    Frank was great and trustworthy! We called for a plumbing emergency where we had sewer water coming up in our basement. He came out in about an hour, cleared our pipes like others have done in the past, but took it a step further to figure out why it was happening using a camera. He showed us that our home pipes broke off from the public sewer. This was all on a Tuesday, and Frank worked with our town and county and fixed our major issue by Friday! Highly recommend and trust him for your plumbing needs

    Franks a solid guy! I called him for a plumbing emergency and he couldn’t come out till later but called me back when he said he would. We ended up calling Frank back the next day for the pipe freezing again. He came out within two hours and it was midnight. His pricing is fair and his work is solid! Frank is our go to plumber now!

    Frank is awesome! He came out a couple times a few years ago when I had concerns and told me that repairs were not necessary at the time, but to call him when it was indeed needed and he did not charge me for the visit and gave great advice.Recently, it became necessary to do some work. He came out and ran the camera, showing me the troubles and we have it scheduled to be back later to correct it. An honest and capable guy.

    I’ve had the unfortunate luck of having two floods within 2 years in my basement. (First was a sewage fill up, second was a bad sub pump paired with a cracked pipe). Frank was able to save me both times by coming out immediately, diagnosing the problem, and fixing it quickly/efficiently. He also helped tremendously by taking the time to call my insurance and get my claim going.     Got a call from my wife after a 10-hour day that we were having plumbing problems. After calling Rooter Solutions it only took him 40 minutes to get here, and the job was done with cleanliness and courtesy within 15 minutes. A lot better than getting a normal plumber to come out and rod your drain. Definitely high quality.

    Got a call from my sister in Willow Springs Sunday night. I live about an hour away. She informed me that her toilet kept overflowing. I wasnt in a good mood due to the Bears game so I told her to call Roto Rooter. She did and I met them out there Monday morning. They told me that the line to the main sewer was clogged and it would need to be jetted. Price went from $550 to $1200. However he did not have the equipment and they would need to schedule someone else to come out. I was told by the scheduler I would have to wait till the temperature was above 32 degrees. The temperature the rest of the week was going to be the same as Monday. Low to mid 30s if not colder. I got home and called Rooter Solutions. Spoke to Frank who said the temperature is an issue but he would be out before noon on Tuesday. Frank showed up before 11:30. Cleaned over 300 ft. of drain and saved me money. Rooter Solutions and Frank deserve 10 stars. Thanks Frank.

    They do a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them to anybody that needs a plumber. They do not try to upsell you or get you to spend more money. They came to my house to rod my sewer line and another small project, which they told me how to fix the small issue myself just in case if i wanted to do it my self. I optioned to have it done by the professionals. They came and got the job done quickly. I would highly recommend them.
