    If I had to rate them, I would give them 4.8 stars, as the finish and communication had some minor issues. Allow me to elaborate.I contacted Rocket Garage Door Services to replace the exterior garage door trim and the bottom sealer. They provided a quote over the phone, and I scheduled an appointment for the next available date. On the day of the service, Andre recommended replacing the rollers because they were old and starting to wear out. I agreed to the replacement, and he showed me how to lubricate the rollers and garage door for optimal maintenance, which I appreciated. The trim and bottom sealer were installed and appeared satisfactory upon completion.However, the next day, i noticed two issues: the left Exterior Trim was off by almost two inches, causing a visible gap, and the bottom garage door sealer was overlapped or bending on itself, causing noise, tear on the sealer and the sealer to not shut correctly on the same side of the issued exterior trim. The rest of the Exterior trim was perfectly flushed, and there were no issues with the other side of the bottom sealer.I tried contacting Rocket Door Garage services several times regarding the problem, but they were delayed in responding to schedule a date for service. Eventually after multiple attempts, they sent someone who wasnt affiliated with their company but was there to assist them. The individual attempted to replace the new bottom sealer with a newer one, but the one he had was too short. So he tried to fix the current bottom seal, but the efforts to resolve the issue were unsuccessful, causing a band-aid fix. They were able to replace the problematic trim, but it still wasnt completely flush like the rest of the exterior Garage Door Trim. However, it significantly improved, with only a half-inch visible gap at the top.I was relieved when the issue was resolved. However, I had to handle it alone due to past communication issues and didnt want to face the possibility of it happening again. As a detail-oriented customer, I wanted to avoid causing any unnecessary problems. I bought a new trim to fix the issue and removed the problematic section from the exterior garage door trim. I ensured it was correctly flushed to match the other side and stapled the problematic area of the bottom sealer to prevent it from overlapping or bending when the garage door closed. Finally, I added more nails to the droopy exterior trim, ensuring it was flush against the wall and didnt appear warped.I plan to use their garage services in the future. However, I hope they improve their workmanship and attention to detail so I can confidently recommend them to others.

    I was in need of a garage door BADLY. I am not from the area so I had to rely on reviews which isnt always spot on. But this was more than spot on! The communication was EXCELLENT and they we there on time and was even willing to come out the next day. They also found the right door and ensured I stayed in my price range with zero surprises. Andre was scheduled for 11 am and he was there at 11 am on the dot(a little earlier). I also have an old opener there that we dont have any remote for. They not only offered to look for the remote at the shop but are coming back out free of charge to see if the opener is good. Highly recommend them and I will continue to use them for future projects.!

    Rocket Garage Door Services is definitely the company to go with when it comes to your garage door! I highly recommend them. Andre is very professional, personable and thorough right down to the last detail. Andre resolved all of the issues I was experiencing with my new garage door that was installed earlier this week by another company. It was so bad I didnt want that specific company to come back. I called Andre and I explained to him what was going on and the challenges I was having with the new door. He scheduled me in right away. Andre addressed every issue and made sure it was 100% before the end of the service call. My garage door couldnt be happier! Thank you Andre, much appreciated! Its good to know I have a reliable company I can call on when it comes to my garage door.

    Very impressed with Rocket & their Tech Andre. Rocket got me immediately on their schedule and arrived on time. Andre was polite and very knowledgeable. Andre took time to determine my garage door issues. Andre also slowed me preventative maintenance areas of concern. The total price of this visit was very fair. In the near future I know I will need a new garage door, and I plan on using Rocket. Honestly, I am more than satisfied with Andre & Rocket Garage Doors. They gave me a good price, and the next day I had a new garage door. They included a glass top panel and took the old door away. I recommend their services.

    Great customer service. Was on time, explain things to you in detail and does the job very professionally. Andre is great person very knowledgeable. I had issue with my garage spring, which got broken and he explained to me how to extend life of the garage overall. I will recommend him to anyone. I told him I will always ask for him for sure. Too bad the initial company who installed the garage doors wasnt as reliable and responsive as Rocket Garage doors. That company lost a customer and Rocket Garage Door gained a new one!!

    Company I purchased my doors from told me it would be over 72 hours before they could fix my door. I found Rocket Garage Doors on line. When Andre answered he said he could be on site today in the afternoon. He kept appointment time updated and arrived ON schedule. He fixed the door very quickly and even serviced my 2 18 doors.
