    I am very pleased with the service Hirschberg Mechanical provided. I called to schedule an appointment at 8:30 AM, and a technician was at my house by 9:30. Ethan was incredibly informative, knowledgeable, and thorough. He ensured that my husband and I understood all our options, allowing us to make the best decisions for our family. Throughout the process, Ethan clearly explained everything he was doing and why. Additionally, Hirschberg Mechanical did a fantastic job of keeping us informed about the technicianā€™s arrival time, demonstrating excellent communication and customer service.

    We contacted Hirschberg Mechanical for a leaky kitchen sink. Brandon came out and was able to quickly diagnose the problem as well as point other other potential issues. The problem was addressed efficiently. The prices are fair and competitive. Brandon was polite and had a great customer service focused attitude. I signed up for their annual inspection plan and will be utilizing Hirschberg in the future for other plumbing and HVAC needs.

    Our house has a steam boiler which almost nobody can service anymore, itā€™s an antiquated art. Our boiler crapped out 4 days before Christmas. Hirschberg Mechanical was recommended to me by another HVAC specialist as one of the few companies able to do steam boiler. Our diagnostic technician, Jim Daly, was not only insanely nice and super helpful, he was also extremely communicative and went above and beyond to make us feel supported, and took care of our concerns during a tough time. We look forward to dealing with the staff at Hirschberg for the next phase of install because of the very kind and helpful nature they displayed in trying to make us feel taken care of.     I had a great experience with Brandon. I just purchased a home that needed a lot of work, and he was very helpful with explaining our urgent issues and educating us on the plumbing process.They work well with me on understanding what needs done now vs what can be looked at in the future. The process to schedule was easy and quick and they provided great customer service. Highly recommend! (08.30.2024)Brandon helped out a lot with the 15 point inspection, and what items were urgent.     Hirschberg came through for us in all ways on our Mini Split install. The system was specd and the price quoted in a clear and fair manner. The techs were professional, courteous, and efficient.     We contacted Hirschberg Mechanical about a possible issue with our air conditioner line. The woman who took my call was polite, personable, helpful and we set up an appointment for the next day. The next day we met technician Jim D. He was on time at 8:00 AM (despite working the night before until 1:00 AM) and was very polite and friendly. After diagnosing and repairing a minor issue he checked our system, made some more minor repairs and suggested some other courses of action for the future. Jim was very pleasant and knowledgeable helping me to understand my system better. All in all our contact with Hirschberg Mechanical could not have been any better. We will definitely be using them in the future and suggesting them to all our friends.

    We have a home from 1959 and a few issues have crept up on us. I filled out the contact page and was quickly called back by one of the office admins. She scheduled me in for the same week and was very friendly. We got texts notifying us of our service date and when the tech was on his way. Jack was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He surveyed the home and gave us options on how to correct the issues (sink gurgle, shower diverter, other shower things). He worked fast and let us know everything he did as he was going along. Excellent service and company!

    We scheduled an appointment with Hirschberg Mechanical on 1/12/2024 at 8 am. Zane was the technician that came out to service our heating system and performed a complete inspection and cleaning explaining everything that he was doing. He also performed safety inspection on the rest of the system as part of the service. He also made a few adjustments to the pressures in the system that he wasnā€™t comfortable with all while explaining why he was doing this. Zane also answered a few questions that I had concerning the heater. Zane is very knowledgeable and professional. I used this same Company previously for an emergency hot water heater replacement at which time they came out the same day and replaced our water heater that started leaking water. I am more than happy to finally find a Company that I can trust there services. I will highly recommend Hirschberg Mechanical to anyone who is looking for Company for any repairs.

    Start to finish, experience was exceptional! The customer service rep was informative and able to get me an appointment the next day. The technician actually got to my home a little earlier then scheduled. He found the toilet I had purchased had a crack in the tank and had contacted me right away. Unfortunately, I was at work and unable to exchange it or go without a toilet for a day. He was able to go to his supplier and get a toilet right away and get the job done. He did a superb job and cleaned everything up after. Only thing that was unfortunate is I had to spend about $150.00 more overall to use the toilet they had supplied. Overall, great company and highly recommend for quality work!

    We had a time-sensitive need (on a Saturday) with an apparently turned-off gas line preventing installation of a new dryer. Based on šŸ“ˆGoogle reviews, I chose Hirschberg Mechanical hoping for an emergency weekend visit.I called the 24/7 line around 5:30 pm. In less than 30 minutes Esteban was at the property. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and gave a quick tutorial on all the utility connections in rhe basement. Esteban is a GREAT representative of your company.He was v knowledgeable, confident, friendly & professional and focused on upfront disclosure of how things might go so there were no surprises on any aspect of the visit.Esteban was a godsend at a time where we didnā€™t need any more surprises.     8/15/24 -Review Update, Another great job by Hirschburg Mechanical. RJ visited our house twice to discuss our options. We had a busted pipe under our Kitchen sink, in our foundation. Having an updated Kitchen, ripping it out was not an option. RJ, did an amazing job on the repair. I couldnt be happier with the outcome.It was not a small job. RJ was here all day, start to finish. RJ left our house clean and our yard back the way it should be. I also felt the price was extremely fair for this job. Hirschburg has done a lot of work for me over the years.     They did a great job with an extreme hair clog in the shower. We tried various tools and methods and could not get it out. Jack did a wonderful job and it was very promptly done. Brandon completed both jobs quickly and even found an additional problem with our tub which prevented major water damage.     I have used various HVAC companies over the last few years to service my air conditioning system in the spring. This was the first year using Hirschberg and I was very impressed. Scheduling was easy and the day of service text updates of when the technician would arrive were very helpful.Rob H worked on my system and was by far the most thorough technician that has ever serviced the A/C system. He pointed out things that other technicians have never mentioned and made a couple of adjustments that have been missed by other companies.There are definitely cheaper options out there, but I felt that that higher price was justified by the higher quality service that I received. Highly recommend.

