got one toilet working but said my house needed an entire new plumbing system (house built in 1914) because pipes were so plugged that even air couldnt get through. But they were already so booked up that they referred me to other plumbers. Steve himself came out a week or so later and said it was complicated. They were also booked up. But their Christmas present to me was to get my house replumbed and working better than ever just before Christmas. They spent 3 days here taking out pipes, installing pipes, and fixing all kinds of little things that came up. Professional and personable and explained things carefully plus put up with my dogs constant interest. Yes, it was expensive, and they helped with financing. The last day, they took me to the basement and showed the carefully labeled pipes and shutoffs for the entire house and explained how to turn each on and off.

He let me share and watch the camera outside and inside. The biggest hurdle was when there was no choice but to remove the toilet to gain access to the block. My toilet had been grouted to my tile floor. Oh no! There was a risk of the toilet being ruined. This would not be a good outcome as my toilet is a special small version and the contractor literally made a space in the wall to accommodate it. But Carter found the right tool and meticulously and very carefully worked at chiseling the base loose without any damage!! He is a lovely person with an affable, most agreeable personality. He made me feel comfortable and listened to my sad stories of the many catastrophes I have endured in this house. He is a fine example for Steveā€™s Plumbing. Steve is lucky to have him on the team.     I actually had trouble with this review. Thats because rating 1-5 is not granular enough. This might get long:First Im going to say we had multiple projects spread between the 3rd floor and basement of a large house. Some of the work was pretty straight forward like fixing the collar and seat on a toilet. Others would sound simple like replacing a water heater but it required a positive vent so they had to drill a hole through 2 feet of sandstone. Those projects, and others would all boxed into 2 very long days of work.People often ask me to speak to the professionalism of people. I think that if you ask what the means to 100 people you are going to get many answers. My response to that type of question is absolutely they were. They were informative and to the point when it was needed, cordial and friendly when appropriate. I like to involve myself in home improvement projects as I used to do most of them myself. I therefore have high standards that I impose on people that work on my house. In short, I know how I want it and how I would do it and thats what I expect. They delivered.So if the rating scale went to 10 stars instead of 5 I would have rated them a 9. Why?The extensive work on the 3rd floor was awesome. As we encountered issues we could not have known until we got into the job we worked through them together and it came out great.The basement work was very good but left me with some concerns which is why I would say 9, not 10.2 holes had to go through the foundation. One went with no issue and came out great. The other chipped out a 4-5 wedge on the exterior of the wall. Now this kind of thing can happen but it does leave me with with an issue to be resolved. Im sure they will help but I probably cant do anything about it until the weather warms up.A pipe, cutoff and drain valve needed to be installed in another area so I could keep a 125yo exterior faucet on the outside. The work was very professionally done but after they left, and I remembered to look at it I saw the drain line farther from the wall than I would have liked.So the real question is would I use them again? Thats a resounding yes. As I say the crew was awesome and when they come again I hope the same people show up. The only thing I will do differently is get a more granular with my expectations to avoid this types of things.For Carter himself he was awesome. He was the guy that came out originally for the review and corrected a couple minor issues right on the spot. He is very knowledgeable, pointing out things I had not considered and providing options when the gremlins that appear in such a project show up on how to deal with them.

    What a delightful experience for a sorta crappy reason (pun intended). From the first office phone call and subsequent estimate, to the incredible Advanced Trenchless Solutions truck driving away, I was impressed with every exchange. The work was state of the art and of high quality. The face to face service (Chad and Ron) was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and always reassuring.     We have been using Steves plumbing and Heating since we had to put in a new Water heater. They are the the people we turn to and will always turn to. They are very knowlegable and very helpful. When you have a question they answer it to the best of their ablity and you know it is not just an answer to have you stop asking questions. They want to make sure you know what is going on, what you did to complete the problem and what type of follow up is needed. I will alway recommend them to anyone that ask if I know anyone for their heating and plumbing issues.

    I had what I thought was a major plumbing issue , and the technician Sterling, was an absolute lifesaver! Here I was circling the drain and catastrophizing about what could possibly be going on! When I had heard from numerous plumbers that they didnt detect anything, and a few handyman who never showed up when they said they would. He was extremely polite and direct and helpful and I would definitely recommend him come back to my home and anybody elses home again! Kudos to you Sterling thank you for easing my anxiety!
