Im a realtor in Rockingham County, NC ...I had a house listed with an unf. basement that had structural issues and needed a professional qualified company and structural engineer to assist me in being able to resolve these issues so I could get the house sold. They hung in with me through a couple of terminated contracts trying to expedite the time I needed and help the seller and I on our end as well. Everyone I had contact with were so friendly and eager to help me understand the process. I would highly recommend and use them again!!! Thank you!!!
