    The Homecraft team is professional, courteous, and does extremely quick yet still high quality work. They are one of my condo building’s top providers and I can see why. In addition to the overall good quality of work, I had an emergency issue that required work on my balcony around the same time they were supposed to do my doors and windows. They worked with me to adjust their schedule and make sure nothing would conflict. They also sent an extra team member out so it could get done in 2 days instead of 1. I highly recommend them!

    Wonderful experience! We went with Homecraft due to their reputation and references from friends, despite not being the lowest quote we received.We were told our replacement windows would take 6-8 weeks from when we ordered them to come in; took less than 4 weeks! They called us when they came in, and next day, they were installed. Company left the place spotless, and even assisted in taking down our blinds (something they did not have it). 100% would choose them again.

    Absolutely hands down, the most professional, quality work I have ever seen! Truly beautiful work done by the best! Couldnt be happier with the quality of work of new windows and doors! They were never late, always courtesy and cleaned up when finished. Peter who replaced our doors had highest standard of work. When he finished today, and I told him how happy I was, he said laughingly, I dont want to come back, so it has to be perfect when Im finished . Looking forward to schilling the rest of our windows. Also, I turned the heat back 4 degrees because new doors made that much of a difference. THANK YOU!!!!!

    I called Homecraft after i had other highly publicized home improvement companies over to evaluate replacing my cellar door.When their estimates came in way beyond anything i expected i kept searching and finally found Homecraft.Homecraft came over to look at my job and said no problem. We can fix your door and here’s what it will cost. It was much less than the big-name outfits. Homecraft gave me a list of people in the neighborhood who had used them and i was able to visit two customers on my block. Their doors were very nice quality and both neighbors said the installers were great to work with! I accepted my bid and got things rolling. I later had to ask Homecraft to manage my installation due to planned vacation and no problem!My door was installed this week by Peter and he did a fabulous install. I am very pleased with these guys and would recommend them to anyone who wants an excellent product installed by a great company. Thanks Homecraft!

    I researched many companies before deciding on Homecraft to replace my 29 year old roof. The fact I had friends who have used them for various projects and the many positive reviews helped me make the decision to go with them. They were very helpful in providing me with addresses of houses they completed with different roof colors as I was not sure what I wanted and seeing it on a house is much different than on a small sample board. I am planning on a siding project in the spring and will be back in touch with them to complete “phase 2” of this project at that time. I met with Mike M. several times before making a final decision and he was terrific as was everyone I met from the office staff to the owner. They were very professional, courteous and helpful so that made a big impression on me and of course the workers who showed up on time and did an exceptional job.     Elliott and Konrad are both professionals. They know their product and take pride in their companys workmanship. They promptly came out to give us an estimate for for residing our home. The price was reasonable in our estimation. They order the materials needed and where able to install the siding in a reasonable amount of time. The workman who came to do the job where all craftsman who took pride in their work and could answer and respond to all our questions and concerns. The cleaned up every day and had the entire house siding installed in 4 days.The house looks great and my wife and I are very pleased with Homecraft and would recommend them to friends , family and neighbors.They did such a good job with our siding we had them replace our roof as well.They are also very responsive to any questions or problems you may have during or after the job is completed.I highly recommend them for you roofing and siding needs.

    Homecraft has done many projects on my home.     At the recommendations of a neighbor I contacted Homecraft Inc about the replacement of several of my homes original windows that had started showing signs of age.After meeting and talking with Paul, the owner I signed-up to have 5 windows replaced. After an 8 week manufacturing wait, the process of having the windows installed was fairly painless.Im happy with the final product which are a nearly identical match to my original windows, so no problems with my HOA.The installation crew was informative, respectful, neat, and professional.What more could I have asked for?

    I had a great experience with Homecraft. I live in the Towers of Valley Run near Naamans and Carpenter in North Wilmington. Gomecraft has worked in many of the condos here and also for the laundry rooms in the common areas. So i didnt really consider any other companies. Mike Mulvihill came to our home and provided a very fair quote, in line with our expectations. It took awhile for the manufacturer to produce the new windows, about 7 weeks or so. But we knew construction materials were in short supply. When they came to do the delivery i was a little concerned bc my girl and I both had to work that day, but we loaned Homecraft a key on good faith. They did not disappoint. We are super happy. And now its getting cold we are so much more comfy than last year. I think you will be happy with a Homecraft installation.

