    Our driveway, sidewalk, and front porch areas were starting to get in rough shape. Perma Seal came out to do the repairs to make it stable and level again, along with filling the few cracks and seams. Joaquin and Luis were great. They answered all of my questions, did the work quickly, and left the job site clean. Any areas I questioned, they promptly addressed. They drilled small holes, injected each area with foam which lifted and leveled all of the concrete slabs. They finished off with sealing and color matching all of the cracks and seams to the driveway color as close as possible. This is the best alternative to having the entire driveway, sidewalk, and porch replaced. It looks 100% better and I am pleased with the results.

    Perma-Seal to the rescue! The sheer in-depth engineering involved in raising my foundation via six piers was mind boggling. The team was fantastic and detailed, specifically shouting out to our Supervisor, Juan Gomez, and our Crew Chief, Jose Munoz, for their exacting attention to detail and engineering know-how and experiencedknowledge. They made every effort to minimize dirt and dust, which we appreciated.Only comment Id make would be that I wish Id paid more attention during my consultation sessions to the fact Id have to be replacing the drywall, flooring, and tile that was taken out during the process. When they were done, I was staring at concrete and then it took a while to get new quotes for tile replacement, new drywall, painting and carpet replacement.But overall, I am extremely pleased with the whole process, and would definitely recommend Perma-Seal!!!

    I can only review the installation crew of Enrique Morales today. They arrived punctually to remove approximately six inches of attic insulation, seal the attic completely, and replace it with eighteen inches of new insulation. Mr. Morales kept me apprised of their progress throughout the day with photographic updates. Upon completion, the work area was thoroughly cleaned. I will assess the quality of the work once cold weather arrives, observing whether condensation and dripping from the now-insulated electrical pipes have ceased.

    Dave Sosnowski is a very competent basement specialist. He gave me many options to deal with my dirt crawl space. He also gave me a great deal on sealing my main basement rafters as well. Luis was a very friendly foreman for the installation. They were very clean; I had only 1 fly get into my house! Perma-Seal is a complete team and I highly recommend them even to my Mother-in-Law.

    We had a crawlspace encapsulated to help insulate the house. From the salesman to the installers the professionalism ranks 5 stars. We have used Perm-Seal in the past to repair cracks in the foundation and to lift concrete. Both of those experiences were 5 star worthy as well. We will never use anyone else to make house repairs. A+ company and A+ employees!

    When you hire a professional to care for your home you want it to be stress free and if there is stress you want that professional to handle it for you. That is exactly what we got with Perma-Seal.From our appointment with the sales rep Robert K to the workers who did the work: Guillermo, Juan, Florencio and Jose.It was proposed as a two day job from 7:45-8am start time. Both days they arrived super early on day two they were hear before 7:30 😳 They were pleasant and very knowledgeable even with one part of the job they couldnt do. They explained why in a way we understood, you know laymen terms.CON:I had one small issue they removed our sink and cut some pipes but they left a drip. We called and was told the plumber will return today between 3-5. I just went downstairs and the leak and destroyed the cement work.Ill update this review when they get here today.Perma-Seal truly rocks they sent out a plumber about 30 mins after our call and he took care of the drip we got a new yellow nozzle added its capped AND looking good. Im truly happy with the work

    Gus has a great customer service approach. He reviewed with me the work to be done before he started working and offered options where applicable. He answered any questions I had and checked that everything was working as expected before he left. He also checked on the work he had done last fall and asked if there were any problems!     I contracted with Perma-Seal to install a section of internal drain tile along one wall in my basement that was experiencing cove joint seepage. They provided a competitive quote and arrived at my home on-time and on the date that was provided when I signed the contract. Their crew leader, Victor, was careful to protect the floors in the house with drop cloths, and to minimize dusting in the basement, he hung a plastic curtain to confine the dust to the immediate work area. The installation was done very efficiently and professionally, moving material in and out through a basement window to minimize foot traffic through the upstairs of the house.Victor coordinated with the village inspector to get the job approved and installed in one day, which resulted in a start-to-finish elapsed time of about five hours…much less time than what I had anticipated. After a channel was cut in the basement floor, I was shocked by the amount of water that was exposed, which reached to within an inch of the bottom of the floor slab. About an hour after the installation, the new drain tile was still delivering water to my existing sump basin, which confirmed that there was a significant amount of water built up under the floor from a 6-inch rainfall that had occurred about ten days before.In summary, I’m pleased with my Perma-Seal experience and would recommend them to anyone experiencing a similar seepage issue, with the caveat that I still need to confirm the efficacy of the new drain tile system during the next heavy rainfall.

