The Waters built our home 2 years ago and it was a wonderful experience. We used many different custom materials on the interior and they were so positive about being able to do anything. Brittany , their designer, had so many great ideas about new designs and materials to use. She helped find and select almost every unique finish in the house from , cabinets , hardware, painting, faux painting, countertops. Also all the beautiful plumbing and light fixtures she helped find and select with me. We are so pleased and love spending time in our home.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! We had at least 4 other contractors turn us down, saying what we wanted to do couldnt be done. Fortunately for us, Lori had the same vision I did and the confidence and faith that it absolutely could be done! Thankfully with their knowledge, skill, experience and expertise, along with a little divine intervention we ended up with a beautiful remodeled home that had everything we had hoped for, and then some, that will last us for years to come! They were an answer to our prayers and absolute life savers!!

We love our new home! Our kids love it, too! When we go somewhere, our toddler always says Bye home. Love you. She used to always want to go somewhere, now she just wants to stay home. Its precious. 🤗🤗🤗🤗

I feel, personally, that people should make their own judgments based on their true experiences with whatever business they decide to use. I have the best home in Polk County! I’m so happy that I chose them to build my home. Glen, Brittany, Beau and Lori take pride in what they do!