    We needed to have all the windows in our house.Homecraft did a great job regarding all aspects of the project. Windows arrived as expected, our installers Ray and Bob were wonderful - experienced, knowledgeable and professional. Window installation took three days and look perfect.     We got bids from 4 different companies and Homecraft was not the cheapest or the cheapest and during the home visit really explained the difference in the types of windows. Like everything else these days it did take awhile for the windows to get here but they kept me informed of the time line. When the original install date had to cancel due to illness they quickly rescheduled for a couple of days later and had 5 man crew that completed the job in just 5 hours. Very professional crew did the install including moving furniture and cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend Homecraft for window replacement!

    We purchased these windows after looking at 4 or 5 others. The installers were great guys. Blake and Walt were very neat and professional. The windows look great but our issue is we use window A/C units and fans since we dont have central air conditioning and now we cant get the fans we have in the window and are looking at new units that fit in the smaller opening.If you use window units you might not be happy with the windows.I guess for the money we saved the new units will be worth it.

    Kevin and his crew replaced our sliding door to our porch. He and his crew did a great job with the installation. We had had Homecraft replace our windows a number of years ago and were very happy with that job. When it came time to replace our slider they were our first call. they were not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but knowing the quality of their work, we chose them and were very happy that we did!

    We used Homecraft to replace our front door and storm door. The entire process was very professional with no hard-sell but they had a lot of information available. Our door was original to the house, and it took some work to get it out but the entire time they were working, they had the floors and our porch covered and they cleaned everywhere after they were done. Kevin even gave us advice on what to look for in a doorbell so it could be installed easily. The care they took to reframe and insulate the door was appreciated and I would not hesitate to use them again.

    After interviewing many companies regarding siding our addition, we settled on homecraft and we are glad we did. When giving me an estimate, they did not pressure me or give me a short term great deal if I committed today (as many others did). They werent the cheapest, but they do high quality work.     I have been using Homecraft for over 20 years and am very satisfied with the quality of their work. Over this period they have installed vinyl replacement windows, new front and rear entry doors and storm doors, and a sliding glass door to the porch.     My 13 windows were installed in my 110 year old house quickly, with quality and professionalism. They look beautiful. My utility bill has already gone down. My installers worked quietly, neatly and cleaned up everything before they left. One thing I was worried about was damage to the inside trim or exterior stucco and siding. No damage at all, in spite of the fact that many of the windows had rotting trim that had to be replaced. I would recommend them to anyone with an older home.

    My Choice EVERY TIME.This is the second time in the past that I have used Homecraft for my roofing needs. 10 years ago at my previous residence (roof still looks brand new) and they completed my new house this week.     Homecraft replaced siding, soffits, shutters and gutters on our whole house. We also replaced a picture window and 2 side windows in the family room. The men were hard workers in the summer heat.     Our sliding glass door needed to be replaced. Homecraft came out and measured it and ordered a new door. The original door was a Pella and the Homecraft door is much better. It also has the blinds inside the glass, which my wife loves. The install only took about 2.25 hours and the workman were very professional. The whole process was very well done and I would highly recommend this company.

    Interviewed a half dozen companies to replace ten windows, two doors and two storm doors. Most were some combination of high pressure or low quality. Homecraft provided high quality installed windows at a very competitive price. There were no “if you sign today” or “this price is only good today” type of deals. The sales person was very professional and left us materials to make our decision. The installation looks terrific and the installers removed all materials. We would highly recommend Homecraft.

    Our relationship with Homecraft goes back over 10 years. When we decided to replace our shutters, front door, and have a repair done to some facia they were first on our list to get an estimate. We chose them over two others based on their professionalism when it came to personsal contact, follow-up, and accurate and honest estimate. Our job had three parts and Homecraft kept us informed every step of the way. First for the repair, then for the shutters, and finally for the storm door. Each time we were called and arranged for a date and time of the work. Each time the person was on time and got the job done right. I was impressed with the skill for each job . The storm door install was a particularly tough one with lots of custom cutting. Very well done.I will continue to call Homecraft every time.