    Jim G and Tony W came out today and did a very thorough assessment of my attic and basement. I was sold when they told me how much better my house would be insulated therefore saving money on energy. Thanks for all of the helpful info to help me make my decision.The guys - Eric , Enrique, Jose, and Martin - arrived promptly, explained the process for clearing out and insulating all three parts of our attic. They put down tarp and hung plastic to keep our home clean as they worked, and worked consistently from 8AM to 4PM. The finished result was as promised, and everything was explained well. A great crew and great job overall.

    I couldn’t recommend Robert enough. He was incredibly thorough and thoughtful in his assessment, ultimately concluding the issue was something a plumber would need to address. During this process, he was very patient in explaining all the issues and what needed to be communicated to the plumber. While Robert didn’t technically generate a “sale” with me, he’ll be my first call the next time I need water remediating.

    We had a great experience and great service from our Perma-Seal team. We were getting the old 6 insulation vacumed out and replaced by 18+ inches of blow-insulation . Enrique, the supervisor of our project, arrived on time. He first confirmed the work to be performed. Then, he took pictures of the ceilings hed be wrorking above as before and after proof against claims of damage. The job and clean-up were completed in less than 9 hrs. The dumpster was removed from my driveway about an hour later. Thank you, Perma-Seal and Enrique, and his team.

    Steve Petersen, Sales Consultant, did a fantastic job explaining the process and listened/answered all my questions and concerns. His follow-up was excellent and I am looking forward to Perma-Seal working on this project.I am writing this follow-up since the project was completed today. Joaquin and Angel did a fantastic job of raising the sunken patio and reinforcing the other panels of concrete. They took their time to make sure it was done properly and then cleaned up any left over material. Joaquin then went over what was done. As a result, alternate repairs were done and the problem was resolved.     We had extensive waterproofing work done in our basement and also had an egress window installed. I would like to recognize the expert consultation provided by Dick Forcone. He did a great job evaluating what work needed to be done, explaining it to us, pricing it out, arranging for the appropriate work permits, and following up after the work was done. The following teams did an exemplary job: Marco the electrician; Alberto and his team who installed three new window wells, drainage for those window wells, and a new sump pump; and Perfecto and his team who installed the egress window. All workers arrived on time, protected our existing property, completed their specific tasks expertly during less than ideal weather conditions, cleaned up the work sites afterwords, and answered our follow-up questions completely. Their work ethic is to be commended, esp. during difficult weather conditions. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend the company to anyone who needs work done around their house.

    We scheduled an appointment for an estimate on repairs to our concrete steps and walkway. Paul and Zach were on time and friendly. After taking all the necessary measurements, etc., they sat down with us to discuss our options.     3/8/2024: Jim G. visited my house today to assess a waterproofing issue by my basement walkout door. He took his time to figure out what might be causing leakage around the door and suggested two options for me to consider. He explained how both options worked and what function they would serve to fix my issue. The process was easy and straight forward. Thank you!4/1/2024: Hugo M. just left my house after doing the work outlined above. He installed waterproofing material and sealant on the exterior of my houses foundation and installed a trench drain by my basement walkout door to prevent heavy rain from coming into the basement. He asked a lot of questions before he got started to understand my expectations, and he even recommended a better location for the trench drain based on his professional installation experience. The whole job took only about three hours. What I appreciated most was Hugos honesty. He told me straight up what he believed todays solution could and couldnt do, and he suggested other things I should consider while monitoring any future leaks. Couldnt be happier working with Perma-Seal from start to finish.

    Highly recommend Tyler. We had called a different plumber to troubleshoot a failure with our sump pump and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong and recommended replacing the whole thing. We decided to get a 2nd opinion with Permaseal and Tyler came out and quickly figured out what the problem was. It was a small part that needed replacing and only cost us $120. Our plumber was going to charge us $2500 to replace the whole system. Really glad Tyler came out to help us fix this problem.

