    New to the area and had an emergency with our septic and didnt know who to call. Called Crockett and George came out the next day. He was very polite, courteous, knowledgable, he took the time (probably more than he wanted lol) to explain to us about our old system. We will definately be using them for all our septic needs. Hopefully Georges boss gives him all the positive feedback.

    A couple weeks ago George came to my Mother-In-Laws home to help resolve a clog. He was friendly, professional and very pleasant to work with. He quickly diagnosed the issue - A black walnut that a squirrel dropped down the vent pipe! Great work, they will get my recommendation any time. Thank you, CFG

    They are an excellent choice for portables. I had one for my wedding and and many people commented on how nice it was and they were surprised that it was only the basic unit. It came very clean and even decorated with some stickers and flowers to fit the wedding theme. Overall great service at a great price!

    I am typically not one to write reviews, but we had Crockett Septic service our tanks for the first time and they were fantastic. Very knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and thorough. We were very impressed and will only be using them going forward. Highly recommend!!

    Weve used Crockett Septic for required pumping and this weekend we had a small emergency and they were able to come out and solve our problem Monday morning! The office and field staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and we will continue to use them in the future.

    We rented 3 port-a-potties at a private residence for our wedding and everything was perfect! The customer service was always friendly and helpful through every aspect of the process. We even got compliments on how clean it smelled in the area by the port-a-potties! I would highly recommend renting from Crockett Septic for any event!

    Had them come out for my 3 year inspection and was very pleased with the entire process! From the fast and friendly scheduling to the professional and informative inspection... and they even rectified a question I had with my billing. Top notch all the way! Highly recommend.

    We have used Crockett Septic for several years for our septic pumping. We can not say enough GOOD things about this company. We call when we need our septic pumped they are always there next day and sometimes even same day depending on time of day you call and if they can fit it in. If you are looking for any type of septic work, dont look any farther give them a call. You will not be disappointed. Thanks for the excellent service!!

    Crockett did my Adams County required inspection again. Very happy with gentleman who performed service. Friendly and knowledgeable. Returned inspection site to how he found it. My only unfavorable thought is .... why did the charge double from last time service was performed?

    Stop looking. Just go with this company! Great service, great price, very clean, decorated inside with the event theme, drop off and pick up was effortless. And they even put a cute stamp on the invoice to top it off 😊

    We reserved a porta potty from them to use over the Labor Day weekend for camping. The one they dropped off was actually cute, which is not something you think of when using a porta potty. It had cute stickers like family, love, hope, etc... on the inside of it. Was extremely clean. They must use some magic air freshener in there as well because it smelled clean and great the whole weekend. Also had some of the best smelling hand sanitizer in it that I have ever used. Price was way better than I could have imagined it being, and the customer service was excellent as well. Would recommend to anyone thinking of getting a couple for an event and we will continue to use them in the future!

    Crockett Septic has been great to work with. This is my first home with a septic system, so still learning the ins-and-outs. Their whole team is very friendly, honest, and professional and offered tips to keep our system in good working order. I highly recommend checking them out for your needs!

    Like someone else said just five stars isnt enough for this company. Our first issue happened during a weekday. We called a few different companies Crockett was the only to answer and were willing to run out to us spur of the moment (luckily I got up and running before they came). Now on a Sunday we are down again Crockett was the only call we made and theyve been very patient helping us trouble shoot over the phone. We finally decided hope was lost and we need them to come out to do more than just pump us out. We were even warned we might be able to find a little cheaper, but the service weve gotten today and in the past event we are happy to pay more. Cheaper doesnt answer the phone when you need them the most and cheaper doesnt spend the time that Crockett has spent helping us.

    We rented a porta potty for our twins birthday party and we were beyond pleased. Crockett has great customer service and they go above and beyond. They took the time to decorate the inside of the porta potty with the themes to the Birthday party. My kids were so excited they couldnt stop using the bathroom!

    Im a contractor in Southeastern WI with our get-a-way home on Camelot. I worked with George and Lori to evaluate my septic system prior to the purchase in 2017. Service and performance were great and George was extremely knowledgeable and informative during the evaluation. Last weekend I arrived to find my system frozen (pretty common this winter based on the extremely cold weather and infrequent use). I e-mailed Lori on Sunday morning, she replied to my e-mail within 10 minutes! George was there pumping the system, had the line jetted and system operational shortly after lunch on Monday, UNBELIEVABLE! Crockett is the only choice! Thank You!!!
