This was my first time using Blue Kangaroo Packoutz service and I must say the this team of packers outstanding! I’m a very hard person to impress and I’ve seen some of the best packers the Department of Defense has ever contracted to move their personnel! The team of Juan, Jessica, Carlos, Johnny and Fernando are among the best I seen in over 40 years. They took care of packing my property as if it was their own property! Great job packing and unpacking my things. I would recommend this crew to anyone that needs this type of service especially if you experience water damages as I did in my home. They’re among the best at what they do!Thanks guys and girl for a job well done. Hopefully I won’t have anymore water damages however, if I do I know who I will call for an outstanding job on my property!

I have had to move twice in the past two months. Moving in general is stressful, but moving while sick in chronic pain TWICE in a row is awful. I used Ari’s company both times because there is no stress on moving day and I can trust his team in all they do.Juan and his team were kind, patient, and so hardworking. Everything was wrapped carefully and handled with care. Nothing broke or was damaged in anyway. They take their time to ensure everything is handled properly, however are consistently working hard throughout the duration of the move. Communicating requests with Juan is super easy and he makes sure things get done the was you prefer.I hope I don’t have to move again for a long time but if I do, I’m definitely using Blue Kangaroo of Baltimore!

Ari and his team were super helpful with a recent water mitigation and asbestos abatement issue we had in our house. He was responsive and walked me through every step, including what I needed to do with my insurance company, which was extremely helpful since this was my first time dealing with anything like this. Juan and Obed led the team professionally and our items were treated with care. Would definitely recommend!

Great company! Helped us so much when we had a water heater leak and needed new floor. The crew came in packed up my basement in no time and stored everything securely until our floor was replaced. Then they brought it all back and put everything back in its place. Professional and fast! Love these guys!

Blue kangaroo packout was excellent all the way through the process. Very professional. They were very careful with our belongings, making sure that they stayed safe in the pack out process. They kept us informed all the way through, even contacting us when there was some question about whether or not something could be salvaged or not. They even found a way to restore the antique furniture that had been in my living room. Five stars all the way. I highly recommend them.