    Great service :) Punctual, efficient, good communication during the install. It was terrible weather but it didnt stop them getting the job done and they somehow didnt track mud all through the house. Amazing! They took steps to protect the floor and cleaned up after they finished. We were expecting a lot more dust but there was very little.We had an escape (egress) window installed which drains straight into our existing French drain. They were able to avoid digging up the floor and so far the window and drainage seems to be working great. The window is nice and big and seems to be of decent quality. The system for escaping is pretty simple. The window opens inwards, screen pops out and you just lift it up and lay it on top of the cover over the well outside, then you push the cover up and can exit. There are a couple of sturdy steps to help you up and out of the well. You need some strength to pop the cover off but I think most people can easily manage it unless you were very young or very old... in which case you can just not get the well cover.All in all were pleased with the system and hope never to have to use it :) A couple of people have said that we paid a lot for it, but we couldnt find anything comparable for less money.

No more tripping hazards and the fill is nearly invisible! I cant believe how fabulous my decades old driveway looks.     The techs were very professional. Our sidewalk had a corner that was tilted to the house and water would get into the basement. While it hasn’t rained yet, it now tilts to the driveway.     All I can say is, “WOW! Recently, I was having some issues with a toilet gurgling and a huge drop outside my home around the area where the sewer access clean out cover developed a huge 6 inch drop of the ground around it. Victor Rodriguez, who is clearly a top professional in his field, came to my home and assessed the situation. He ran a camera outside from the access point to the street and the other direction which was to the house, and was even able to mark on the ground above exactly where the camera was! I was given a jump drive of the entire camera journey. There were no roots blocking it and I was good to go, I just need a little dirt next spring to level off the area. A lot of companies could have said that I should rod it out to be sure, but that was an additional cost and not needed. Essentially, he saved me about $600 which would have been the cost to do the rodding out of roots that weren’t there.What a great experience with someone who knows what they are doing, takes great pride in their work and is HONEST!!! I highly recommend both Victor Rodriguez and Perma Seal without reservation!

Victor and Nick changed my failing water heater out for a new one and did so in a reasonable amount of time. They cleaned up afterwards and gave me a summary and recommendations.     Brian from Perma-Seal came to my home yesterday. He was on-time, professional, and easy to work with. I explained the concerns I had with my patio and sidewalk. He went about doing the necessary measurements, and subsequently sat down with me and showed me, via video, the process in which concrete raising is done by Perma-Seal. He went over the proposal with me, and broke it down into three options. Brian was very thorough and knowledgeable, and made sure any questions I had following his presentation were answered. He did not pressure me in any way, and I really appreciated that. It appears to me that Perma-Seal will be a great company to do business with, and that Brian represents this company in the best possible way.

    Thank you Luis and team for all the hard work encapsulating our crawl space today, sealing cracks and closing openings in the crawlspace. They worked non stop for 11h straight. Crazy. I admire their hard work. Our salesperson Michael Kulis was very punctual , explained everything was very patient with me on the day of the site seeing and estimate. This company is not the cheapest but they do offer financing solutions and they do guarantee the work up to 10 / 25 years. I know this company from my previous experience working with property management and sales and so far we are happy that we decided to go with this company. Will see if this encapsulation with terra block will pay off on our gas bills next winter!!!

    Oren came to our home this week and did such a wonderful thorough job inspecting each inch of our basement.     Jesus Duron (certified crew chief) came in and found the problem within a minutes! Ive never seen someone work so professionally and quick. We showed him where we thought water was coming from but, he went outside and determine how the water was getting in the house.     I had Mr. Clay Stevens from Perma-Seal come out to give me an estimate on crawl space encapsulation. The price was very reasonable. He explained the whole process, I signed the contract and scheduled the date for the project. On the scheduled date, 3 gentlemen, Alex, Edwin and Sergio showed up on time. They covered the floors, carpet and their work area with plastic and tarps. They were very clean in appearance and professional.     Perfecto, Francisco and Christian from Permaseal came out today to install the jacks and pillars in my crawlspace as the first half of a two-step process for the encapsulation. I have a stone fireplace above the crawlspace and the old jacks and pillars were replaced. They showed up on time and the job was done efficiently. In a couple of days the encapsulation process will be done.
