    Excellent skilled servicemen, priced reasonably. I had a drip, and after 7 inches of rain, that, added to drain field backflow could have filled the septic to overflowing. Mike came out right away and installed a new faucet. This is a good and trustworthy business.

    We were pleased to find out that JJP could send out a plumber to help us with a clogged toilet the day we called them. A plumber from this Company came out and worked to unclog our toilet and we thought that he had been successful. Unfortunately, we discovered later that for some reason the blockage was still in the line. The next morning I called the Company and explained the situation. They sent out another plumber who worked at getting rid of the blockage and after some time he was able to clear the line. We really appreciated the prompt response to our request for service on both occasions.

    I had Johnny Jones Plumbing come out and install a garbage disposal and water filtration system. They were unable to accomplish the water filtration system at first, due to the water faucets installation. When they came back out the next day to finish the installation on the water filter, they hooked up the filtration system incorrectly, because, they never followed the directions the manufacture provided and had the audacity to charge me an extra $150 service fee without telling me anything.After going through the manufactures problem-solving, we had noticed the plumber installed three of the waterlines incorrectly. Correcting the problem literally took 10 minutes to fix thanks to my local contractor next door.

    This is by far the best and honest plumbing company I’ve come across. I had someone come out through my home warranty and they did not correct the issue with my kitchen sink. I called and searched for a plumber to have come out and everyone was either busy or just rude.I spoke with Zack and he had someone out the same day after I got off work late. He sent Matt to come take a look and fix my sink. Let me tell you Matt was awesome and did everything right from the start.     I cannot express enough how grateful we are for Matt from Johnny Jones Plumbing. He was able to fix a clog we had in one of our bathrooms. A clog that kept reoccurring with no honest resolution. We had several companies come out to help resolve only for those companies to over charge for work that wasn’t even necessary. We had a huge chunk of tile/concrete logged 4-5ft into the pipe. Matt was able to remove the block without any demo to my bathroom. Thank you so much, Matt. You have our business moving forward and we will definitely be recommending y’all!

He understood the issues, had everything needed to tackle them, set right to work, as well as at my request explained the process. He installed a new outside tap to stop a water leak, and did an annual cleaning of my natural gas on demand water heater.He also took time before he left to view my Master bath shower current set up to see if he can come up with a solution to allow for both an overhead and handheld fixture using my current plumbing.March 28, 2024I asked Johnny Jones Plumbing to come again for assistance installing quite a few interior plumbing fixtures to upgrade my home:- new kitchen: motion sensor faucet,- in counter soap dispenser- in counter garbage disposal on switch button- as well as new garbage disposal drain and flange, - and new vegetable strainer disposal and flange in my double stainless steel kitchen sinks.Additionally, I also had them replace:- the original faucets (double sinks)- as well as the plugs and flanges- plus the shower head in the master bathroomAnd last but not least, the faucets in my pedestal sink of the guest bathroom - which was difficult as it required removing the sink from its pedestal in order to access the drain and plumbing for the faucets.This time I worked with Austin who was both careful and thorough in handling this work - I have a lovely restored Craftsman home and while much of it has been modernized, it still has its quirks with things needing to be adjusted or “customized“ to make it fit the aesthetic or space available!

    I often say “Customer Service is an Attitude, not a Department” and Johnny Jones Pluming sure follows this practice. From my initial call to schedule my service to the work performed by Mike, who is the neatest plumber around, these folks nailed it.I had a very unfortunate circumstance happen, and Jonny Jones took what was a big mess, and turned it into a very positive experience. I had two new toilets delivered and when Mike arrived and opened the boxes, he informed us both toilets were broken. Obviously I was extremely upset, but Mike in a calming voice said “ just relax, we can work on getting your toilets installed”. I looked at him like he was nuts, but he said call the company that shipped them, and see if there was a way they could truck over two new ones, and he would wait and install them. Great plan, but..they could not get them to me. Mike said let’s see if they were available at a store close by. Well, we located two toilets, but they were an hour from our home. Mike again, in a calming voice said get them ordered and “I will go pick them up.” He drove an hour in each direction, picked up the toilets, and got them installed.