    We just had windows installed at our home by Homecraft and could not be happier. The company not only met but exceeded expectations. Dan and Matt were very professional and friendly. They also asked before parking trucks in the driveway which I really appreciated. They showed up on time and started working right away. We have light carpeting and I was so afraid something would get on it. The guys were very neat and left no mess at the end of the day. There was hardly any noise either. No loud radios or long breaks where guys sit and talk on your lawn. These guys worked straight through and were very focused on doing a good job. We had no issues. The windows look great, all work properly, and were pretty clean. After the project was completed Dan left no mess and let me look over everything before he left. Everything was done on time with very minimal disruption. We will recommend Homecraft to everyone we know and would absolutely use them again!

    I live in a townhouse in Delaware County and had six windows replaced. I really did my research and had multiple companies come out for estimates - everyone from local to national to independent contractors. Homecraft was the only one who volunteered a long list of references. They were factual in their estimate and services and product without being too pushy (this is a big one for me). Im a single woman and therefore the decision maker and never felt talked down to or mansplained to. Everything went smoothly...from the estimate to the measurements to the installation. Here is the icing on the cake however...there was a problem. And nothing shows you the true nature of a business more than how they handle a problem. I discovered within a few days that at night when I would close and lock the windows they were not really locking. No matter how hard I pushed up on the top sash and down on the lower sash I could not get the windows to lock. I was disappointed thinking the measurements were wrong. I called Homecraft and they sent someone out right away to thoroughly check every window (and I mean thoroughly). Everything seemed fine - the measurements were correct. After doing some investigating they found out that the manufacturer had switched to a thicker weather stripping recently. The manufacturer advised to keep the windows closed for a week to allow time for the weather stripping to compress. One of Homecrafts owners called me personally to let me know the situation and asked if I could try that and if it didnt work he would replace the windows immediately at no cost. They kept in touch with me constantly (another huge plus - responsiveness is rarer than youd think these days). After a week I had no issues closing and locking the windows. Its been a month since installation and Ive lived with them for a few weeks and feel confident writing this review that this was a very successful job. I would (and have) recommend them!

    Homecraft Inc. is a very professional company that repaired our flat roof on an extension of our house. They removed the existing roofing and flashings, and inspected planking below. The damaged planking was replaced and new flashings and rubber roof installed. The cost was a fair one. They showed up as scheduled and were finished and cleaned up on time.     I was really pleased with everything. Mike was very informative about all the different options. I wanted to keep it simple so no hard sell at all. There was some difference in opinion about getting an L-frame vs. a full-frame door and I might go full-frame next time but it’s hard to know what you’re going to run into when doing anything on a 100 y.o. house. Nick was great on the re-measure and Dan was a very capable installer. We love our new doors. There’s so much more light coming into our house now. The dog loves being able to look out to the street through the nice new storm door. It didn’t take as long as expected either, from start to finish it was a month. Hopefully the kids won’t break this door!

    Where do you start? The best quote we received as all our questions were answered, the many options were discussed, changes were made after the let us do the job okay. Dan B. lead all the work; window installs, bow window install, new front steel door and 2 storm doors. Dan worked a hard steady day and enjoyed lunch with us (a house treat). He listened and explained the products. The worksite was cleaned as the job progressed, both inside and outside. The installation schedule was maintained and explained as the week long job worked out. Our 2 dogs enjoyed the work crew.     I purchased 4 provia windows. Since the weather has been really wet and unpredictable it was hard to get the installers out to start the job, but I was happy by the teams response when I called to ask about getting on the schedule. After 1 call to inquire, I had Kevin out to my home within a day to install the four windows-which look great with the new capping (bending that aluminum is an art unto itself, so Kevin and his apprentice did great work!). The windows are priced appropriately and after getting other quotes, realized that homecraft was offering superior windows at almost the same price as the competitors, whos windows were not as highly rated as provia. I have also contracted with homecraft to install a complete gutter system with leaf relief, however that job has not yet begun so I will post a second review upon completion.