    Weā€™ve used Hirschberg for all our plumbing and heating/cooling needs. They have been super helpful in diagnosing/fixing our issues. In our more recent service call, we wanted to have clear some of our drains and check out our water heater, but our technician, Jack, went out of his way to check out water lines and additional areas that needed attention to avoid mishaps in the future. With our luck, I really appreciated this because we want to be ahead of any major surprises especially with an older home. We also love the option to have maintenance plans which gives us discounts on services and ensures we keep our investments up to date.

    We called a couple weeks ago and scheduled a service appointment for our air conditioner for June 4th. Last week we discovered the air conditioner wasnā€™t working at all. We called on Tuesday and they sent Tim and Jake out today (Thursday). We got emails/texts with reminders and ETAs the day of service. They were very prompt and courteous.     Not only was it 105 degrees outside and our compressor decided not to work, it was also a Sunday. I called several places before I came upon Hirschberg Mechanical.     I had three different plumbers come out to unclog my kitchen sink using snakes. None were successful. The third plumber mentioned jetting the clog. Their price was ridiculously high. I contacted Rob at Hirschberg Mechanical on a different issue and mentioned the jetting price from the other company. He was shocked. His companys price is less than half of that other companys! I hired HM on the spot! Esteban and Kyle came out the very next morning. They are both very friendly and very honest - which is standard at Hirschberg Mechanical. They dont play games or lie to their customers. Honesty means everything to me in hiring anyone to do work for me. They got right to the task at hand. This was not an easy clog to clear.     I have used Hirschberg Mechanical twice and they solved my sewage back up (a mess). Another company was going to replace the pipe and requested the removal of my tree with a full stump removal (for about $15,000) - they still charged me $360 for not removing the sewage backup! However, Hirschberg did it for a fraction of the cost without having to replace the pipe and removing the tree. They were professional, explained everything well, did it until it was done, courteous, and prompt! Relieved now I have someone reliable to call! I highly recommend them!     I am really happy with this companys services. We had a plumber with two left hands that installed a very expensive HVAC unit that was leaking and malfunctioning after 2 years. These guys came in, diagnosed the problem and planned out a fix.In fact, when they did the fix and it malfunctioned again (for a different reason--having to do with the original bad install) they came back and fixed it free of charge. He is polite and professional. He got right to work and kept us informed of everything that needed to be looked at. Being able to pay the invoice on the spot is extremely convenient. We received our seasonal maintenance reminder and we were able to set the appointment for the next day. Tim and Rob arrived on time and worked quickly. Received call back this morning, They said someone would be out 11-1. Jon arrived at 11:45 approx. trouble shot and go on the phone for the replacement part.     Hirschberg Mechanical is great, very pleased with this company and their services. We called Hirschberg to look at our heat pump because it was not shutting off for hours and they sent someone out right away (like within 20min). Jon was absolutely amazing and as soon as he arrived he got straight to work, moving with such haste. Given that it was an emergency call, pricing works differently than a service call and Jon got right to work. You could sense he wanted to fix our issue asap rather than drag it out. He resolved our malfunctioning heat pump and installed a new Thermostat. Jon is knowledgeable and answered all our questions, he went above and beyond and we are so happy with this company. I would recommend this company for all of your HVAC services! Jon saved the day!

    I am a retired electrician and worked with many other subcontractors. RJ and his team. Of plumbers were the best I have seen or worked with. They pare problem solvers not complainers. They make sure everything is working at the end of the day so the home owner is not left wonder if they have water or gas. I would give them 10 stars. They are currentlyY help in addition and adding a bath to a primary bedroom. They also scoped out the kitchen. I very highly recommend them

    When I called Hershberg Mechanical with a problem we were having in that our lower floor heater was not working. They were able to come out within an hour and a half and diagnose the problem immediately. Their representative John could not have been more pleasant and informative in explaining to me what the problem was. He was a professional from a to z. Furthermore they sent another representative out to make a full assessment of my heating and cooling systems. I could not have been happier. We will be using them in the future.

    We have had issues with water entering classrooms at one of our elementary schools. This has been an issue for years and no one could figure out the issue. After years of companies coming in and shrugging their shoulders and giving up we finally got Hirschberg out to give it a try. We had Matt C come out along with his apprentice Joe D. They came out and were also puzzled with what was going on but did not run away. They made several changes in attempt to resolve our issues but nothing seemed to work. After a few visits Matt made several calls to the manufacture and after getting sent up and down the chain of command for hours on end he finally got a recommendation we have not tried before. Matt came out and made the repair and insisted we let him know if it didnā€™t work to call him directly again asap so he can try the next option. Well his repair worked! What was most impressive with Matt was his resilient effort to get this right and not go the easy route and pass the buck to someone else or another company. After years of water entering our classroom floors it has finally come to and end because of Matt. I hope company knows the value he offers from a technical stand point as well as customer service stand point. Well done Matt and we thank you. I would give 10 more stars if I could.

    My Air Conditioner broke on a Saturday & I called Hirschberg Mechanical on Monday and They came right out ! I also had problems with my heater that I had been putting off! Timothy was wonderful he cleaned & took apart the air conditioner (central air) and the loud noise it sometimes made & Said I needed a new motor for the air conditioner, They ordered the part and when it came in on Wednesday they came right out this time it was Zane & Zane installed the motor and then took apart & cleaned and found the problem with the heater! Both Men Timothy & Zane were the Very Best! And If Your Looking for the Very Best It is Hirschberg Mechanical ! And I dont have a lot of money but in my opinion they charged fair prices!
